Mike, Nate, and Chad were fantastic. When we walked in, Mike greeted us warmly, and let us shop around. He did not probe our gauge my buying power. when i asked a question, I got the honest answer as i had already done research beforehand. when he knew my buying power, he got me with the right pool table as well as other games. He even upsold me on a ping pong table topper and I was genuinely thankful for the suggestion. Chad and Nate delivered my products a week later and installed my pool table. there was a professional touch every step of the way. Wonderful service! I needed my pool table refelted with new bumpers in a new color.They came, took the rails and bumpers in record time and returned a week later to install them and refelt the table in black. Again in record time... they did an amazing job. Im so happy with the result and it didnt cost a fortune! I highly recommend M.C. Billiards for all your Pool Table needs... what a difference.

Had them take down and remove a pool table. I have lots of steps and levels and they also had to maneuver a 180 around a landing midway down the steps to the basement. The guys were friendly, conscientious and quick.

I have had my table for 25 years and always wanted Simonis cloth. Every time I would ask for a quote I was always talked out it, cost to much, not good cloth for an 8’ home table. Most recently I contacted four different businesses that perform this kind of work. MC Billards was by the for the most professional and knowledgeable. The new Simonis 860 was installed today and I could not be happier. MC was great, on time and the crew were well prepared.The installation was great and the Simonis was even better that expected. Cue ball control, rebound off rails and draw shots are so much better.MC replaced the rails, leveled the slate and used bee’s wax at the slate seems then installed Simonis 860 cloth. All for less than competitors wanted for Simonis cloth alone.Could not be happier with the results.Thanks Mike and the rest of the guys, customer for life.

We needed our pool table disassembled and moved out of our basement prior to recarpeting and then reassembled afterward. We worked with Scott and Chad. They conveniently accommodated our scheduling and their work is professional to the highest degree. Great service great people and great prices. I hired them to move a OLHAUSAN PRO8 table. They took special care moving and placing my table. A repair was needed to one leg and they made sure it was fixed before finishing it. Highly recommended. Purchased a used cue holder from the store.

My wife, Linda and I are currently finishing our basement and wanted to include a pool table. We had one from our previous house, but it was a bit tired and would need re-assembly and refurbishing. After doing some research and visiting their showroom, we decided to have M.C. Billiards do the work. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the old, new and refurbished tables in their showroom, as well as talking with one of the team members. We took several felt color samples home with us to finalize our decision, and ended up choosing black for the re-felting, re-cushioning and pockets. When this work was done, they noticed that our sticks were in bad shape and agreed to have them re-tipped. And the same afternoon, they brought over two new ones for us to use over the holidays. We are extremely happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering the purchase of a new table or reconditioning an existing one. We will certainly be returning to M.C. Billiards for more pool table accessories in the future. And even if you dont play pool, you might pay a visit to their showroom to see what other toys they have for your basement or recreation room.

I had cushions replaced on my pool table and they did a great job at a reasonable price! They came to my house, removed the cushions, took them to the shop to put on the new cushions and came back and installed them in a matter of days and I was very pleased that they removed their shoes both times they came to my house. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get new cushions or felt replaced on their pool table.
