We had a large balloon order for my sons birthday party (24 regular balloons, a large #4, 2 Mario balloons, and 4 character balloons). We also bought all of our flatware, silverware, streamers, and goody bag supplies from the store. The young man who rang me up was patient, kind, and even made me laugh about how their new technology system was taking forever (it did not take forever 😂).We qualified for free delivery the day of the party and they arrived on time. After we began setting up the balloons, we realized we were short about 10 balloons. One call and the employee at party city was ready to send our missing balloons with no problem. We definitely recommend them!

I will start with the one positive part of my experience: employee Lucas was very helpful over the phone and polite when dealing with customers. That being said, the rest of the store is very poorly ran. One employee, not Lucas, left me on hold for 20+ minutes until I hung up while he said he was “looking for my order.” Then, upon arrival, I needed to switch out my original costume for a replica of it because the original costume was missing two pieces. When I asked an employee to help me find a replacement for the original she said, “go over there and find it,” and motioned towards a section of the store. When I looked for it and couldn’t find it, I asked a separate employee to help me find to which he replied, “I’m new here, ask someone at the front desk.” Well, the employee at the front desk was the same girl that told me to “go find it.” So I told him she was not helpful and that I would continue looking on my own. I eventually found a replacement, but my experience at this store was very poor. Only go to this store if Lucas is the one that will help you, most other employees show no care for their jobs.

Disappointed. Went on a Saturday morning to get a balloon for a friends 40th birthday and they were not able to inflate it for over 20 minutes. Said best to order ahead. Never thought of that. I understand there are other orders but seems like there should be a free inflation spot for small orders. Now no balloons for a good friend.

Nice selection of balloons for most occasions, employees tried to be nice but didnt have happy faces. They could of suggested balloons for my daughters 13th birthday & they didnt, I had to find the balloon for myself suggesting lettering be added. They never mentioned that option. They are very pricey too.

This will be the final time I will ever use their studio services. I had tried using their services in august I wanted a banner made for my daughter everything went fine until I went to pick up the banner the day of my daughters birthday. The banner hadnt been printed even though I had put my order 4 days prior (was told they only needed 2). Now I thought Id give them a second chance I never received an email to send my photo in which is what they had me do the previous time for a banner I needed Monday and now I have been told I need to physically need to take in a photo only 45 minutes before they close the store. This I find very unprofessional I will never again be using their services.

Great variety of balloons and party options, but high prices and very poor service. All the workers I encountered in my two visits were very young, probably highschoolers, and dont offer any help really. They also told Mr they couldnt help me bring the 52 balloons I ordered out to my car (I was alone and some lady in the parking lot kindly assisted me). Although their actual balloons are top notch, the helium lasted a much shorter time than the additional ones I bought at the dollar tree, and fell down only after about a day.

My total sale was $1.07. I gave it to the girl in change. She was too lazy to count it and asked me if it was exact. I told her yes, she should count it. Her manager was standing there and told me that she asked me if it was exact because she doesnt want to count it. WOW! I will not shop there again.

The employee that was assisting us was complaining to us about the other customers. He was also telling us how ridiculous people who celebrate their children turning 6 months are, we are those people. It was beyond inappropriate and made my wife very uncomfortable.

The store is HUGE. There is a great selection for kids parties to lupus and more. Large balloon selection. I would have given 4 stars but the cashiers had me pay and then pick up my balloons the next day (our party day). They said we could also bring the balloon I bought online for our mermaid party and just pay a filling fee. I sent my son the next day and the manager was rude and condescending and wouldnt allow him to fill it. She is hard to deal with in my opinion and I heard she is frequently complained about from employees at the store.

This place is crazy expensive...

Waited in line for about 15 minutes, only one person was working the register area. When the line kept getting bigger they finally called for someone else to help.

I put in an order for balloons more than a week in advance. I called yesterday asking if I could get my balloons two hours earlier and the worker said yes. I got there this morning and they told me “they don’t do time changes on balloons” and I believe he was the manager rudely told me that I had to wait. I will not be getting balloons from here again. I could get them somewhere else at the time I need them, rather than wait and get them rudely.
