Jon restored an identified natural gas leak near the meter on the outside of the house. He was on time, on a Sunday, completed the fix in a timely manner. He also took the time to solution a bunch of questions I aske that were in related to the repair, adjusted our water pressure and showed me how to relight the pilot light on the water heater Just in case Centerpoint wouldn’t do it for me. He went above and beyond in a number of ways. I’d be happy to have him as our plumber again!

The repairman (Miles) was thorough and personable. He took the time to show me how the system worked, did all repairs and my irrigation system works perfectly now. He also recommended what should be done before winter weather. All in all I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the quality of service. Definitely recommend.

I love these guys. They are always responsive and I trust their work. We call on them for issues -- install a new water heater or support us figure out why our sinks backs up. And they always give us the right answer. I have never comparison shopped as to cost because in my view when you find someone who does it right cost is not an issue.

River did a fine work exploring the possibilities and coming up with a step to a answer for our problem. I haven’t used them yet but have a reasonable estimate for what they’ll do. professional and knowledgeable.
