Ugh! Was in Louisiana visiting and customer service poor! Inventory not much options! Must be salary because employees not useful. Found myself providing more assistance to customers due to my love and VIP. Ordered NOTHING! Went online and contacted my local Houston store...

Just lost business due to sales woman was more worried about her phone than showing me shoes and sizing me up for my shoe size.

This is an old company which offers less than what it did at the start. It offers convenience in shopping for sports shoes but at a cost. The mall it is located in is dreary but most malls today are.

The employees are great and they helped a lot. Foot Locker gets 5 stars
