Everything is nice about this college. Great selection of books and school supplies, a bit expensive but good quality.

Was looking for a t-shirt as my daughter graduated from there a few years ago. Had limited choices for XL sizes. The people there were friendly and helpful.

Ok..dont follow the signs for the bookstore, you will have to walk a crazy amount, go to upper lot and walk thru to the bookstore building. Lady on phone had me either parking in handicap spot and tredging up massive steps or walking up thru the trees in a thunderstorm. I called, she shouldve led with that, like seriously, you did NOT get to work this way. Oh! Be careful if its raining the entrance is a HUGE puddle!! I will say once I finally got there the people at the online book orders....VERY nice and knowledgeable!!! Not a lot of t-shirts or stuff like that if thats what youre looking for

Textbook attendants were extremely rude for no reason. If I’m paying hundreds of dollars for a textbook, especially at your store, I’d expect better customer service. This is unacceptable.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Who truly care about what it means to have a local bookstore. Theyre able to order any book you like and offer a small but wide range of books at the store.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received this past Monday. The website stated that bookstore hours would be adjusted due to fall rush and would be from 9AM-7PM Monday through Thursday. When I arrived at the bookstore at 5:50 PM, I and another student were completely ignored by THREE workers for almost 30 minutes! One worker even put a piece of paper beside her face to try and cover her face so she wouldn’t be seen. At 6:20 a worker named Michelle finally came to the door, despite me showing her the Alexandria websites hours, she wanted to go back and forth and tried to be combative with me. Finally, I was able to receive my books. It is now Wednesday and I have yet to receive an update on one book that is “back ordered”. Assignments are due Sunday! When checking the status of my order and also sending an email AND calling throughout the day, I have yet to get a response. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the distastefulness of the workers and the lack of customer service. I expect better service from a school that I do pay money to attend.

The parking here is HORRIBLE. you have to walk for blocks to get near it HOWEVER theres 20 handicap spots THAT ARE NEVER USED to get near it.

It’s my first semester in college and I had no idea how to get the books. I went to the main cashier and asked about the book. She just pointed at other lady and said “she would help you”. That was fine until now. And then when I went to the lady. She didn’t greet me or anything but instead asked me what book I need. When I said you have this book she just went and got the book. And when again I asked if you have the packet she goes like “I thought you only needed one” Umm excuse me that’s not the right way to talk to the customers. I didn’t say anything but when we came back to the main cashier and told her about the other lady’s attitude, she stayed quite and made this face and gave us our books and said have a great day without even apologizing for it?????? I means that is so disrespectful. And if there is anything or place I can go and file a complaint, please let me know guys. Worse experience I’ve ever had with anyone in my life.

This bookstore is great because of who is in charge. The manager and assistant manager at this store do all they can to make sure you get the help you need, make sure books-even though they get blamed for issues that arent their fault-get ordered, sent out and returned in a reasonable amount of time and items are stocked. They are kind and compassionate and that rubs off on the other workers in the store. The staff get yelled at and cursed out especially during busy times but they just let it roll off of them and continue to smile and THAT is TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Despite the fact that the store was ripped off of space, they make it work for everyone. Keep up the good work!

For what seemed like a month, I was trying to use my extra financial aid to order my books online from the bookstore and I was having trouble with my orders being cancelled. I finally got the chance to talk to NATALIE, the Operations Manager, and she came through in the CLUTCH!!My last day to order these books with my financial aid was tomorrow, but she asked me to make another online order purchase. Once I finished completing the order, she saw my order, and expedited it right then and there. So I will be extremely pleased and happy to see my books arrive at my door tomorrow!! And its all thanks to NATALIE and NOVA Bookstore!!

Love this campus. They have a great library and a computer room to do homework.

The bookstore takes care of business. Very well organized and stocked, and they handle some crazy lines with skill. Every experience has been positive. Today, Keith (a manager I think) saved me an assload of money on a calculus book by pulling some information from their computer system and getting me the best price. I wasnt expecting that at all.

A bit confusing to navigate this campus and to find everything but not bad. Everyone was helpful and I was able to get what I needed without issues.

THE WORST BOOK STORE IN THE WORLD! I WENT IN WITH MY TWO CLASS SCHEDULES TO GET TWO BOOKS AND COME TO FIND OUT THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG BOOK FOR ONE OF THE CLASSES. GRANTED PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES, I GET THAT BUT WHEN I CALL YOU OUT ON IT AND ASK WHAT THE PROCESS IS TO GET THE CORRECT BOOK SO THAT I DONT FALL BEHIND IN CLASS YOU TELL ME TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE RECEIPT AND EMAIL IT TO YOU AND YOU WILL GET IT TAKEN CARE OF. BS!!!!!! I FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS AND GET A REPLY STATING THAT THERE IS A MONEY DIFFERENCE WHICH IS FINE BUT FACT REMAINS YOU MESSED UP NOT ME AND I DONT HAVE TIME TO WAIT UNTIL THE WRONG BOOK GETS RETURNED TO YOU ALL GET THE REFUND FOR THAT BOOK, PAY THE DIFFERENCE, AND THEN WAIT FOR THE CORRECT BOOK TO SHIP TO ME PROBABLY AT ANOTHER COST BECAUSE I CANNOT MAKE IT BACK TO THE ALEXANDRIA BOOKSTORE AGAIN TO PICK IT UP!!!!!!! ALL I CAN SAY IS RIDICULOUS AND ALL A GIRL IS TRYING TO DO IS GET HER EDUCATION

Alright campus bookstore. I just wish the environment in there would be more uplifting. The student employees attitudes kill the college experience in there. I personally work restaurant and I never ever look down or miserable when I work. But other than that, its got a starbucks attached to it and has seating right outside inside the building. Ii is located in the Arts building of Nova

Professors are top notch: professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Plenty of student parking. Buildings are well-maintained. Administration seems confused... students have to double check facts around registration issues.

The lay out of this place couldnt be worse, it assumes prior knowledge of the campus and if you dont have it get ready to circle nine thousand times.

It was kind of hard to find but the staff was nice and helpful once I did find it.

Was in and out in a couple of minutes. Google maps doesnt give the right directions but its was easy enough to find. If theres anything to complain about its students who go there and get in the way while youre trying to get your books.

They overcharge the students. Its a shame. They only buy back very few books. Buy your books online!
