Had to find little odd pieces for my Mardi Gras Halloween costume. The ONLY store in town that has emerald green fishnet gloves. Clean store. No one asked if I needed help. Saw 3 different employees, all had time to stop. (5+ years retail experience myself)

Very friendly and helpful staff working very hard when they look clearly understaffed. Everything you need and more for all your party needs. A little pricey and your bill soon adds up before you know it. However, that can be expected for a specialized store such as this.

Great things in the store, however the lack of cashiers was discouraging. I waited in line over 15 minutes, then when I got to the cashier, he walked away from me!

I didnt see what all the hype was not my type of store to big for two lone people to run and attempt to stock

I just love this place. They pretty much have anything you need. From all kinds of party needs, decorations costumes especially during those special occasions & holidays. Theyre in a superb location & easy to find. The staff is very courteous, informative & helpful to your wants & needs. The store clean, orderly & nice decorated to your wants & needs. They were out of a lot of things. I wanted to do a Harry Potter party for my kid they were out of almost all decorations. So I decided to try a good in the dark theme. They had a few glow sticks but other than that they didnt have much. The isles were also so Crowded and messy it was hard to walk around. They need to organize their store better because all of the party themes are in all different sections of the store.

Me and my family visited party city to get my kids Halloween costumes. We looked online at prices and party city was way cheaper on the same costumes that some unnamed Halloween costume place was. I highly reccomend this place for all your party needs all year long not just halloween

They got stuff. You need stuff. Go here and get stuff... They have great party decor, yo. And some Halloween costumes and make-up stuff and outside decor stuff and all... They got candy also... sweet tooth kind of stuff... And balloons, they have balloons also... Great place over-all... Visit and see.

I was not pleased at all I went there to get balloons for my baby girls Birthday. They were out of helium. I usually get my balloons from a little local shop but it recently closed I thought I would have no problem getting my balloons this year from a big company like Party City. I was very upset to see that they are not organized enough to have helium for balloons I had to go to a grocery store to get it done at the last minute next year I will not visit your store again not dependable at all. I will so let every know very disappointed in this location.

Always clean and organized.. Much better than I can say for other Party Stores. Eben when we just go to browse, I can always find something inexpensive for my toddler.

I bought a helium balloon and the sales clerk would NOT BLOW the balloon up for me. She said it had helium in it already and all I had to do was go home and it would blow up on its own once I took it out of the package. What a big lie. I will NEVER go back to that store again

Manager David is very rude and the assistant manager is only willing to help you if your lesbian. If your a straight guy, she will not say a single word to you. Im never greeted when I walk in the door. Im never asked if I need any help finding anything but they sure are real quick to watch me like a hawk everytime I go shopping there like Im one of those bad kids mom just dropped off at the store. Im 30 years old. From now on Im shopping local and not at this big box store

Staff was kinda rude and things were unorganized! Prices were good thats all I can really say hopefully things improve or I will not be shopping there anymore.

One of the staff members there was extremely rude. We had been shopping for over an hour in the store and the store still had 20 minutes to close when one of the staff members came up to us and told us that the store was closing in 10 minutes. I was well aware of the time and was making every effort to hurry and we wouldve been out well in time without her warning. Not once did anyone ask if they can help us with anything or even bother with any greetings. She then proceeded to complain loudly about stuff that other customers had dropped on the floor saying that people should be cleaning up after themselves, and this had nothing to do with us since we had been picking stuff up after ourselves, and since we were the only ones in the aisle her comments were clearly directed at us. Extremely disappointed in their manners and service. Will not be going there again.

Went to pick up an online order, had no problems. The place has a ton of stuff and I usually go there for party supplies or Halloween costumes.

Was a cockroach crawling on floor. A customer stepped on it & killed it. Several workers passed by it and had to seen it, but none of them cleaned it up. Other than that the beenie boos werent well stocked.

I was able to get what I needed to package goodies for gifts.

I havent even paid a visit to the store yet and Ive already had an unpleasant experience. Im planning a birthday party with the Yo-Kai theme, so I called to ask if they had anything in the store with that theme. The lady answered the phone and said Ill check... After I held the phone for 5 minutes, she came back to the phone and asked hey what was your question again? Irritated at this point, I repeated the question, and she said no I dont think we have that. The least she could do was check for me and I could tell that she did not check. She obviously put me on hold just to wait on another customer that was in the store. I dont mind holding if youre helping, but if you have a job to do, you need to do it rather than being lazy...I wanted to just go and check for myself, but after reading other reviews about the customer service at this store, I dont believe I will.

I was there @ 10:30am on Tuesday Sept. 25th. The real skinny guy working there was unbelievable unfriendly to the point of being Rude. The cashier wasnt any better. Neither of them knew how to smile. Not even a half smile. It was pitiful.

I come in the store serveral times a week today i went in and bought a rubixs cube i made it three steps out of the door opened it and it was broken the owner refused to exchange it because it was open. Im stuck with tiny peices of a rubixs cube and never going back to party city. Shame on the cheap petty owner.
