Customer service is horrible. The lady in charge is very rude. I was willing to get a beautiful wedding dress up to 2K as long as I liked it. But since I got there, the lady acted very rude and didn’t want me to try on any dress and offended me saying I was going to rip them all since my size was a 12 and said she only had a size up to 10 . But was not a professional way to respond to customers. She has no professionalism at all. I will not recommend this store to my family and friends and I will not be coming back to this store again.

Can’t communicate with the lady in the store, (unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish. ) Don’t like the smell in the store either, it’s like the cheap perfume kind, it’s overwhelming. Very crowded, everything jammed together on the rack. If you found something on their website don’t expect to find them in the shop to try on, they will tell you just order it. Also, they converted the bathroom to the fitting room and posters are all over the wall 😆 😆 I have to say it’s definitely NOT for me. P.S.- The dresses quality doesn’t worth that price at all.

The worst store! The owner is a lady, very badly beaten! He has no respect for clients. It also sells everything with high prices! Higher than other stores that sells the same! I really do not recommend it!

My only complaint and the reason why I give it 3, is because the schedule says from 10am - 8pm but they open at 11am and close at 7:30 pm. It should not be like that. Does kisses I lost my time because they do not follow the schedule posted on the door or on the website.
