Moldy beef jerky, I found this on the sales floor today. I also will never buy liquor here again. It’s so hard to find a sale associate to open the case. I once waited for an hour and was sitting on the floor. The employees kept telling me someone was coming.

My first experience with this store was a little different but it is a nice store.

This store usually has what we are looking for. Sometimes they only have 1 register open run by a cashier and the rest are self serve. Not good if you have a cart full of groceries. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Needed information on products. Have called on several occasions and NO ONE answers the main phone.. Thats kinda wierd.

As a senior, I really enjoy shopping at the walmart neighborhood marketlocated at 812 belleauwood blvd and jackson st. ext. I`ve been shoppingthere for a few years. The parking lot and the inside the store is alwaysclean and inviting, They`re always well stock and have a convenientmoney center to serve my needs as well. My favorite place to shop !

Workers are nice and helpful. Store is clean and good selection. Wish the customers could be courteous as well.

I both love and hate the self check out at the same time. I was both shocked and disappointed to learn that people use the self check outs to thieve 🤯😡😤😱🤮😵😦🥺😳 I mean really guys, havent yall thought of the shareholders? Next time you think its cool or funny to exploit Walmart in such a manner, Please, think of the Walton Family. They dont deserve that. Theyre a great family that help so many with their wealth.

Wide selection, well stocked, reasonable prices.

It was nice! Clean. People there are somewhat more friendly than at the super center. However, I couldnt find a few things I needed. Their seafood selection is minimal & their checkout lanes are too narrow.

Wish they opened at 6 am versus 7 am. The selection of school shirts for ash are often few and short sleeve. They should keep more in stock being the neighborhood Walmart and close to this particular school (Alexandria Senior High) which this neighborhood supports very heavily. Walmart will make more money Im sure.

This walmart neighborhood was the first to be a clean walmart do to the other ones. They had fresh fruits and vegetables. The shelves were fully stock and the employees were very helpful with helping find items. I finally found the new seasonal Mikes hard lemonade.

Really enjoy having a small Walmart nearby that’s only 5 minutes away. The store is easy to navigate where getting to the milk isle is not only a straight shot from the front doors but fast. I like that it has smaller buggies for those who are light shoppers and for the aged. The main problems I have witnessed is not having enough of the smaller buggies and parking is becoming difficult to find; the growing number of local patrons are outgrowing the parking spaces. 812 Belleau Wood Blvd., Alexandria, LA

Of the Wal-Marts in town this one is my favorite one, they are smaller so cant carry everything I need but they have a great selection on grocery and other items.The staff has always been so friendly,that is what sets it apart from the others in town cashiers are just VERY pleasant as well as speedy on check out. Produce selection is well laid out and kept nice, fresh most times I have decided to grab something in that area.Store is always clean inside and out,bathrooms to me are kept exceptionally well even b4 covid stuff . Well done Management!

My first time to shop at Walmart. Clean, good variety of food, fruits/veggies were excellent. Paid $68 for what would have cost me twice as much at Albertsons.

I have been using Walmart delivery and pickup. Delivery has always been great. It seems to be a different problem. Everytime I use pickup.I keep using it because of the convenience.

Very chaotic. No cashiers to check you out. The one cashier who you could tell was young and new was totally overwhelmed d/t srlf check out customers coming to her for help while mgmt was at the service desk talking and not assisting customers or the one lone cashier. Its sad that you go to a store to spend your money and still have to check yourself out. Most customers are coming straight from work tired and trying to get home to feed their families, not check your own groceries out. A billion dollar company but makes their customers check themselves out!!! Its just plain ridiculous. Will be going to other grocery stores from now own.

I like they have a large variety on snacks and the usually have things that I dont find in my main store. They also have some good prices but like everywhere somethings have gone up . But overall my experience was pleasant.

This is not the closest Walmart too me but it is the one with the best service and the one I feel the safest going to.

Perfect for small trips and groceries, usually pretty clean, things are easy to find, overall good experiences here.

Compared to the other two Walmarts in Alexandria was Heaven on Earth the paperwork for the light you know in professional the other two I mean is act like nobody likes their job yes theres no prices on anyting you asking can you give me a price on me if they act like oh my God I got to get I got to do something is terribly terrible experience going to the other two of them mainly the ones of super Walmarts on 28th is just terrible

Its alway good to shop at Walmart but sometimes its the employee attitude is terrible but this times the employee at the register was very nice

It was hard to walk and shop with all the freight and workers on the floor. The workers were not helpful, and ignored customers.

Well stocked Walmart Neighborhood Market. It can get a bit crazy at times when its busy but its pretty easy to get in and out.

We were there strictly to pick up a prescription. We waited in line in our vehicle at least 20 minutes and it seemed longer. My question to Walmart neighborhood market is why? We called our prescription (only 1) an hour before pickup. We still had to wait too long, for them to get our order together.

Great place to shop they have all the essentials. I highly reccomend anyone to shop here.

Always clean and well stocked with fresh items. I enjoy coming here during lunch for salads and stuff. Wish they had more of a deli food selection for plate lunches like other Wal-Marts but everything else is still nice.

So usually I tell myself that The Neighborhood Walmart wont have those little special things like frozen packs of Pontchartrain gumbo crabs,you know they blue. However I found them right after the storm and this is what I made with all the items I needed.

Fresh produce, helpful employees, usually have what I need, usually full shelves, clean store, clean restrooms.Problems:1) A number of people who man the customer service desk are rude and sullen, but NOT ALL OF THEM.2) The electric carts for the handicapped OFTEN die halfway thru a shopping trip. I realize this is the fault of the inconsiderate people who use them, but the employees might ask the riders to re-plug them, or even do it themselves. Its bad enough to have to shop in pain, but to have to scoot a dead, grocery-laden electric cart is exhausting.3) As a bargain hunter who checks out the REDUCED racks, its annoying not to know prices! Sometimes mdse is stored on the racks before being marked down, so it isnt actually reduced (yet), and the customer feels deceived.

Great fast friendly service

I’ve gone so far as emailing corporate headquarters to brag on this little store. It’s clearly well managed. The employees are genuinely happy and nice. The products are typically in stock and well organized. They even have little sampler stations where I’ve had cheese, brownies and smoked ham before.It’s really a pleasure doing business here opposed to the Walmart not even 2 miles away.

Always like to go to this one when I want peace and no rush or wait. Can cruise the isles without to many people crowding. The inside and parking lot is always clean. I love my neighborhood walmart

It was clean, and you could tell that that took some pride in their store. I almost found everything I needed. The only unfortunate thing was that there was a long line to check out. They also had really nice bathrooms! Other than that it was pretty great.

This place is just simply outstanding!! The staff is great and friendly. If there was anything I couldnt find, theyll do everything possible to get it for me. Extra thanks to the manager named Lester. He went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience was very enjoyable. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone. Better than Krogers, super 1 and any other grocery store. Didnt even have to search for a buggee. This store is definitely a grocery shoppers paradise

Prices were pretty good. Could have had more assistants working. I thought their produce section seemed limited.

Friendly service, good prices. The location is convenient. There store is clean. Apparently the Corporate office has decided to drop several items that I and other customers bought on a regular basis. Not happy about that.

The gas pump would not give me gas at 87 cents per gallon so I cancelled it and redid it for 93 cents per gallon, which it accepted. My CC company texted to see if I did a $1.00 charge so I guess WM charged me even though I didnt get any gas on tge first transaction!!

I am hooked to this neighborhood wal mart. Most of the people here are very courteous and helpful. The store is always clean and very organized. The only small problem is the parking lot. There is one way in and one way out and the parking lot sometimes get very congested with traffic and cars, but otherwise this is the place I will always go for convenience and good service.

I have never and Im from North Carolina men such to a friendly place from our staff and theres Walmart and I am so proud of the management there for the excellent job theyre doing with her employees everyone is so friendly and so eager to help you you wont find that at any other Walmart thank you Gordon Marshall for being there for our neighborhood

Its a good store but Everytime I go there a lot of stock is depleted. And some items that they have carried are no longer available ☹️ after you look forward to purchasing it.

My absolute favorite place to shop! I was never a Walmart shopper until they opened his neighborhood market right by my house. The produce is always fresh, the prices are amazing, BUT you dont have to deal with the craziness that is Walmart. It does have a small selection of cleaning products and toys but its nice when you want walmart prices and a grocery store experience.

Love going here, nice smiling faces, has great selection, neat shelves, clean iles, always someone close to help and they know what I am talking about. Great place to shop.
