Being new to the area, I initially had to take my Harley Davidson to Maryland as no dealer in the area will work on any over 10 years old. A pain in the ass. However, my BMW that I just moved over to the US from where I was stationed in Germany had the headlight go out. I also thought the clutch may be starting to slip. While looking for a BMW dealer to work on it I happened upon EUBMW. I am so glad I did. Stopped by on a Saturday morning with no appointment and Khan changed the bulb while I waited. He checked the clutch and told me it was still good for a year and then to replace it. When I saw the menagerie of bikes he was working on, I asked if he could service my HD. I think he can service/restore anything. You can tell he knows bikes inside and out, and he has this positive energy around him that is palpable. Meeting a real person in this pretentious NCR was a blessing and having someone who can work on my bikes within 10 minutes from the house is amazing. I am so happy to have a guy that I can trust. Amazing.

It was difficult to find somewhere in NOVA to service my Piaggio scooter. EUBMW was extremely helpful and I LOVED the work they did. Will be taking my scooter here for ALL future repairs.

Khanh is really one of the best in the business. Fair prices and a depth of knowledge that means if it can be fixed, hell figure out a way. I have a 97 that always feels fresh every time he wrenches on it. But Ive seen all sorts of bikes lining up in the lot at his shop.

Just dealt with Me. Nguyen today and he did superb work on my bike and told me how it is. Best part was he did it in a reasonable time. From this point forward I will go to no other shop for my cherished bmw motorcycle.

Unbelievably great customer service. Sent an email inquiry in about my Burgman on Saturday night, woke up to a response first thing Monday morning. By noon the same day my bike was fixed and back home. Couldnt have been happier with the experience and will absolutely use him again.

Came here based on khans great reviews and location. Zero complaints here. Service was quick, price was fair, and he explained my bikes issue and resolution. He even took a picture of what went wrong. Hopefully I wont have to come back soon, but EUBMW is at the top of my list.

Khanh is absolutely the best in the area. Very knowledgeable and works in an extremely timely manner, and is honest about the work and everything he does.

Khan is the man, his shop is a must see if you are an enthusiast of any type of motorcycles. He works on everything and rides everything, metric or Harley. His place should be the subject of a Cafe Racer episode. His prices are nearly half of what a dealership would charge and your getting it from an honest dude. What a business should be... now if I can find an auto repair place that has the same integrity.

Motorcycle shop with very helpful mechanics. Specialize in BMW bikes but good with others too. Not easy to spot from the road so use a maps app.

Khan has worked on all my bikes: Harley, Honda and BMW. Not only can he handle anything, but hes very fair and reasonable. His shop is super convenient too. Theres a taxi shop across the street, which makes getting home easy, and its on a convenient bus line that takes you right to King St metro. The walk to the metro is totally doable too. I couldnt dream of anything better.

Ive called on Khan several times and the service is personal quick and flawless. Everything this man does is grade A+. Too bad he only does bikes because I would hire him for everything.I tried to get many shops to change a flat on my bike for days on end and no one could help me. I called up old buddy Khan, showed up, and minutes later had a rolling wheel.Moral of the story: take your bike here!

I was on a trip from Illinois down South and my bike broke down. After two different Harley dealers telling me my charging system was fine, and two new batteries later, I stopped in at EUBMW. Khan tested the charging and and in about two minutes found good voltage but no amps. The charging system was making enough volts/amps only to run the engine but not recharge the battery. Khan replaced the alternator and rectifier and had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. His uncle even brought me back to my hotel and offered to let me ride his Fatboy on a ride with him and his friends while my motorcycle was being repaired. They really went out of their way for me. I wish I lived closer to their shop. I would bring all my work there. I would recommend them to anyone for any motorcycle. Great people, great service.

Great place to get your motorcycle fix

I recently took my 1985 K100 to Eubmw knowing that a dealership would probably not easily diagnose my electrical issues on such an old bike and probably would have trouble repairing it since most parts are now discontinued. Khanh was clearly an expert on both my bike model as well as electronics in general. He had me up and running quicker than I expected and charged me a fair price. I got the feeling this guy could fix anything.

Khan knows BMWs and I trust his work. Hes worked on my Oilhead and K bike. Hes also fixed my friends bike. Highly recommended.

Its the only place in the Metro DC area I would use to maintain, fix, repair, and restore my 1995 BMW K1100LT touring motorcycle, and Khanh Nguyen is the only mechanic I would trust her with. Hes my mechanic. Ill never get any other bike besides a BMW and Ill never use another mechanic besides EUBMW. I have been using him since 2013.

I have a 1977 R100/7, khanhs father worked on the bike when it was my fathers and Khanh services the bike now that is it mine. Khanh is fast, reliable, and very reasonably priced compared to the two local BMW Motorrad dealers. Not only is he a full service shop he is also very willing to help with advice if you are trying to do something yourself. I will not take any of my bikes anywhere else.

This place doesnt look like much from the street. Its a blue colar garage, nothing fancy. This man knows BMW cycles inside and out. Khan is my first stop for any problems with my bike - 2005 BMW 1150gs. He gives a fast and accurate diagnosis and follows through with excellant service. He is also very responsive to time sensitive projects. Ive brought my bike to him on several occasions with last minute problems that krept up before trips and every time he has come through, even when there are obviously many other projects that required his attention. His prices are more then reasonable and hes very pleasant to deal with.

I talked to Khanh over the phone and via email to schedule an appointment to perform the 600 mile check up on my KLR650 (I know, not a BMW).Other shops quoted me at anywhere from $225 to $300 for a simple service! I scheduled with Khanh because his price seemed the most reasonable at $200, so I went with it. Its also close to where I live.I dropped my bike off a few minutes early and they immediately got to work. It was done in about 30-40 minutes. Everything taken care of. Oil change, chain lubed, parts checked. The works! And when I got the bill, it was only $125!!!One hundred dollars cheaper than what other places were going to charge for the same service.One thing, though. They dont take cash; I didnt know that and didnt have it on me. Khanh said dont worry about it and to bring the money by when I can. I was going to give him one of my credit cards to hold on to, but he said its ok. He took his customers word for it and I went to the gas station and pulled out the money to pay him.To me, that spoke volumes. A man who trusts his customer to do the right thing can always be trusted in my book (A great quality to have as a mechanic). I will most certainly be bringing my bike back to EUBMW anytime I need any routine (or not so routine) service that I can not perform myself and I recommend that you do the same!If you can not tell, I am very satisfied with the care I received at EUBMW.
