I was hoping this Kroger would be like the ones near my home so I could grab some socks while out of town as well as a few more items. The store is large, but I couldnt find any ankle socks while locations near my home have clothing. I finally realized it was large because they sell liquor unlike TX stores (they arent allowed to). I did find a couple of items I was looking for though.

Nice selection, great prices, and helpful staff.

Ordered groceries for pickup. I had a coupon for every item, some online, but mostly paper coupons. When I picked up my order I was told that the system was down and they couldnt take my paper coupons. I was told they had been calling ppl to tell them that they could use their paper coupons online. Nobody ever called me. $20 in paper coupons down the drain!

I like Krogers very clean not too crowded I can find everything I need for cooking people are friendly and helpful

The black lady(im black) that works the deli and the hot food section on 6/4/2021at 10:40am is the worste. Absolutely terrible. Ive record the encounters and i will be contacting headquarters. Expect to not be served or if you are..then with an attitude. The meat slicer will not be cleaned either.

Best place to go grocery shopping in town

This store will forever be my favorite store! Their sushi bar is amazing and they carry so many wonderful products that I cant find anywhere else.

I am a regular Kroger shopper with limited tech skills. Was SO disappointed that digital coupons could not be accessed in store when shopping and phone not with me. Seniors like myself with no smart phone or limited skills are eliminated from these specials

Had a good atmosphere to this store. Employees were friendly, helpful and cheerful. Everything well stacked and organized on isles from what I could see. No queue for the self checkout either. Was out very quickly too despite it being reasonably busy.

Friendly staff, clean environ. But there was no heat in the store and EVERYONE was shivering. Very uncomfortable experience. Y’all it’s winter and we’re in a hard freeze. All they could say was that Corporate controls the thermostat in another state. If y’all dont do something about it, I can easily go elsewhere. Albertson’s is very comfy.

The pharmacy has the worst employees who are always rude. People hurting dont want to get their medicine from inconsiderate bit***.

June 25, 2021Bad experience this morning. Drove all the way in from Pineville, to get a few things that only Kroger has in this area. It was a little after 8 and THERE WERE NO CHECKERS!! I was told the 7:00 checker didnt show up!! Why didnt management get someone else, even him or her, as it may be, on the cash register himself!? The store was filled with customers, even at that early hour! A very nice middle aged gentleman, helped me at the self serve cash register. I had coupons for some free stuff and that needed human intervention! TERRIBLE! A national, old chain like Krogers!!!!BEWARE! ALL YOU COUPONERS!! Krogers, at least this store, has a one coupon per a particular item policy! I tried to buy 6 Boomerangs pot pies with 6 coupons and they wouldnt accept them! So, I used one coupon for one pot pie and paid full.price for the rest.As I am an avid couponer, I will not come here anymore!Reasonable prices. This store has just about anything you could want. The store is rather dim. Lighting could be brighter.

Always busy,decent prices,tight Isles crowded most daytime hours and high peak times its a bit difficult to shop bc ppl everywhere.

Dont shop their offten so dont know the store welll but it was very crowded they were having a very big sale which is awesome which was why I was there today

Great grocery choices, fantastic deli, bakery makes fresh items like their in store tortillas. Theres also a sushi bar and a Starbucks!

A caution to anyone with health concerns . . . they do not enforce their stated face mask requirement at this location. During a recent visit, there were about a dozen customers in the store, but only two were wearing masks.

I love this grocery store!! They have so many varieties of healthy options available for an excellent price!! Only bad thing is that I wish I lived closer to it!! I love how they make sushi there as well!! And it can even be made to order!! And the fact that theres a Starbucks in the store is a big plus!!! The customer service is also very superb!! I wish I can give this place more than 5 stars!!

I absolutely love Krogers. They have the best deals for familys but most of all I love that they send you coupons in the mail. The coupons are only of items I purchase from their store. I love that they track your purchases and let you know when your favorite items are on sale. It makes me feel special!!!! Also, the points that allow you to get cents off gas!!! Love it!!!!

I have been shopping here for years. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They always have what I need and more !

My favorite place to shop! The produce is always fresh, the fruit is always great. I enjoy receiving coupons in the mail for free items and discount items. There is hardly ever a wait in line. Self check out is quick when you are on the go!

Great grocery store to shop at sometimes shelves are empty and need to be restocked. The aisles are a little tight and can get crowded very easy. Check out times are normally very fast most of the time under 5 min. Good selection.

It was very busy but, well stocked and very clean. However, Starbucks took forever to get through the line and make peoples drinks. They redeemed themselves by making my coffee absolutely awesome, though. Time management skills should be learned as it would help with wait time and the length of the line.

One of the cashiers was really nice to me and beautiful to, I think her name was Christie, she helped me with a bouquet of flowers I was getting for a loved one. Really great service.

Even though it is out of my way, I make a point to shop at this Kroger.This is usually my favorite grocery store in town, even if the parking lot is a nightmare. This is the only store in town where I am consistently greeted by employees whilst going about my shopping.The checkouts always have multiple lines open and the service is prompt and professional.Edit: the new extended hours are awesome.

Don’t use Clicklist if you’re in a hurry. Waited over three hours. Placed order on Sunday for 2pm Tuesday. Got a call Tuesday at 12:30pm to tell me it wouldn’t be ready until 6-7pm . Waiting 3 1/2 hrs . They need to do this differently.

Kroger is an awesome place to buy groceries! And you get great deals of you get the Kroger card! Getting the card costs you nothing. Recommended!

Had an absolutely horrible experience from the moment I walked in. We had a late night trip to the store and walked in at 12:36. By 12:38 the security guard rudely told us we had 10 minutes to get out. By 12:45 he found me at the end of an isle and told me i needed to bring my things to the front. I told him i was completely aware of the time and I would go after I found the last item i was looking for. After a few comments back and forth I still had not grabbed what i was looking for because he was sitting there arguing and being rude to me. I had to tell him i wanted to get my tea in peace and pay for my things without him bothering me or staring at me, because he actually stood there and stared at me searching for what I wanted. After all that. I still managed to get to the self check out at 12:53. How much faster would I have gotten out of the store with my purchase if he would have left me and my friend alone. Instead he was rude and caused a scene. They dont close until 1am on Saturday.

The best grocery store in town. When you need something exotic for a dish this is the best chance of finding it in town.

I have written to Krogers Corporate office. Refusing to serve a law enforcement officer is absolutely unacceptable. As I stated in my letter, I have shopped at Krogers for decades, I will not spend another penny at Krogers until this issue is adequately addressed. This does not mean offering a statement to placate the public by stating that the employees actions were not aligned with Krogers corporate policies. You have an employee issue and a managerial issue.

We wanted to use our fuel rewards for diesel, but Kroger didnt have it. We were told that Circle K would honor their rewards, but that was not right. We were very disappointed.

Kroger is the best grocery store for the greatest value. People have a misconception that Kroger is expensive. That is not true with sales that can compete with Walmart and beat their prices. Where else can you find a gallon of milk on sale for $2.79 sometimes for two weeks at a time, or an 88 cent loaf of bread? If you sign up for a Kroger card you are able to get rewarded for shopping at our store once you accumulate a hundred fuel points you can get gas for 10cents off a gallon, so if gas is 2.38 and you have a hundred points you can fill your car up at 2.28. YOU can even use your fuel points at several Y NOT STOP STATIONS, CIRCLE K STATIONS ALL THAT ARE AFFILIATED WITH SHELL GASKroger has everything you need except CLOTHES

The who is a little higher than other places on certain items but the service and the atmosphere is worth 5 Stars if not more and is very clean and you dont see too many ghetto people with their its just a good place to shop in a safe place to shop

Small Kroger, but very nice selection. Managers specials are plentiful, so if you are a penny pincher (like me) it is always nice to poke your head in at least.

We placed a pickup order on April 1, we were given a pickup time and date on April 3 at 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm. At around 7:00pm on April 3 we received at text saying our order was ready, we made the 35 minute trip to the store. We arrived at the store at about 8:15, parked and called the number for pickup. We were told our order “might”be ready the next day. Wasted an hour trip nothing.

Every time I have been to this Kroger, there are no carts in the store, everything is dirty, and the stock levels in every department are low with gaping holes in the shelves. I drove in from Pineville this morning and arrived at the store at 9:00 a.m., and the produce section was practically empty. This is the last time I bother to visit this store. Theyre always out of at least one item Ive specifically gone there to buy. Ive been to many Kroger locations in my life time and its always been my favorite grocery store to shop at, but shopping at this Kroger Signature store is always frustrating and disappointing.

I had found some good bargains, they had good bargains on some steaks real nice these steaks I had for got the name of the meat but for three pieces was priced at thirty dollars but with ur Kroger card u got a discount of about twelve dollars off the regular price .so u couldnt beat that.

I dont like the self checkout. They need to be upgraded. But the staff are very helpful!

Kroger is overpriced. They run out of stock really quickly on the items that they do have on sale each week. They only usually last the first few days of the sale. I want to like this store but I just cant get there.

Im not a Starbucks guy so cant comment, but the rest of the store is nice. Its not always cheapest, but the best selection of specialty type grocery items and great floral department.

I will never shop in any Kroger again. We as a State, need to boycott! A 4month old baby girl lost her Mom in California yesterday. Called on a domestic case, by family members of the murderer. She was doing her job, to keep us all safe. Kroger should be ashamed. Blue Lives Matter too. Most of black men shot and killed every single day, are killed by other black men FACT! Black Lives Matter too. This was totally unacceptable!

I am disgusted to find out this Kroger location refuses to serve police officers. 4 American police officers shot dead in the last 72 hours and Kroger has the nerve to allow this to happen? The employee should be fired and Kroger should give the woman officer a heartfelt apology. I am disgusted that neither the employee or Manager cared at all. The corporate manager didnt follow up with the officer who was refused service either!! I will take my business elsewhere!

My go-to place as a rule. Its closer than the Walmart Neighborhood Market, tho probably more expensive. Weekly sales are great. Havent tried Clicklist yet.

Bad experience with the cashier. I had gotten the wrong item that was on a coupon. No problem I kept it anyway. Cashier said in a loud voice; I am not loosing my job over 40 cents. I said no one asked you to and he repeated what he said. Very embarrassing. Wont go back.

The variety of offerings here is more than any other grocery store in the area, and the bakery makes a trees leches cake that is to die for. I would rate the store higher if the in store Starbucks had faster service and didnt have an ever-broken espresso machine.

The prices are higher than Walmart but over all, the quality is higher too. They have the foods that you cant find elsewhere. They have deals on their produce that are unbeatable. I am a fan of the Kroger brand.
