Not sure why you would leave packages on car windows? Specially when it rains alot here... no dog, just 2nd floor. 5 important paperwork for my retirement 3 of packages wet and had to clean my car window twice from the stain. I dont understand. I just had knee surgery and I have to deal with this.

0stars* They lied about delivery, I watched the delivery driver for my route return to the office. That just so happened because I was at the place trying to see where my package was that stated it was on the vehicle because it was almost time for them to close. Well the clerk lies and says oh shes still out itll be delivered. Then as I leave and she locks the door because its now 6pm the driver is scanning her badge driving into the gate. Then call fedex and report them and they assure me my package will be delivered today. Well I get a notification that they tried to deliver at 633am(there not even out doing the route yet) and said it will be delivered Monday. So I will be reporting them this time by NAME and Ill be demanding that all future packages that anyone sends to them will be held for pick up. Ridiculous.

Always late. Hardly ever have the right delivery date. And then show up late at night!

I have worked with alot of people in customer service over the years, and spent many hours on the phone with FedEx customer service reps but none of them, NONE OF THEM, can hold a candle to Dodie/Dorina. She is an absolute rockstar! She was very firm but fair with me. I had made a massive mistake with serveral packages, she was able resolve all them and went above and beyond in helping me correct my mistake. She could have let me drown in my own mistake, but she didnt! I can never thank her enough.Absolutely outstanding customer service from her and her team!!!If you see Dodie/Dorina working the front counter there, just know you are good hands!

My speciality prescription was due to me on Wednesday the 25th of Nov. To date has not. These meds are very important for me I need this daily. Now I am told they were put on the truck this date but someone did not do their job and deliver my life important meds and was told they will be to me Monday the 30th? Unacceptable! This is a over night medication. A speciality Drug that I neec daily and I am not able to get a person on the phone. I cant go without this med 5 days. Your company should take personal action asap to find out why someone who depends on a important daily drug has not received it.

The lady was very helpful in getting a box mailed to Nevada.

Had an order come in and they made zero attempts to delivery and/or attempts were made and they left no notices. The package was sent back to the shipper. Majority of the time I was at the delivery location. It is now my person goal to ensure anything I order is not delivered through Fedex.

I wish I could change who got too ship my stuff this is the second time Fed x hasnt delivered m order too the my mailbox

I received a check from my employer. I wasnt expecting it so didnt know to keep an eye out. They left it on my front steps. In the rain. Over 600$ soak and wet....

If I could rate this place a negative zero or lower I would. The employees are very disrespectful snd inconsiderate. No knock, no door bell ring and when I call to figure the problem out they get an attitude with me. In a service the customers are always right but in this situation I was told that I was wrong and my shipment may or may not be re-shipped.

Wow..... Not notified its coming even when I am supposed to get notified when they are late, aka supposed to be delivered yesterday. Show up at my door after 10 on a Saturday. Cannot get package because they close at 10 in the morning. They are closed Labor Day and the next day. Then they are open between 8-10 am. I will demand ups next time because this is a joke!!!!The 2 reasons I give 1 star is decent customer service, not that they could help with anything, and you cant give a 0.

Never had a bad experience at this location. The folks are nice, and know their jobs well.

As My wife and I walking out the store I smelled what seemed to be a skunk as I looked around I noticed smoke coming from a FEDEX express van with two people inside vans parked right next to each other. As I put my wife in the car I Jus watched two drivers smoking something brown and the smell of course is marijuana i couldn’t believe they are smoking in their work van with a purple shirts on . Still in disbelief me and my wife sit and watch as a colored woman and colored man would be doing such a bad thing. I find it disturbing to see This . Fedex express needs to drug test they drivers. Send them to L.O.H.S with a monitor while they pee the first time and second time this is my previous job and they will make sure nobody gets away with a dirty drug test . Fedex express you need to piss test your drivers before they create a horrible accident while driving under the influence . Pure disgust to the individuals.

2 different times the delivery driver just threw our packages on our porch at our door. Very disappointed. I trust ups and USPS before I trust Fed Ex with merchandise.
