There was one young lady working on a Saturday morning by herself. I waited 30+ minutes to speak with her because she was helping a family before me.Then when I finally got her help, she was very slow and took forever to just give me the information I needed. While she was working with me, another family came in and waited a bit and then ultimately left because they to said it was taking to long.I’ve been to multiple Verizon stores and this was the worst experience I have had. I wouldn’t recommend if you want service quickly.

I went to this Verizon store over the weekend, and the store manager Hafta and also Maria, were very helpful, profesional and also knowledgeable, and they solve my issues regarding my Verizon plan as well, Im glad I stop to that store, amazing customer service.

There was a small bump in the road with my initial order but Justin fixed it all and made sure my stuff was good to go and the phone arrived in 2 days. Dallas was a great help getting it all set up for me in a short amount of time!

Ahmad is a phone setup beast! Transfer from Android could not have gone more smoothly. He even connected my Galaxy watch to my new iPhone. It was a great experience, well worth their $25 set up fee

Initially they were nice and helpful when I bought a new phone. When I went back because I didnt have the info I needed to register my screen protector, one of the guys (I think a supervisor or assistant manager) was rude and acted like we were idiots. We went home and tried again to register the product. I didnt have the info again so it didnt work. I went back again, and the guy who actually helped us yesterday was also there and he is really nice. I wish I paid attention to his name, because he was good. The other I talked to earlier was practically yelling at me. Turns out he threw the screen protector package in the trash. He was obnoxious and rude. Im calling VW customer service about this experience. Some people are not meant for customer service.

The staff at this store is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I couldnt have had a better experience. They walked me through the entire process of changing accounts, changing phones, and changing plans all while providing a breakdown cost of each and clearly explaining each option. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and go to this Verizon store - they are truly amazing!

I was greeted respectfully as I came into the store.The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and recommended multiple options for an upgrade based on what my requirements were for the phone.He pointed out accessories that went with the new unit I selected, and also convinced me to buy a case while also explaining insurance options in case I ever broke the phone. I had this gentlemans undivided attention throughout my visit.All in all I have to give this visit an A+, as normally other locations have been sub par in some categories. I will continue to do business in this store.

What a breath of fresh air in the arena of Exceptional Customer Service! I dont know about you, but the required time, effort and energy to choose and purchase a new phone is one of those required tasks in life that I completely dread. Because I know people do business with those they know, like and trust, I asked my friend Troy (An Old Town Business Owner) for a recommendation on where to go to purchase an upgrade to my 4S iPhone. He suggested I contact his friend Khalil Kulture. I did, and although Khalil was not working that day, he promised he would reach out and alert his colleagues I was coming. He also assured me he would stop in later to see how I was doing. I went to this N. Beauregard St. Center. My experience was unbelievably incredible! All of the employees at that location were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and resourceful. When I walked into the Center, John Percy, Communications Consultant, came from behind the counter and greeted me immediately. I told him Khalil had sent me. I also mentioned that I had an appointment later that afternoon which required that I have a working phone. It was important, as the Client I was to speak with was overseas (no pressure). He assured me he could take care of my request and send me off to my appointment in time. I told him about the research I had done prior and what I concluded based on my research. He listened, asked a few questions and affirmed that the phone I was considering would meet my needs. No up-sell attempts!! Thank you John :

This place is the worst, not reliable, lying, incompetent employees. Even the corporate Verizon store employees said that they receive angry customers from this store all the time. Do not go unless u want to have mistakes made on your account.The good reviews must be from their friends.

Phone shopping was never so much fun as it was with this crew! We went there to get my husband a phone and I ended up getting one too. The only reason I gave the four Stars instead of five has to do with the parent company and not this location. We had to call Verizon to get my account unlocked and the wait times were rediculious, was on hold for around 30 mins. Once I got through to an agent, we took turns passing my phone around so all the customers in the store could also get accounts unlocked to by new phones. But I will say that the gentleman working at the store made the time fun and helped it pass while we were waiting.

I had an amazing experience at this store. I had unfortunately shattered my cellphone screen and went to a competing Verizon store on Leesburg pike where I was quickly turned away because I was not the sole owner of my cell account ( my sister is the prime account owner) and they could apparently do nothing. I left incredibly upset since I needed a phone as i was going out of the country. My sister told me there was a Verizon store in her neighborhood and i was worried about going there since I had just had a bad experience at another branch, but I was definitely proved wrong. They actually took care of me and I left the store with a new working phone, and a new place to get my Verizon services completed. Thank you guys you are awesome, I look forward to going back

Normally Id prefer pouring a bucket of battery acid down my throat over spending ten minutes in a Verizon store, but this one is different. Khalil is a friendly, knowledgeable, professional miracle worker. He does not get paid enough.

I couldnt believe how many good reviews this store has. I wonder if the managers friends are getting on here to review.Chris, the manager at this store, might have had a long day and might have been confused but the fact of the matter is that everything he told me was wrong. And because this isnt a corporate store they tried to charge me for his mistakes. Please dont go to this store and go to a real corporate store that has all the correct information and wont lie to make a sale.Chris completely misrepresented what my insurance will cover. Then, he sold me a phone under a black friday deal and told me how much my bill would increase. He wrote everything down on a piece of paper and calculated it in front of me. All the while, I kept asking if he was sure that I couldnt get a replacement for free and that my bill will only be $4 more with this new phone. He rolled his eyes, told me he was 100% sure, and told me I need to stop worrying about these First World Problems.I went to a different Verizon store the next day just to confirm everything and found out that everything he told me was wrong. He was wrong about my insurance coverage (I can get a replacement for free), and I was going to owe more than $400 than he let on for this new phone. I was outraged and took the phone back to the original store the next day. Then, they tried to charge me a restocking fee even though I was sold the phone under false pretenses. They were trying to make me pay for his mistake or his lies.I also found out that this is not a corporate store. So these people seem less informed or more willing to lie to make a sale. Either way, I recommend going to a different store.

I broke my phone on my way into work and desperately needed a new phone but didnt want to use my upgrade unless it was the newest iPhone. He set me up and got my phone ordered. Great Customer Service at this location. Needed help with my 2014 Samsung Phone auto shutting and had glitches like no keyboard access. Manager Sqaib Khan walked me through all my options in the event factory reset didnt work. We actually took advantage of an offer on my plan of a free tablet, and he was able to reduce my bill on current equipment and allow me a savings discount. Both Samad Khan and his co-worker went above and beyond to help me find the best and most efficient and economical way to deal with my broken cell phone. I cannot believe the professionalism and personalism these sales associates demonstrated. I can safely say this was by far my best sales experience ever, and I shop a lot! Ive been to this verizon many times and the service is great!! There is one employees specifically that comes to mind named Fahad Tariq, any time I needed help he would be very focused on that task and make it his priority to make the customers happy and satisfied. A Great employee.

Ive had a few problems with verizons customer service, especially in stores. I usually get misguided information or a lack of effort from staff BUT this time was different. The manager and staff at this location were EXCELLENT by far. They did no try any misleading sales technique or sway me in a direction that was completely aimed making a profit. Everything was explained to me in a very organic and genuine fashion, which is a lot to ask for in retain in this day and age. Overall, great staff and smart too. And special thanks to Samad Khan for your patience and assistance with my new android phone.

They charged me $20.00 for a SIM card telling me it would cost at least that at any location, but the website makes it clear that at corporate locations theyre free.Other than that they were fine, but I wont be going back.

Today the 2 consultants from the Verizon Beauregard street store rendered great customer service to us. What a breath of fresh air! Courteous and informative. They gave clear and concise information on the type phones we were interested in and the service plans. They even gave us a comparison review of our current phone vs the moset recent 2 upgrade phones of the same type. They ansered a every question we had and needed to make a decision about the best phone that would serve our needs. Although they did not have the color, (a minor detail) we wanted they called every store in the area trying to locate our desired color. Thank you Mr. A. We went there, because not like other stores around the area we did not have to wait . Here, they were ready for us and they knew exactly what we wanted . First phone didnt work MOTO Z, lost money on accessories since they did not return after only one day. Overpriced and undisclosed charges and no receipts. I think theres some kind of fraud. i had to pay 50$ in extra taxes for switching phones. it cost me 300$ just to start making payments on the phone so in total i ended up paying 300 + 760 for phone. accessories are super expensive. and you get only fake deals and you cant return phone at corporate Verizon stores
