Ill give them 3 stars because food is ok. People need to be trained about customer service. They are so rude, if you dont like working as a cashier you shouldnt be working as one. I can see the answers from the owner, very poor. You should take a good care of your customers, dont forget because of us you have this business.

Food was delicious. Got the Chuleta de Cerdo. Not a big pork chop person but these were alright. Couldve used a little dipping sauce but pretty good otherwise. Tortillas, refried bean, rice, and veggies tasted amazing. Definitely recommend.

The steak tacos with avacado. Get 3 or 4.Tres tacos de carne con avacado.I like them way better than Taco Rock across the street. And they are really good.

This place never disappoints. We have been coming to this place for the past 5 years and food has always been on point delicious. Love love the diversity of different dishes from Central America. Pupusas/ carne asada and mexican tacos are go to.They are always busy but they manage to get the food ready on time.Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a taste of central america food.

The carnitas are super delicious. They are crispy on outside and tender inside. The Pupusas and Carne asada are always great also. The store itself always has fresh avocados and limes. Friendly staff.

Had a great experience at Mi Tierra Deli. The food is delicious and the taste is superb, im picky when it comes to Bistec encebollado(steak and onions) perfect amount of salt, great seasoning good portion for the money and the prices are very fair. The great thing about this deli is that it is also a grocery store so if you need to pick something up for the home cleaning supplies, rice, masa for tortillas this place has it all. The staff are always smiling and very nice. I will definitely be coming here for lunch more often, thank you Mi tierra for the hospitality 😎👍

I always order tongue tacos from here5/5 there good,but today they were so salty and my horchata wasn’t goodDisappointed

They don’t clean up correctly I didn’t see but at sate on a chair full of ketchup and now I have to walk around with ketchup on pants for the rest of the day honestly truly disgraceful

I give the food 0 stars if there was an option. The Baleadas sold here are not Baleadas. They taste awful and a disgrace to us Hondurans who love this dish. This place should not be selling this dish unless its done by the hands of a fellow Honduran. The store itself is good and sells products you need to cook.

Nice and clean and only carryout food. Theres a mini mercado with basic Centro American products and a great variaty of beers.

Food here had no flavor and raw, had to return the food. The staff was incompetent with health codes. The store had more than 10 people inside and social distance was not respected of 6 feet. Cooking staff did not wear gloves. I recommend going elsewhere if health concern are a priority. This place is at huge risk for covid-19.

First time I went the cashiers were rude but the food was great. The next time I went the cashiers were nice but the food was not so good. Rice beans were so bad that Im surprised they actually served them. Beans were dry and hard, rice was very dry. It was really bad vs the 1st time the it was probably the top 3 best rice/beans I ever had. The asada the first time was tender, cooked just right with little to no fat. 2nd time the piece of meat was a lot smaller, over cooked, burned on the edges, dry and had a lot of fat/gristle.To me consistency is where any business truly shines. So far Mi Tierra hasnt been consistent. Many years ago before they expanded the consistency was there. Now with so many customers it seems difficult for them to keep up.

I went in today to purchase some carne, chorizo and costillas.when I arrived to my house I realized that the costillas are jus bones with fat. It seem like some one has cut off the meat. I called them to see if I can exchanged it they refused to exchange them. So now Im am stuck with 3 pounds of bones on fat the worst ever. They will not be getting my business any longer 6yr loyal gone down the drain. Thanks for treating your customers like you care great job

This place is far from the best salvadorian food, this place was a whole lot better when it was just a kitchen in the back, the amount of employees does not equal out the amount of customers they have especially during the weekend. The manager Guillermo refused to refund my money after giving me the incorrect taco order. Refused to give the owners name . Instead insisted i drive all the way back just to show him the tacos and then he could swap them out. No respect for a customer time or money . This was not the first time a mistaken order has occurred but will definetly be the last becuase after 4 year of going there i will be taking my money to the taqueria up the street near the carwash or to Tikal, Casa Grande, many better options in the annandale area.Este lugar está lejos de ser la mejor comida salvadoreña, este lugar era mucho mejor cuando era solo una cocina en la parte de atrás, la cantidad de empleados no es igual a la cantidad de clientes que tienen especialmente durante el fin de semana. I cannot believe this its the worst experience I have ever had... I am hosting a big dinner in ordered 4 hours prior to picking up order it was more than $100 worth of food.. went to pick up and nothing was ordered unbelievable they did not care all they said was next. Like really.

WOW!I cant say enough good about these guys.The grocery part of this tiny Mercado is OK, but in back there is (literally) a hole in the wall where they serve freshly-made tacos and other authentic Mexican food. So good. So incredibly delicious. So cheap.You cannot go wrong here.And everybody is very friendly.

Today I went there and the food was good but on my drinks I ordered two atol chuchos that were very salty. I ask a waitress why they were salty and she answered that it was suppose to taste like that, which I have tried before and was not salty. On conclusion I did not have a good experience nor service in this place.

They have paletas produced in Baltimore. I got a really good flaxseed bottled drink. In the back is a carry-out section. Nice and clean and well-lit.

I am a Salvadoran..and I love this place! The pupusas are so yummy and always full of cheese, they defiantly dont skimp on my cheese pupusas like other places. Its not a sit down place its more of a carry-out spot. I also love that they have mangos in baggies at the front checkout area! Its a little shopping market so to say, so they have a wide range variety of snacks and drinks from our motherlands. Try it out youll like it

Just got 2 orders of sopa de mondongo, the worst!!! The soup was cold I hadnt ate all day probably ate less than a quarter of my soup I called to get a refund they had the nerve to say were human we all make mistakes like really is this the type of customer service you offer! I have ordered from here many times before and never had i had such a bad experience makes me want to contact the health department

Well, I have no complaints about the food, a very healthy and very clean environment but I only have a small problem and that is why I only give it 2 stars!The customer service is the worst, the cashiers are very lousy to attend to and they have no education, I dont understand why being such a cozy place they have such disgusting people in front of them!They should teach them how to attend clients and that they have what they have thanks to us!

Bad service, bad customer service, bad manners. When they are called they do not say hello and they do not take orders well and put what they want. Bad for it because maybe they dont need my money but one by one they will be left without a customer! Hopefully in the future they improve their quality of service.

It does not have good service, they are but very slow, the workers have a breakfast and wait 30 minutes just to be talking to those girls, one is parody, and I have to wait up to 5 minutes for them to take the order.

Unfortunately the service is terrible in this place, the people who are taking orders, who are usually young, have a rude attitude as if one were ordering the food as a gift, I dont know what happens with the customer service I would like the owner of the place to do. an employee evaluation.

I always order food from this place but the last 3 times bad experience one forgot the sauce for my pupusas. Second, a roast meat that I ordered raw last week, and this time I asked for chicken soup and the roast chicken told me the cashier was right when she got to my house the chicken was fried and apart from the burnt fried it was dry hard refried. I called back and the cashier in a bad mood told me that they didnt give the roast chicken and that she didnt have time to be explaining to people I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there was no manager and she told me to have a good day all upset and she hung up on me bad service they should improve their customer service lately they are very lousy the cashiers should be grateful that the customer is going to buy and that thanks to the customer they have a job.

My land Deli Alexandria. Is a restaurant with disrespectful staff very poor customer service. If you find yourself in the restaurant area, stay away from that dump, the food is very unpleasant. If you want to risk it, you can approach it. But you will have a bad experience. The products in the store are good but the restaurant is disgusting the staff is lousy.

Never buy chicken with slices it is disgusting buy one and they gave me dawned chicken and banana slices that disgusting zero in customer service also better to spend your money cooking your food yourself or in another restaurant
