The agent lady was very unfriendly. I would like to switch provider from T-mobile, and ask her the procedure. But she didnt explain anything and yelled because I dont know my account number. I never want to go back here ever again!

This is the first I walk into a Metro PCS. I was not greeted or asked if I needed help. I was going purchase a phone cover and car accessories. When I spoke two young lady’s just sitting on their phone. They allowed to walk without even trying to rectify the situation. Very bad customer service.
