This place was actually amazing. They communicated with me the whole time during my repair and even had my car ready a little earlier than expected. They even cleaned the inside which was so unexpected and amazing of them!!!! Very nice staff! Would definitely recommend and use again!!!

Used this place to get my bumper fixed and came back to pick up my car. When I drove off my battery light turned on. The car had been fine before. The guy comes and checks my battery and says its corroded suddenly after a week of being under their care. He says they wont repair it and points me next door to OReilly. Made me wonder if they were shady and switched out my battery for an older one and have a deal with the guys next door that just happen to sell batteries. Terrible customer service from this man. Never again. He was condescending and dismissive. If you have a choice shop elsewhere or make sure to take pictures of all your car parts prior to their hands touching your car.

Vee satisfied with Caliber at Algonquin. The staff were informed and very helpful. They delivered the car much ahead of time. On the recommendation of my neighbor I took my truck to Caliber Collision in Algonquin. The passengers side of my truck looked like it got sprayed with rocks, bumper to bumper paint chips down to the primer.Team kept me up to date with all of my repairs and helped me work with my insurance company. We needed the drivers side door repaired after another driver hit the open door as they pulled into a parking spot next to my wifes car. Geico was of zero help, which is nothing new if theres no ticket issued. When we dropped the car off at Caliber Collision in Algonquin, Illinois, they made a small adjustment on the door hinge and didnt charge us a thing. They also washed the car. Im sure I can count on one hand the number of body shops that would do that and not charge the $500 deductible. We will always take our auto body repairs to Caliber Collision, since they were so incredibly professional & honest. Very nice people & completely trustworthy. We strongly recommend them!!

It is close to where I reside. Family member took car to be fixed and service was excellent. They kept updates. When I took the car there I learned more from the appraiser then I did with the contact at Abra. Kim was great and pleasant. She took care of my question. She followed up with me. I was told that when my car was ready I couldnt pick it up because insurance company owes them $50 plus dollars. I called my insurance rep and he made it happen. I felt like the contact Abra was doing me a huge favor. I am glad car is done after bringing it back to fix alignment of fenders and headlights. I was told that when car is done it goes to a quality inspection. Yeah right! Who ever reads this interview your contact. Mine wasnt good at all. Needs customer service education.

I don’t ever give reviews - mostly because I don’t find anything that ever stands out enough to warrant my time and energy, good or bad. Caliber’s service warranted my time, especially Kevin. We were referred from Geico after a fender bender. The rental car was set up on-site. It was a very quick and professional experience, including a tri-food with three business cards - the rental car, the estimator at Caliber, and someone from Geico, in case we had any needs. Constant updates regarding our car which were all realistic and upfront. If they were going to miss a time, we were notified well in advance. When we got home, we had an issue. The hood that was replaced wouldn’t latch down. Obviously the car isn’t drive-able because the hood could fly up. Called first thing in the morning. They said they will be there (AT OUR HOUSE!!!) in 20 minutes to see if it’s an easy fix. If not, THEY already have the rental car lined up in case the car needs to be brought back in. I never really bother with people making mistakes. I always am more concerned with how you address it. THIS is how you address issues. I was thinking about giving four stars because it wasn’t done right the first time, but that wouldn’t be fair to the over the top outstanding customer service we experienced at Caliber.

We had an appointment for them to look at our car, they didnt look at it all day and couldnt anticipate when they could look at it. So we went and picked it up and did not use their services.

Our car was vandalized so we took it to Abra Auto Body & Glass. I never knew there were truly honest body shops. Believe me this one is. They could have taken advantage of us many different ways, but instead gave us great service, advice and run a truly respectable business. Oh, also be sure and ask for Michael Orzech he was the gentleman we dealt with. If I ever need an auto body shop again you can be sure I will look no-where else than Michael and Abra Auto Body & Glass. Great work, prices and a very integrity run business.

I took my car my car a while ago, and they gave it to me with some buff marks and other details but i just took it back and they were more than happy to help me with everything, the manager is a really cool person. My car be looking like new now. It was a Good experience.

The work experience ever! The disrespect and verbal abuse you will receive is totally uncalled for. They are very spiteful and non trustworthy. Never use them unless you want your vehicle to never get fixed but still pay. I would give them negative stars!

This place is top notch, went there to get a estmant on my vehicle got treated very well and quickly. Havent got the chance to get the work done yet due to the fact that I have been very busy. However I will definitely bring my vehicle there to get the work done. This particular place is very good from my perspective and other costomers I have talked to Update on Abra, just picked up my vehicle from getting repaired they did a very good job. Robert the estimator and Kimberly the officer manager were very knowledgable and professional, friendly people to deal with They kept me informed on a daily basis on how the repairs were going. Terrible quality of work and customer service. Had to bring my car back twice within first 2 weeks of receiving car back to fix problems they had either missed or improperly repaired. Later on when the repair failed because it was improperly fixed and caused more problems to the car I brought it back and instead of honoring their lifetime warranty they simply denied that they did the repair in the first place. The general manager Jeff made it obvious from the start that his main objective was to deny responsibility for the problem and it was clear he didnt care about me or the real issue. I too cant believe State Farm sent me here. DO NOT GO HERE! Unprofessional and will not honor their lifetime warranty.Update: on BBB website they claimed to have contacted me to help resolve the issue. Nobody contacted me from Abra. Clearly their customer service is just as bad at the corporate level as it is on the store level.

How these people are State Farm recommended is beyond me!

After 4 weeks, I got my car back today with swirl marks and scratches in the hood and fenders, which were supposedly new parts with fresh paint. The fender emblems were not properly placed, way too high, a simple Google search can tell you the correct placement. The stripes are clearly crooked, even though I was reassured multiple times that they had the skill to paint them correctly. The hood is misaligned and doesnt close properly. Theres a large gap on the right side between the hood and fender and a tight gap on the left side. I dont understand how anyone could present this car to a customer as being done with a straight face. I guess they were hoping I didnt wear my glasses. If you care about your car and want quality work, go elsewhere. The only positive was a friendly staff.P.S. - Went for a drive at night and realized they didnt even adjust the headlights. I cant see further than 15ft in front of the car. The headlights are aimed at the ground. Unbelievable!!!
