Completely satisfied. The customer service was amazing. I pulled up, told them what I needed with tires and it was done in 10 minutes. Came in for a tire patch Sunday morning after NTB told me I’d have to wait 4 hours. Z had me out in 20 minutes, even though they were clearly extremely busy. Prices are very fair. Will definitely return.

Tire issues? DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER!! My car brought the pressure indicator on twice in a week after putting some air then I suspected one of the tires got a nail or something. I called my dealership first then the earliest appointment was the next day. And I found this place on the way home and stopped by. They checked my tires and patched a hole on the tire as soon as they found a nail stuck. I spent about 20 minutes there and all done. It costed only $30! Special thanks to Zee, the owner/manager. Highly recommend 🎉

Drove by Bingos Tire and Auto Service in Alexandria and the guy there, Z told me pull it to the side. $20. Great service, fast, no wait, inexpensive, and saved us hundreds of dollars on a new set of tires by repairing the punctures!My husband came here on Sunday when NTB couldn’t repair a piece of metal embedded in the tire at an angle (the tire was on the rim). You can’t just replace one tire on an all-wheel drive vehicle so we would have had to replace all 4 - very expensive. He drove around the corner to Bingo and they repaired it for $25. In-and-out in 15 minutes!My tire went flat 2 days later (the City’s doing construction on our street) so I took it to Bingo after hubby had a positive experience. After removing the screw that caused the leak, the tech used a tool to seal the rubber inside the tire, applied a liberal amount of sealant, and then put a patch. Again, in-and-out in 15 minutes!The manager, Ezzat, was professional, friendly, and helpful. This is a small, family-owned business which helped us both out in a pinch. We highly recommend this shop!!

A month ago I experienced a blow-out of one of my tires caused by metal debris on I-95 North near Woodbridge, rush hour, early evening. My car was towed to Bingos in Alexandria (which is about 5 miles from my home) since many repair shops were closing. I am very happy and pleased that I ended up here. Being as I am female, Ive always had the impression that I would be taken advantage of especially when I hardly know anything about auto mechanics and repairs. I intended to purchase a new tire that night, but Alfonso was very honest and professional, and recommended a used one that was just as good, with a lot of tread and half the price. A couple weeks later, I returned because the tire pressure light was illuminated on my dashboard. Alfonso remembered me and as a courtesy, he checked the tire pressure in all of them and there were no issues. We realized that my VW Jetta only required that its tire pressure button be reset as a result of my initial visit to Bingos. Since I was missing a hubcap from the blow-out, I purchased it thru Amazon and returned again yesterday to Bingos, but Alfonso wasnt available. So, I had the fortune of now meeting Zee, who I believe is the manager, and Zee happily affixed the hubcaps for me as a courtesy. I would definitely return to Bingos for any of my auto service needs because they are very honest, knowledgeable, very efficient, plus economical. And I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My delivery van picked up a nail, and I stopped here at the recommendation of a local gas station. They had me in and out in less than 10 minutes with a nicely patched tire, and took the time to make sure all of my other tires were aired up properly too, and it cost less than I expected!

I am lucky that Amir answered my call, and remember who I was when I came in soon after. I was lucky they saw me immediately and selected an almost exact match to what I had before. I needed one tire and they provided that for an amazing price immediately immediately immediately fast fast fast service and nice gentleman. I only needed one tire today and I got just that Im very satisfied and I would recommend this place to anybody anytime. It is not fancy yet its perfect solution to my problem now I can travel to Pittsburgh to see my family for the holidays.

Fast and speedy service

Since i was on a budget, i went here to look for a cheap place to find used tires. i purchased 2 used tires, got it mounted, and balanced for 90 dollars. pretty good deal. They let me pick the used tires to make sure they were good quality.The owner told me if next time i just wanted to balance 4 tires, 10$ per tire. thats also a pretty good deal, considering other places charge 60$ for balancing all 4 tires.

Great service from the staff here. Helped me out twice now when I was in a pinch. Changed out 2 torn tires on 2 separate occasions. Really good service. So fast and efficient.

The prices were extremely reasonable and the service was fast. The owner was very nice I originally went to have just my alignment done but they were so fast I got an oil change too! I only spent about hour there and will return for any future services I need I now have a go to shop for my auto needs.

I got 4 “new” tires and an alignment here about 5 months ago. Although it’s only been a few months, two of my tires already have 0 tread. When I brought my car to a more reputable place, they told me they think Bingo Tires gave me 2 used tires and 2 new tires, instead of the 4 new tires I thought I was paying for. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I bought a used tire from them to replace a tire that frequently goes flat. The tire they put on my car was torn up and made my car wobbly. I should have inspected the used tire I was buying before they put it on, so I learned the hard way. Still quite dishonest service towards people who dont know much about cars. Maybe they wanted me to comeback to have it fixed for more $$$. Nope.

Be Careful! Brought my bmw for tire alignment. Only after paying the fees that they told me they dont have the right equipment to align the tires under the hoods. On top of it, there was a 4-inch scratch on my drivers door that they denied... I asked for re-reimbursement of the tire alignment fee through my credit card after several attempts to negotiate with them. I chose this store because of relative high ratings on google and wanted to support local businesses, but was disappointed and had to spend a lot more to fix the scratches on my car door. Lessons: Defend your consumer rights through the right channels. If you also face similar issues, take advantage of the Fair Credit Billing Act to get your money back. This will promote fair business practices in the Alexandria area.

This was a great experience!!! I called to a quote and schedule an appointment and they took me as soon as I could get there, running late the owner stayed open passed their closing. I asked him to look at all tires because I was hoping to just do two at a time and even though Im a girl didnt take advantage of the fact that I didnt know what I was looking at and told me that I would be ok with just two or even just the one. The guys got right on it and I was out of there in less then a 1/2 hr. The guys were all great and I will definitely being using them as my go to tire and maintenance guys.

Mohamed and his crew are amazing friendly people. They showed me options to replace my one bad tire and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes. The cost was half the price of other places and the tire looks brand new. You are in good hands at this place.

Got a flat tire and needed a new one in a pinch. Bingo had Sunday hours, quick service and was able to replace with used tires at 65 bucks a piece. Would go there again in a heartbeat.

Fast service, great price

I called to try to schedule an appointment to change out my tires to my all weather set. The man who answered the phone was mumbling and I had a hard time understanding him. When I told him I couldnt understand him and asked him to repeat himself, he sighed heavily and just hung up the phone.

I first went to Bingo tires on 8/10/15 and purchased a used tire for $65. A month later that same tire split! I mean not a wear down on the tire (that normally happens when the tire gets old but the tire actually split! Which is unsafe for anyone to drive on! I took it back and the owner refused to help me. He said that he cant be sure if they fixed that specific tire which clearly was the only tire on my car that had a different brand! I think the owner is very unprofessional and posses no customer service what so ever! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON A COMPANY THAT CAN CARE LESS ABOUT YOU WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR MISTAKE BUT HAS NO PROBLEM TAKING YOUR MONEY! && THEY ARE NOT BBB CERTIFIED

I did one car alignment in the morning and then a 2nd one I left for tire swap and alignment, they toldMe to come back after one hour, i came back after almost 2 hours and they didn’t even finish the tire swap. Still waiting to be done .Would not come back again .

They are very efficient. No hassles and real very good deal.

I went there to get a tire and wheel alignment but come to find out they misplaced my car center sign piece on my tire and when I called the guy pretended not to be the manager. I will never return here, that’s why I can’t trust going to new businesses, they do stuff like this..
