I just want to say that their employee “Traci” is amazing!! Called and asked if they still had pizza up by the counter and they did not. But, she cooked a whole one and let me buy one!!! Very appreciated. Means a lot to me. Very amazing place :))

Not a pleasant experience at all! Took a shower in freezing cold water because I really needed a shower....but they should have closed the showers until whatever the issue was had been taken care of. Both the mens and womens rest rooms were closed do to a plumbing issue, I was told by a worker.They did have my cold brew coffee at the coffee station...that is about the only good thing I can say about the place.

They DO have Ben & Jerrys, the cashier today was friendly and nice, Subway inside.

All that weve come.to expect from Pilot. Great place to get off your a** and stretch a little.

Drive 3 hours fighting to stay awake for a shower. Got there and the girl wouldnt sell one. Said she didnt feel like cleaning them. After my failing rewards card. And all the other issues this was the final straw for me Im deciding on love or ta to buy my $15,000 worth of fuel this year.

Safe place to sleep in the car overnight. Plenty of showers, friendly staff.

Wide open and easy to maneuver into and around. Not very many pumps. Very clean, neat and orderly inside. The mens room was particularly above average.

Not a bad pilot to stop at. Usually always some parking spots available until pretty late. Many showers available. So not a long wait. There’s a subway and also a truck mechanic shop connected to the building so if you need an oil change or repairs done here, your in luck I guess.

Bait and switch on gas price, unleaded. Says $3.12 on sign on freeway and $3.15 on sign by station, once you are off the interstate.

Read on a trucker page that they never have coffee. I was like surely thats not true. Lol. Well it was in fact true and this was at 9am NO coffee. Coffee should not be an issue.

Came here for a shower, and it wasnt even cleaned. Told the person cleaning the showers and they claim it is clean. Look at the pictures of all the limescale building up

This place is in a bad state right now. They’re super short staffed overnight, so showers are either very slow or not available at all after like 5-6 PM; same story with hot food. The subway also seems to close early every night. Hope this place can get some staffing soon, I much prefer coming here instead of St. Cloud!

2nd time of getting bad fuel here. Last time my fuel filter gage went from 3-4inhg to 10inhg in a matter of minutes. By the time I stopped to change filters it was at 14.It was in the negatives that day. Bad fuel on a day like that is catastrophic!

Truckers avoid!Fueling equipment is old. Outside screen didnt work; inside card reader didnt work; satellite hose short. Complete pain and ill never stop here again..

Not very driver friendly, at least not for trucks. Very few lanes, and tight spaces. Actual store was very nice, clean and open. Bathroom was atrocious, and the staff was incredibly unfriendly. I wont be back, and I wouldve furld there twice per week, around $350 each time, with fuel and other fluids, food, drinks.....Ill find another store on my route.

I take fuel This pilot. after 20 mile i get water indicator On my dashboard. i call them. I still have that issue. I drain the fuel filter several times. I doesn’t work. Please sell clean fuel to the people.

Employees and building, fine as always. Winter parking lot was a sheet of ice. They could have thrown down a little sand to make it safer.

Clean facilities.Temperature was very comfortable considering it was only 4 degrees outside.Personnel were very cordial and humorous, even the managers displayed a great since of humor.One of the better all around Pilots.

This was by far the cleanest travel center Ive ever been to. Nice and new, and CLEAN. Always a plus! And theres a Subway with the friendliest workers Ive seen in a long time

Good gas station, but terrible Subway. They gave us warm pop with half melted ice, the sandwiches are gross and soggy. The meat looks questionable too. Any other Subway in Alexandria is WAYYYYY better. Dont recommend.

Clean and friendly staff. Our subway breakfast sandwich was great and the girl that fixed it was very pleasant. Fresh coffee and the young men working the counter were very nice.

Pumps are always down out of 5 pumps there is always 1 down usually 2 though.. def pumps. Good luck stopped in ever night for over 2 months and at best there may have been 2 def pumps working but you dont know that until your pulled up to pumps to get fuel already.. place has been going down hill recently.. use to be a nice place to stop..... edit to add. Jun 2020.. its been a week now and the pumps are all down for the 4th time. Nice they finally got the big pot holes filled in the lot and I think the def. Pumps working after many months of them being down. But now the fuel. Place is decent inside but the fuel lanes pumps are a joke.they are always down. Many drivers say they avoid it as much as possible. And so would I if my company would allow us to get fuel else where

At the Alexandria MN Pilot, you have very friendly staff, nice showers etc... large drivers lounge with 16 or so nice chairs. I like to get out of truck for a bit every now and then to watch a ball game. But, THE DRIVERS LOUNGE NEEDS HEAT BADLY. ITS TOO FREAKING COLD TO SIT IN THERE COMFORTABLY! PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM FOLKS ARE GETTING SICK! AIR DUCT NEEDS REWORKED OR SOMETHING! The rest of store temp is fine please fix the drivers lounge temperature. Thank you!

The employees are very friendly. The store is amazing and very clean, stocked with fresh food making it very convenient to choose from when you are traveling. I recommend this place to stop by and stock up for gas and snacks on the go.

Half the pumps are down, there is no DEF and no signs showing it until your already trying to use it. Pumps are completely destroyed. I dont know who is responsible for the care of this place but I wouldnt give them a pet Rock.Save yourself the trouble, risk running out of fuel and go to Fargo or St.Cloud, skip this place completely. Only nice thing about it is the Subway. I regret stopping here to fuel.

This place gets the job done, just not a fan of this location. The layout and placement of the building, pumps and parking while functional is no where near optimal.Only restaurant is a subway, so only option for a hot meal isnt really an option. Something off the rollers or something prepackaged and or ready for the microwave.

The fuel desk folks are very nice and friendly but the Subway is awful. They discontinued sausage for breakfast sandwich. I wont be back.

This Pilot is great ! Probably one of the nicest in the USA ! Ive been to 100s of them across our great land and this one offers tons of parking, food, showers, game rooms, EVERYTHING! everything is nicer in Minnesota anyways but nice job staff !

The local cuisine was fantastic, but there was no glow in the dark shirts (cough, loves, cough.) Great people, great conversation, pretty decent shirts.

Every time I go there it is at least 35 minutes or more to get fuel due to kiosk at pump not working having to go inside wait in line because there’s only one person working. Today I had to do all of the above plus wait an extra 15 minutes because the kid authorized my card on the wrong pump and I had to wait for him to get done fueling before it could be transferred to my pump. All negative aside, it does have pretty clean restrooms and spotless showers but my time is more valuable than the need for a shower for justify spending that kind of time getting fuel. My trucks won’t be back there.

Only giving 3 stars...and mostly for the Subway in there. When we pulled in today (June 6th 230pm) there was a MASSIVE swarm of bees around all the trucks in one line. When we mentioned it to one of the cashiers they didnt seem to care. They really need to do something, if someone dies thats on them.When I was having a shower THREE times workers knocked on the door saying maintenance which made me feel very rushed.The subway employees and food were awesome.

Bathroom was terribly dirty, only one stall and one urinal were functional in the mens room . The hot food was very old, no salads . The cashiers were very slow . The parking lot could also use some work. The subway store was clean and had good employees though.

Pretty clean truck/rest stop. They have huge single slice pizzas, they have a subway In There, and lots of other soups and sandwiches, and hotdogs to choose from. You can also get a shower aswell. Definitely recommended

Diesel pumps are very bad. Sometimes only 2-3 pumps working. Some missing hoses on satellite pumps! Took a shower and no hot water! Told manager, she asked which one and walked away! No apologies no fs given! Unfortunately I have to fuel here sometimes, if you dont have to, Id go somewhere they appreciate your business!

Five stars for warm and clean shower. Other things I just don’t care. Always able to find a spot to park my truck.

The inside is nice enough, about what youd expect from the average pilot, which is perfectly fine, and the parking lot seems adequate. The diesel pumps however...Theres 6 lanes. 2 normal width and 4 superwide. Of those at the moment, 2 of the super wide pumps are closed which leaves only 4 open.The superwide lanes also have normal sized hoses which are way too short. If you dont position your truck perfectly one or both wont reach.And of course, the DEF doesnt work.3 strikes, -3 stars.

Its a nice spot. Decent parking but fills fast. Onky subway. And showers are new and clean.

Always hit this one. #1 For the subway, hard to eat healthy being a trucker. #2 Thier always so nice, who dont like smiles.

2 of 3 urinals in disrepair.4 of 6 showers closed.Shower codes dont work.Soap dispensers are broken.I dont know if this place has had a sudden wave of vandalism or if theyre just too cheap/lazy to fix anything.Other than the facilities, the area is large and clean.

Unfortunately I have to refuel here. Islands unclean, unstocked. During winter sometimes fuel/def works sometimes not. Snow doesnt get completely removed leaving approximately 30% of the spaces to park unusable. This could be an exceptional truck stop if someone cared to clean it up and remove the grease/oil buildup around diesel islands.

Pilot is number one in my book, I always get there pilot house coffee, there showers always super clean, same goes for bathrooms. I cant wait to get more points on my pilot rewards card so I can by me a truck navigation:)

Go to this truck stop twice a week for the last six years. Friendly staff. Great Subway Sandwich franchise. Also can get diesel engine repairs done here.

Was traveling through. Stopped for a bathroom break and coffee. Bathroom was clean and accessible. Got a large cup of coffee & brought it to the counter. The female clerk asked if coffee was all I had. I said Yes & she said it was free today, the coffee was on her! Made my day!

I always love stopping at pilot. Great deals and awesome things.

They have amazing pizza & the service is usually pretty good. But I do have to admit, you will see a few druggies walking around or falling asleep on the benches. Always lock your car. 😐

Nice Pilot. Used to have little baskets in the showers with your towels in them and a water and some mints. All thats gone now. It was a nice personal touch that showed they cared about us drivers. Bathrooms are very dirty.

I really like Pilot centers. Theyve got a good selection of items, including coffee, fruits, sandwiches, drinks and pastries.

Love this Pilot! The staff are very nice and helpful and work very hard to make sure it is running smoothly and is kept very clean! And my favorite thing about this pilot is the crushed ice!!!

Garbage Shower service these are the pictures of hairs all over the floor,shower number 3 was not working properly,towel were torn.

Its your usual truck stop. Its clean, and nice. When I was there, there was no food in the warmers or on the rollers sadly. But other than that its just your standard Pilot.

No hot grilled items...., not a single one...except what the cashier had made for themselves. But no items warning up. Not even pizza at the counter. I expect better from a truck stop....

I speak for all pilot/ Flying J. I realize thousands of people come and go all day, Do they not have maintenance personnel on staff to fix simple items like shower room hooks, tighten door handles, faucet handles, etc. I think employees get into a hurry and don’t check the small stuff, I carry a screwdriver and pliers in my shower kit. Besides this issue I have problems with the rest

Nice location but it would be better of them if they marked the DEF pumps out of order. The pumps in St. Cloud work and I like to get my fuel and DEF at the same place.

Very clean! This was my first time showering in a truck stop and I was pleasantly surprised! Great staff.

Tbh this place doesnt look scary, but it is. Never honestly send your kids in alone. Its a sketchy place. One time I went in there and some guy tried to make small talk but it wasnt normal. I hope you understand what I mean. They have good pizza though.

I am only gone give 3 stars to this pilot location because as I went to the mens toilet no tissue rolls to be found in any stalls one of the paper towel dispenser was broken long line-up on the cashier till one of the diesel pump was broken I miss old FLYING JS .

Fast service ..... carries lots of things, can be pricey but it is a truck stop.Nice that you can get food and drinks, and has a good selection. Clean restrooms.

Minus 5 stars They are out of hot dog buns but still have them out 2 sell but are to stupid to to take a bag of shelf 5 feet from hotdog cooker say oh we cant do that but will waste hotdogs subway 2 the rescue.

Squeegees at the Diesel Islands are trash Trash TRASH!!! This has been an on going problem at all the PFJs Ive been to for OVER A YEAR!!! So go to The Loves or The Kwik Trips if you want clean mirrors and windows!!! Ridiculous!!!

This place had a lot of food items/options. Its a really good place to stop while traveling. Clean restrooms, gift shop, small a la carte section, and lots of snack options. Also had the best cinnabon rolls! Its a must stop if you are traveling! Even had process seem to be a bit lower from the norm.

Everything is good, but I give them only three stars they dont have DEF, and this is uncomfortable .

Left side of pump 21, you have to hold it with hand. Just to let you know guys. Try to avoid pump 21 here

So, shame on me for not fueling up before leaving Fargo. Shame on this place for never learning how to operate any better. Theres always a bunch of people working and some sort of drama going on. I only go to this one because it is the only gas station on exit 100. Next time this happens, I will probably go to the holiday at the other exit. There is three or four truck stops up in the FM area that you guys could come up and take a look at. I would say that all of them are operating head and shoulders above where you are.

Lots of parking space. Big store. Lots of stock. Clean! Not a far walk from parking. Very inconvenient entrance to get in and out with 2way traffic but its ok. Enough room to back into stalls so no need to park in the middle of the lot guys cmon...unless you got an awkward load of course
