I love the selections and the prices are fair and the customer service is exceptional. I definitely recommend this shop

I would give zero stars if there was an option for it. I called the number and asked the person if they had the specific flavor and brand I was asking for and I was told yes they do. Before arriving to the the shop I called for the second time just to make sure he did have what I asked for. But when I got there he made me wait for 15 mins and then just casually presented me with different options of different brands saying oh I have this flavor and that flavor but I don’t have the one you asked for. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never go there again and never recommend it to anyone else either

I wish i could give -ve stars. The owner is very rude. He was open and it was storm outside and he did not let me come in the store to make a purchase. It made me wet. He dnt have any adequate to deal with customers. Very rude. Please avoid to give business to such an illetrate person.He has his shop under different names on google to dodge people and google.

Not actually open - you have to yell through the glass door to have a conversation with the clueless proprietor, who cant seem to to differentiate one coil from another.Avoid.

So, the front of the store is boarded up with a sign written that says to call, they are inside. Sounded like a woke the guy up from a deep sleep. It was like pulling teeth to see what kind of juice he had, while we stayed on the phone. He says, we only carry z-cloud.So, when I finally just said give me a bottle of juice, he poked kitchen tongs out of the mail slot for my card. He takes my card, few seconds later, he returns it out, retracts the tongs and then slips out a bottle of juice.I looked up z-cloud after this. The bottle I got looked nothing like any picture thats out there. Was a cheap bottle of juice and had a bad taste. Never even saw the guys face that sold me this bottle of junk.

Very Rude customer service

Poor customer service told me they had what I wanted when I came to the store he told me that he doesn’t have it and can’t do anything about. Made me waste my time and gas to travel out to the store for nothing.

This is not an actual store, its a mall kiosk. The prices here are extremely high. They take advantage that there arent many places in the immediate area. This is one of those places you go to if you absolutely need to. Theres no reason something is $10-15 online and $30 here, I get a $5-10 markup but $20?

Went in to buy a mod (AL85) and the guy at the counter was trying to charge $118 for it. I found it online on multiple websites for under $45. I couldn’t believe how overpriced this place was. Ended up purchasing at another local vape shop for $60 since I didn’t want to wait for shipping.

So, the pictures are misleading. Its a small stand. I asked the lady at the stand a simple shisha question and she had no idea what I was asking and showed me a vape pen.

The guy on the phone told me that they have some but when i got there the guy said “i don’t even have a phone”. I had to pay $4 for papers.

Extremely disappointed with management here. I called ahead to ask if this store carried a specific brand of hookah: Khalil Mamoon. The manager assured me that he carried this brand. When I got to the store the salesperson there said she did not have any of this brand. The management here straight up lied to me. I called back the manager to determine if there was a mixup or not. The manager conferenced in the salesperson at the store to a three way call (who I was standing in front of at the time) and confirmed that they did not carry the brand. He did not offer an explanation as to why he would have told me they carried the brand when they did not. This store ruined my night, stay far, far away. Finally, the pictures on google are deceiving -- this store is a stand in the mall and has limited selection.

Really need to just show picture of the kiosk rather than their shop on King st. Total waste of time and woman was rude enough that we just walked away. Roll eyes, no sale. Go anywhere but here
