Let me start by saying wow!! Every dress that I tried on for my fitting was absolutely gorgeous… it was so hard picking just one! Service was beyond expectation! Serki helped me find my dream dress and she was friendly, charismatic, and absolutely lovely!! The boutique is so cute! I was listened to when I told her the style of dress I’d like and my budget. She gave me several options and even some that were gorgeous under budget! Amazing service! it is a small shop so it gives you an intimate and VIP feel when trying on dresses. The staff there were GREAT!! they made me feel like family and completely understood what I wanted in a dress without having to try on dozens of dresses for them. However the best part would be when i found a dress and everyone there was genuinely happy for me.

My daughter is getting married in May of next year and chose this place for her dress fitting. I didnt know what to expect. We had a very high bar set by Cherry Blossom Bridal Salon that provided the dress for my middle daughter. The service was excellent and it was black owned. Sadly, it closed due to a big hit by the pandemic. Our appointment was at 1pm and we were very cheerily received by a very friendly women who led us to our private bridal fitting suite. It was a beautiful, comfortable environment and our dress fitter was equally friendly and awesome! My daughter had provided her pictures and she made some amazing selections based on what my daughter wanted. Everything she selected looked beautiful on her and she respected her budgetary restraints as well.Another party was due in at 2pm and arrived about 10minutes early but our attendant never rushed us or made us feel like we needed to be concerned about time as an issue. We were all so pleased and happy with Global Bridal Gallery and I highly recommend it! By the way, the pictures shown here are not the dress that she finally selected in case her fiance` sees this!

Today, I had the most beautiful day at the global bridal . As a last minute bride ( only left with less than a month for my wedding day ), I was a bit frustrated of not getting my dress. I have been to many bridal stores and couldn’t find my dress. But at Global bridal, the moment I entered to the store, Vick warmly welcomed me and relentlessly working with me to find the right dress. She went all the extra length to make me happy and let me allow to try many dresses as much as I can ( she is so patient)! All the crew were collaborative Sirke and Marie were also part of the day and they gave me the best customer service! Finally, I found my dress with even less price I budgeted! I had the absolute best time at Global Bridal. After having a not so thrilling experience at another store only a few hours before, walking into Global Bridal - as cheesy as it sounds - just felt right. The boutique vibes coupled with the employees kind spirits and genuine desire to help you find the dress of your dreams made it so welcoming and inviting. I worked with Marie who listened to my ideas and was absolutely amazing. I found my dress in what seemed like no time.I couldn’t rave about this place anymore if I tried!!! Ive been to a few bridal salons now, and the Global Bridal Gallery was one of the friendliest and liveliest shops that I went to. My bridal was Serki, and she really listened to me. As a woman of color, it meant the world to me to be taken seriously, especially since I didnt have a huge wedding budget. She pulled several styles for me, and she talked through the possible alterations to each dress. She was godsend, and she offered an unbiased opinion, which so nice as someone who hasnt been able to have family or friends join the session. I had lot of dress options as well!

I initially chose to visit GBG due to all their 5-star reviews. Bridal shops can be a little uncomfortable when sharing your size, budget, style, etc. Global Bridal Gallery listened to my needs and feedback and respected my budget from the first visit! They were very honest about costs “that dress is beautiful, but, it’s more than your budget…” and then would find me a similar style dress within my budget. I actually came back a few times to try on dresses and they were extremely patient each time. They were upfront about the adjustments that would need to be made to the dress I finally picked and how much those would cost. On my wedding day, I had a dress that looked like it was MADE FOR ME thanks to Global Bridal Gallery!! And yes, my husband cried when he saw me in it. Wonderful experience and would recommend to any and all brides!!

I found my wedding dress here and it was a great dress, until I got it after my first fitting - the dress became so tight that something (perhaps it’s the zip) cracked when I was breathing.I paid over $500 for this fitting and it’s a such terrible job. I communicated with the staff during the fitting, that I want the dress to be looser than tight because I plan to wear it again next year and I might be pregnant by that time.I have no idea how they’ll gonna fix it. It’s so disappointing.

I had the most wonderful experience at Global Bridal Gallery with Marie for my first experience dress shopping! She was super friendly and outgoing and really listened to my feedback on each dress to find options that fit what I was envisioning. She even had me step out of my comfort zone to try on different styles just to see what I thought of them and would give me her opinion on what she thought would look good on me. What should have been an hour long appointment ended up being just about 3 hours and not once did she try to rush us to finish up the appointment. In fact, when we were ready to go get a bite to eat, she wanted me to try on just one more to see what I thought of it. I would recommend every bride to go to this store!

When looking for my wedding dress Global Bridal was the 5th or 6th place I had searched. Everyone was so friendly and I never felt rushed to get through my appointment. I had multiple fittings and multiple alteration appointments to make sure my dress was everything I wanted. After the wedding I called to get it cleaned and preserved and they knew who was calling and were so friendly.

I had a wonderful experience (during COVID) at Global Bridal Gallery! Everyone was wearing masks so my Mom and I felt very comfortable and they staggered the appointments so I was pretty much there for my entire appointment alone, which was great. Marie was absolutely wonderful in picking out dresses and listening to what I wanted. She kept listening to my feedback for each dress and knew exactly what the next dress to pick should be. Even though I didn’t get my dress from here Danielle was an amazing stylist. She definitely knows her stuff and will give it to you straight with no sugar coating which is what I like. I gave her a budget and the dress brand I wanted and she did not disappoint. She was so kind about every question or concern we had and also gave great advice when it comes to finding the perfect dress. She is very wise and knows her stuff. If I am ever back in town I will definitely be stopping by just to say hi.

Wow! This bridal gallery is incredible, with a great selection of dresses and fantastic consultants. I came in to try on wedding gowns after visiting David’s bridal, and was not prepared to purchase and leave with a dress. But after trying many on, I found the most magical dress that was just perfect on me. Marie is INCREDIBLE and has been working at this bridal gallery for quite some time. She spent ~2.5-3 hours with me, listening to all of my very specific feedback on each dress and helped pick out new ones. She was very knowledgeable about what dresses they had in the store and was so quick in pulling specific dresses that might work better for me. Marie was very patient, very positive (it can be a stressful experience), and listened to every critique I had about each dress. We narrowed it down until I found the one that I didn’t want to take off (there was no pressure placed on me to buy the dress or find the one today). After two visits to bridal shops in DC area I finally found the best place for brides - Global Bridal Gallery! Marie was super helpful! I came with several pictures of dresses that I liked, we set together and looked through them. She brought me about ten dresses and they all were so beautiful that I could not decide which one I like the most. And Marie is so warm women and it was a great pleasure to work with her! She gave me time to think and try again and again. I finally chose the dress that I loved!

I went to 3 different bridal shops and this was the best service by far. My pinterest was all over the place but Mari took one look and she knew exactly what I was looking for! The very first dress she brought to me was THE ONE! I would absolutely recommend them, I felt so comfortable and it was just a great experience overall.

Im so glad to say that this was not the first place I went dress shopping. The whole experience at this establishment left me shaking with frustration and outrage! As soon as we entered, the consultant was very dismissive and discourteous. She was Ill-mannered and acted like my SCHEDULED appointment was a massive inconvenience! I gave her my budget, which was fine with three other AMAZING shops that went above and beyond!The consultant here threw me two dresses and did not offer any assistance in the trying on process. After these two options she said well this is my last ditch effort, and showed me one more that was nothing like what I had asked for. Who treats a bride and her family like this on such a special day?! I will be telling all of my friends not to even waste their time here. There are better shops in Old Town that care about their brides! This place is an absolute disgrace and I am very happy that I went with another boutique. Good luck with the rest of your business.

The best dress shopping experience I could have ever imagined! Serki is like a dress whisperer! The first dress she picked for me, loved it. The first dress she picked for my mom, loved it. She even picked out my rehearsal dinner dress on the first try too (wasnt even planning on looking for that, but we were on a roll)! We went to two other shops and nothing else came close. She sized us up in a second. We got those 3 dresses, a belt, and a veil, for around $2000. I will almost certainly be ordering the bridesmaid dresses there once I figure out my colors. Marie helped me find the dress I think I will get for them, she was great! They were all so friendly and so dedicated to what they do. You can tell they really enjoy finding the right match for you. Didnt mean for that to rhyme...but thats just how it came out ha.

I just left Global Bridal Gallery and my experience was absolutely amazing. So as I walked in everyone greeted me. I didn’t have an appointment but Marie helped anyways. I pulled up my Pinterest and showed her dresses I like and she pretty had every dress I had save, which was awesome. Definitely wasn’t expecting to try dresses on but I’m glad I did. I found my dress. Tried on Veils and Tiara’s! It was actually a really good experience. Ill be scheduling my appointment next time so my mom and sisters can see the dress!

Global Bridal Gallery was absolutely amazing! I walked in having a very vague idea about what I wanted and walked out with an order for the perfect dress for me. Danielle was very patient, nice and extremely helpful. She let me try many, many dresses and had so many amazing suggestions. I always thought shopping for a wedding dress would be extremely stressful, but I am happy to be proven wrong by this experience. I enjoyed every minute there, and I highly recommend it to other future brides.

I was picking a bridesmaids dress for my dads wedding. The color is coral and the dress needed to be knee length with hopefully no strapless. Grace helped us first and knew exactly what I wanted and showed me only what I had in mind. She did an awesome job. Then when she had to attend to another client, Stacy helped us finalize everything, took my measurements and let us know how shipping and everything else would go. I recommend asking for them if you need any help, they are rock stars!

My associate was very helpful and turned my day around after a terrible experience earlier in the day. They were knowledgeable and clicked with my style right away. I received multiple hugs and wonderful comments about my favorite dresses. They will treat you like a princess and have a lot to offer in size 14+. Try them out!

What I loved about this bridal shop was that the sales women were not pushy. I cant tell you how much I shuttered at other shops that pushed an immediate sale. Marie was wonderful. She was kind and gave us her time and attention. She was helpful in finding dresses near our budget. Although we did not find the perfect dress they were respectful. They will get more sales because of their wonderful demeanor.

I went to this shop based on the excellent reviews on Google and I absolutely concur!! Over 2.5 days, I went to 4 stores across the DMV and tried on over 30 dresses. No consultant could compare to Marie and no selection could compare to Global Bridal Gallery. Marie made me feel special, she listened super well and did an excellent job finding my wedding dress. She really went above and beyond to make sure that I found what I wanted. I ended up leaving her shop with a solid #1 pick, and then going back after Id been to the other places; Marie opened the shop early for us because thats how awesome she is and made the timing work so my mom and sister could still be there. Cannot recommend her or Global Bridal Gallery enough.

I highly, highly suggest Global Bridal Gallery for bridal dresses and bridesmaid dresses!!! I am getting married in NJ, but had a bunch of my bridesmaids in VA so I picked out gorgeous dresses (and reasonably priced!) at Global Bridal Gallery. Serki was so helpful, I dont know what I would have done without her! She was always available for any questions I had, and was super helpful and flexible. Best customer service Ive experienced during wedding planning, and it really made a difference!!!

This place is THE BEST! I got my dress here after looking elsewhere. I described what I wanted, and the very first dress Marie brought me was the one. While I was there, THREE other brides also found their dress. None of the dresses were remotely alike, and we all looked amazing in them. They did a great job on the alterations too -- even putting in pockets at my request so I had a place to hide my lip gloss and handkerchief (which came in very handy during the ceremony). Finally, since I was getting married in Colorado, they had me bring my carry-on luggage and packed the dress for me so that I didnt need to risk getting my baggage lost. This place is a real neighborhood gem.

Global Bridal is an amazing bridal shop! This was the first place I went and I ended up getting my wedding dress, headpiece, bridesmaid dresses, and my mother even found her mother of the bride dress...all in one day! Serki is a very genuine person, extremely helpful and not the least bit pushy. The prices here are very reasonable and she really knows how to help you find a dress that will look great. The alterations process was also a breeze. I was getting ready to move out of the city and they accommodated a very quick turn around time. It is very obvious that these ladies care about you as a person, and not about getting as much out of you as they can, like so many other businesses in the wedding industry. I am so thankful I found Global Bridal. They made the dress shopping experience extremely delightful and I would highly recommend to all!

Definitely pros and cons in my opinion, just depends on what youre looking for as a bride. Heres my experience, you can decide if its a + or - in your book:I found Global Bridal Gallery through a simple google search. It seemed to have good reviews so we decided to go for it. We called ahead and reserved the VIP room upstairs to provide the maximum amount of privacy and pampering. They called the day before to confirm my appointment and were very friendly.Day of, we showed up and were told the upstairs room was already occupied but each area was given the VIP treatment and it wouldnt be a problem. I was about ten yards from 2 other brides which didnt allow for much privacy at all. Several times other parties chimed in on the dress I was trying. In addition, my changing room was actually behind a door that had a mirror on the other side that was the only mirror available for 1 of the other brides to use. I felt very uncomfortable having to apologize and dip in while she was trying to look in the mirror to see her dress.The dress selection was decent and the prices were reasonable. Our consultant was very high energy and enthusiastic, although possibly could have improved by allowing for more down time with my family/friends and me to talk through our opinions. When we decided on the one they rang a bell and everyone in the store cheers (I feel this may be a love it or hate it kind of moment for some). Lastly, our consultant went around and hugged all of us after we made our choice (again a love it or hate it moment I would imagine).I purchased a gorgeous dress from them and will be going back for fittings later this year. Overall, shop is too small and made for unpleasant experience in that regard, but I found the dress I wanted and it all worked out so Im happy.

Pros:- Moderately priced dresses- You can just walk in, no appointment really necessaryCons:- You can tell why the dresses are moderately priced (lower quality)- Cramped dressing rooms- Not a special experience- Poor serviceI made an appointment several days in advance, my mother took off work to accompany me, and we drove 1 hour away to go check them out. When I got there, everything started smoothly. Within 5-10 minutes, the phone calls started rolling in, so I was left alone to look through dresses. Fine, I like doing my own search anyways...too bad she was on the phone the whole time and never came back.Then, a bride came in to pick up her dress. When she realized it was ruined and not what she asked for, she freaked out. Rightfully so...her wedding happened to be in 24 hours. (That should have been a sign.)Then another bride came in (without an appointment) and they said they could see her and her guests. Mind you, the phone was ringing off the hook, the place is cramped, and she could barely help me. But, at least theyre flexible.Since the dressing rooms were so small and cramped, I decided to keep the dresses on the outside. Would you believe that the attendant took one of the dresses I was going to try on and brought it over to the other bride? (Yes, she knew what type of dresses I was going to try on...) The other bride loved it, never took it off. I asked the attendant if I could please try the dress on that was originally in my pile. 20 minutes passed and nothing.I was obviously not important enough and they get along just fine without my $3,000.We left early. The end.

OH MY GOSH! This place is a diamond in the rough! 5 stars arent enough. The love you feel from the moment you walk into the boutique is overwhelming and exceptional! Global bridal exceeded my expectations and then some. They have a huge selection and pay attention to your unique needs and wants. I had tried on about 38 dresses before coming to Global Bridal and I was beginning to lose hope that I would ever find MY DREAM dress. When I had expressed that to Marie (who was the sweetest, loving and most patient woman on the earth) she said don’t worry, Im going to find you your dream dress. She started of good and kept getting better. She kept her word and I left Global Bridal with my dream dress that I thought never existed. I am so overwhelmed with joy I cant stop looking at my dress online and I cant wait for my fiancé to see me in it. I would definitely recommend this boutique to any and every one. Global Bridal Gallery was the first shop I went to and Danielle was AMAZING. I had no idea what I wanted so Danielle put me in several dresses and worked with me until I found a dress that I liked. She never pressured me and very kind. She made the experience very personable. When I was trying on my dress before I brought it I mentioned that my mom was across the country and couldn’t be there. She suggested that we FaceTime her, which I appreciated the idea. I was very happy with my experience with GBG and would recommend this shop to any brides.

This review is coming several months late. I was there in March with my two best friends, one of which was also looking for her wedding dress. The ladies are absolutely wonderful. We all felt at home with them the moment we walked in and they cared for us like two aunts. This was the last place I had been to after 5 other bridal stores in Alexandria and no other place can compare to their service. These ladies genuinely care about you and your day and will do everything they can to make your dress perfect.For me, budget is a big issue as Im a grad student and on a very tight budget. Right away they said not to worry about the price and put me in a dress that they new I would love even though it was over budget. They also allowed me to use their computer so I could skype with my mom and have her with me to see the dress.This is the only place I will recommend for wedding dresses. Period.

Great place. They can be very pushy to make u purchase a dress but they Have plenty of dresses to pick from. Make sure you dont during rush hour. There is no parking !!

Let me start by saying, thank goodness this was not the first time trying on dresses! We walk in a bit past appointment time, we tried calling a few times to let them know, with no answer. A lady advised that they had a large party coming in, asked if wanted to reschedule. First off, the bride to be was advised she could only take 3 people with her!? But, they was able to have a large party for someone else? We decided to stay, since we still had over half of the scheduled appointment time. The bride to be told the consultant, same lady, what she was looking for and the budget. Not sure but I dont think the budget was to her liking, there were several snide comments. She did manage to find a few dresses, but like only 2 was the style wanted. The shop is small and disorganized. It took over 10 minutes to find a dress that we had seen on their poster display ad. Not only was she rude, she didnt help with the gowns at all. At one point the bride to be was holding a gown while needing the one she had on zipped. The assistant had given her the gown with nothing to hang it back on and didappeared!! Like, I said it took way too long to find a certain dress, so there was no assisting bride with the couple of dresses she did try on. No pinning to see how they would actually look. Never asked what do you like, what dont you like. Not even for the one that took forever to find! Are they not there to assist you to find your perfect dress?? We finally had enough and politely said we were finished and thanked her, yes we thanked her. In return she gave us in a very condescending tone, I hope you find what your looking for. With all said and done, Im glad she didnt reschedule. We was out of there way before the end of the scheduled appointment.

I have never seen someone treat people so poorly in customer service. The woman that worked with us (short with short dark hair) was very unacommodating and ill-mannered. The consultant showed us a total of three dresses and didnt help our bride with said dresses or even pin anything for fitting. There were many snide comments that left us feeling as if our appointment was just an inconvenience in their work day. Definitely not an experience I suggest for anyone.

Love the store great price for my dress, but they ordered my dress so big I had to pay $500 for alterations.

Not particularly fond of establishments that refer to patrons as honey, dear, babe. Theyre more demeaning than terms of endearment especially when all you know about me is my name... USE ITAlso, they ask that you make an appointment but arent as helpful as some other locations were. What is the point of alloting time for a group if youre not offering individualized attention?

From the first time I walked into Global Bridal Gallery, Serki and the rest of the staff made me feel welcome. Their collection of dresses was varied and of excellent quality. I had very little idea of what kind of dress would be flattering on me, and quickly Serki picked several that were just dynamite. In fact, the very first one I tried was the dress I eventually ended up wearing on my wedding day.They took great care in altering the dress, and at each fitting I was treated warmly. It was such a pleasure to return each time that it was a little bit bittersweet when I finally went in for the last time to pick up the dress. The ladies at Global Bridal helped make me feel truly beautiful on my wedding day and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect gown for a special occasion.

I love love love Global Bridal and the ladies who work here! Global Bridal was the 4th boutique where I tried on gowns in the Alexandria area, after some terrible and some underwhelming/average experiences elsewhere. GB is hands down the best. They truly care about each customer and theyre interested in your unique look, needs, desires, and story. This is probably why theyre so good at finding a dress that is perfect for you. Ill be moving soon and none of my family/bridal party live here so I went dress-shopping alone and felt SO comfortable and welcomed/cared for. It felt like hanging out with family!I went in a few months ago, looking for my dress - I explained the style I was looking for, and one of the ladies pulled a few gowns. Everyone who was there had a specific person helping her, which was great - lots of personal attention, even though it was busy. The first one I tried on took my breath away! It was the one. After trying on 8+ dresses elsewhere, I was shocked that it was the very first one I tried on. I tried on a couple more after that, just to be sure, but ended up selecting the first one. The ladies working there are all super genuine, helpful, truly interested in helping you find the dress. The owner, Serki, is amazing, and very helpful and sweet. She pulled a veil for that dress that I loved too and I ended up getting both the dress and the veil right away. Weve talked a few times since on the phone, to make sure the dress gets here in time for alterations/my move, and she remembers me every time and remembers my situation! I just went back today for my first dress fitting and it felt like seeing old friends. The seamstress who does the alterations is also really helpful and lovely. Im looking forward to going back to pick up my dress in a few days!Finally, a note on pricing: I tried on a handful of the same gowns elsewhere and they were all a couple hundred dollars LESS expensive at Global Bridal! So even if you find a dress you love elsewhere, its worth it to stop by GB, to check on the price and for the experience.Im usually far more conservative in my reviews of business, but Global Bridal deserves a gushing review. Overall, such a fun, wonderful experience and the boutique itself is really cute inside - pretty lighting, whimsical feel. Thank you thank you thank you!! :)

Purchased a dress at there satellite office at 1010 King St., Alexandria VA 22314. Was told alterations where included in price. Which found out not true. Sales lady Herdewit Balcha, which she took the check and cashed it at my bank. Now I cant file fraud on the check. Would like to settle this matter if possible

I went to 2 other bridal shops, one before and one after Global Bridal Gallery. The experience I had at Global Bridal was above and beyond. I was a bit nervous trying on dresses, but my consultant Serki was like a fairy Godmother. She not only made my experience amazing but she made me feel beautiful and she truly treated me like family. My Mom and my 6 year old daughter were with me and they had the same feelings. She let my daughter try on numerous flower girl dresses and she said she felt like a princess! I cant say enough good things about Serki, she was a blessing to have as my consultant. She knew exactly which dresses worked for my body. I will definitely be making another appointment to go back and try on the dresses she recommended for me, and purchase one of the flower girl dresses she picked for my daughter. I definitely recommend Serki and Global Bridal Gallery!

This was the best stop in my wedding planning as Lauren pulled my dream dress out of thin air from looking at a picture Id found. As well she wor k ed with the designer to customize the gown just as I had dreamed it.

Global Bridal was my third of five stops on my day of dress shopping with my mom - it ended up being our last stop! Serki is amazing. I told her what I was looking for and though she grabbed a number of dresses that looked great, I bought the first one I tried on. The dress also happened to be the last of its kind and thus deeply discounted. Rather than trying to upsell my purchase, Serki made me feel as though this dress was waiting there for me and me alone! She also had amazing ideas of how I could incorporate lace from my grandmothers wedding dress into my dress. The atmosphere at Global Bridal is inviting and not at all intimidating or pretentious. I would recommend Serki and her staff to anyone looking to feel like a bride and not just a sale! I am looking forward to going back in a few months for fittings!

Serki was absolutely wonderful. I would rate them higher than excellent for service if I could. I had taken my wedding dress to a dry cleaner off King Street in Alexandria who had a sign in their window that they would preserve wedding dresses. Imagine my surprise after $300 and going to pick up my dress that they couldnt find a box to fit my dress. I had a Maggie Sottero dress but by no means was it soo huge it couldnt be boxed.After spending that money I was leery of going anywhere else and also had just spent $300 on cleaning it once. The dry cleaner told me not to worry I could wait 2 years before finding somewhere else to clean it. A little over a year later I noticed a spot and really had to get my but in gear to find somewhere I could trust.Serki was so understanding and immediately made me feel at ease. She explained the process to me and gave me the history on the company that does the dress cleaning (that is all they do)!! I would advise any bride, take your dress here to be cleaned do not trust a dry cleaner that doesnt specialize in wedding dresses. Not only did Global Bridal get my dress cleaned it even came in a month earlier than expected (and guess what...it did fit in a box)! The price was also very reasonable and less than what I was scammed out of at the dry cleaners!!

Serki is the best!!!! I went to Global Bridal Gallery to find my wedding dress and fell in love with the 2nd dress that I tried on...a beautiful one-shoulder lace gown. Serki made me feel amazing in the dress, and I walked away 100% confident in my decision. She opened up her shop for me on a Sunday and gave me her complete attention...I felt like she knew exactly what I was looking for and had me try on 2 dresses that fit my style perfectly. Not only that, but she helped me stay within my budget and I could tell that she sincerely had my best interest in mind. I had an excellent experience at Global bridals and would recommend this bridal shop to all future brides! Global bridals is a small quaint shop that has that warm at home, feeling! I told Serki what sort of dress I wanted, showed her some pictures and she went to work! The first dress she brought me to try on I fell in love with. I wanted to try out different shops and dresses after that but none of them compared. I ended up coming back to Serki and told her I wanted to try that first dress on again- I still was in love with it and I ended up saying yes to the dress!After the purchase of the dress everything flowed smoothly. Romney did my dress alterations and had to perform surgery on the dress to make it fit but she is an excellent seamstress and the dress came out flawless with the perfect fit! Serki accommodated my busy schedule and even opened the shop on her day off for me to come in!Serki, Romney, and the other ladies at the shop are so warm, loving, and thoughtful! They became like family during my short interactions with them!The dresses here are affordably priced (as far as wedding dresses go) but if you are looking for cheap dresses, this may not be the place for you; but if you are looking for good quality, the perfect dress, and excellent service this is your shop! If you want to have a good experience and stress-free dress buying experience I recommend shopping here!

Im getting married in two weeks and just visited Global Bridal for the last time to pick up my wedding dress. It was a sad feeling knowing that this would be the last time I would be there... But maybe it wont be the last time, because I plan on bringing future brides/friends to Global Bridal because I had such a wonderful experience there!When you walk in, its like walking into home. Its so comfortable, inviting, and cozy. Serki and her staff immediately recognized me every time I came in for fittings, and they remembered details about my wedding, my family, etc. I was in good hands with Global Bridal, and I wouldnt have gotten that same level of service at a big chain bridal store... or even other smaller bridal shops! They made you feel so special - like a true bride.Serki and her staff are amazing. Their dresses are equally amazing and elegant. Each time I brought a friend or family member to see the dress, everyone thought the dress cost much more than it actually did. The quality of the dresses are top-knotch, without the high price tag.Also, Im a short girl. So when I had the dress ordered and Serki sized me, I was worried the dress would come in too long. But she ordered it in a special way, so that when it came in the size was nearly perfect!I cannot say enough great things about Global Bridal... All I can say is that Im so glad I found it, and that I chose a dress at their boutique. I felt compelled to write a review, because thats exactly how I found my way to Global Bridal one year ago.

Serki and her team were nothing short of excellent and a pleasure to work with. I am not the typical bride whos dreamed of wedding dress shopping and was honestly dreading going to look at dresses. This was the first shop I went to and the third dress that they pulled for me turned out to be the dress. They are like magicians...as I cant believe they found that dress based on my only description - strapless, figure flattering, simple and elegant. They are true experts. As my family lives in NY, Serki was super accommodating and suggested I set up a time to come in to do a Skype session so that my sister could see the dress to make the final decision. The dress came in quickly and the alterations were great and done very quickly as well. Overall, Serki and her team were excellent and made my gown shopping experience a dream. Every time I came in I was welcomed with smiles and hugs. A+ for customer service. I would highly recommend Global Bridal for any Bride.
