Excellent customer service and items were just as ordered!

See my review on yelp. The employees are borderline rude. They messed up an expensive piece I wanted engraved after I gave Them explicit directions which they wrote Down but obviously didn’t read. When it was explained that they messed it up, the lady read the directions which were written down and was like “Oh.” No apology, no nothing. Still charged me full price after ruining my stuff. I Don’t recommend them. I went to somewhere else in Pineville on HWY 28 east which was cheaper, faster and super friendly.

They have suppled name badges for our square dance clubs for many years. Very pleased with the quality and service.
