Slow unloading process ever (move one pallet stock it, instead unloading the entire truck count and let the driver go). As much money as Pepsi makes they can surely upgrade this spot here. Dock hours 6a-12p

The workers are amazing but the dock here is pretty ridiculous being that they store the pallets pretty close from the dock.

They were very efficient I stayed there overnight because they were closed when I got there but at 6 when they open they had me unloaded in no time and were very friendly people

Trying to set up a Pepsi account for my company. Ive called at least 15 times between 2-4 PM. No answer even though they are open until 5. Their answering system keeps me stuck in an endless loop. Finally got to the mail box and it was full. Finally got to the operators line but no answer there either. I can finally see why not many businesses in this area offer Pepsi products.

I came here to unload and took me 4 hrs. I was the only truck on dock. I really dont know what is wrong with this people in shipping and receiving. Managers need to pay attention to their employees and let them know that truckers dont get paid by the hours only by miles and that long time spend on facilities affect their ours of service for the next load. This is the guy that was unloading my trailer and took forever. Please do something about it.
