Bought this beauty earlier today, and it was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. Jason made me feel immediately welcome and never once made me feel pressured into making a purchase. The lobby was spacious and comfortable and the car was immaculately clean. Daniela helped in finishing up the paperwork and she was just as much of a delight to work with! 10 out of 5 stars, would definitely recommend!

Sandie was awesome in helping me get my vehicle into be serviced even though I didn’t have an appointment. She was kind and courteous and kept me up to date each day on the status of my vehicle. Mario did a fantastic job showing me all the features of my vehicle and he was SO GOOD with my kids since I had to bring them with me to the appointment. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman that took my car into service once I pulled it into the garage, but he was very personable, respectful, kind, and professional. Very happy with my visit.

Quick to get someone on the phone. Excellent loaner vehicle. Loads of update and action communications through text with a direct line to a dedicated person to call if I have questions. Most importantly there’s never an up sell. They’re very transparent about what is needed and why. I’d recommend a service rep by name but we’ve had several over the years and they’re all outstanding.

Wow, I dont think I can go to any other spot to get my husbands Subaru serviced! Very easy to get to and check in. Employees were efficient and friendly. They did heavily suggest I add on one of the premium service packages but once I declined they didnt press it any further which I appreciated.They offer pick up and loaner cars but I opted to wait while service was done. I had a recall repair and added on a standard oil change. They gave me a time estimate and showed me to the spacious and comfortable waiting area. Two large TVs but not playing too loudly so I could read my book in peace. There were also plenty of magazines as well as packaged snacks, fresh popcorn, water, tea, and coffee. I really am writing the bulk of this review on the waiting room but it was a very enjoyable and easy experience for me overall! After staying home for so many months this felt like a vacation I definitely wont be going back to the previous location I went to with a small outdoor waiting area!Masks arent required if youre vaccinated and I noticed an employee thoroughly sanitizing the areas while I was there. I highly recommend this location!

I was traveling and needed to go for my 6000 mile check up. My Subaru dealer back home was booked out for a month. So I was delighted that this Subaru in Alexandria Virginia was able to see me the next day. My visit would have been short and sweet except that I had a tiny chip in my windshield that needed to be mended. Sandi, the young woman who checked me in was a fantastic help. I needed to pay for that service through my insurance but wasn’t sure how to navigate the communication. She got right on the phone and right on the job of sorting everything out and explaining it to me. I couldn’t have done it without her help. Sandi was super attentive and greatly effective. I can’t say enough good things about her. She worked with grace and personality, smiling and laughing often while also juggling the many other customers she needed to serve. I am of course glad I bought a Subaru but I’m even happier that it came with such amazing customer service.

I purchased a new Crosstrek here recently, and had a great experience. I reached out to them with a long list of things I wanted in my new car, and sales professional Jason Low was quick to respond, and provided several options for me. We ended up ordering a new car to be built to my specifications, and Jason was communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. He instilled a great deal of confidence, and clearly knew what he was talking about. He answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly via email, text, and phone.Picking up and paying for the car was also a breeze, and despite some expected attempts to up-sell various packages, I never felt pressured and everyone I talked to backed off as soon as I said I wasnt interested. This was probably the easiest car buying process I could have hoped for.

I just purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek and was unfamiliar with most of the safety features. I met with Mario Ballesteros and he walked through all the features, then we went for a drive so I could use all of them. Because he was so thorough, I felt comfortable using the Adaptive Cruise Control on I-495. I also was able to program my garage door opener so now I just used the button on the rear view mirror. Mario was very thorough and very patient.

Went to buy a 2019 Legacy from them today. Agreed with the salesman to buy it for the price they presented to me and signed. He said he would go print out the paperwork. 45 minutes later after waiting he came back and told me his manager had just sold the car. I had actually signed and agreed first but he said he could not do anything about it. The manager said he saw me looking at another car while I was waiting and would I like to buy that one? Worst car buying experience ever do not do business with them.

Very unprofessional and do not cater to the customers at all. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I was here to purchase a 2016 Honda Civic. The financial advisor put me with a lender I did not prefer even after I showed and emailed my pre-approval letter from capital one. No one could not explain to me why he pushed me to go with someone else and lie saying that I needed to put more money down when I was already putting down more than enough. So my credit was ran through several lenders when I asked for only one. They had to go back and change my paperwork to reflect the lender of my choice, I did not receive any reimbursement, compensation, or anything showing that they apologize for their mistakes. This was a huge inconvenience and made my car buying process extremely difficult. Please do not visit here. They lack customer service and professionalism.

On a roadtrip across the USA, one the headlamps of our 2014 Subaru Forester stopped working. The Beyer team in Alexandria welcomed us on Saturday morning, checked the lamp and made it functional again, checked also tyres and brakes and finally gave the car a full wash. Since nothing was broken, there was no charge… The wonderful service rep gave us a big smile and she wished us a safe continuation of our trip. We were very happily surprised with such great service! Had to do a Transmission repair. Initially brought it to the Annapolis location to have it diagnosed and got quoted a high price. just to make sure I was paying a fair price, I called around to get a few quotes and lo and behold Beyer to the rescue. Sebastian has been very professional, friendly and SUPER helpful throughout the process and their service team gave me a quote good enough to pay Annapolis Subaru a diagnosis fee of $160 and still come ahead because of how fairly they quoted me. I cant say for all repairs as this is the only one I have done here so far but you know I will call Beyer Subaru up first for any issues in the future.It really shows the culture of this place from top down, that they arent here to nickel and dime you but they want repeat customers with such great service and professionalism.Sebastian was awesome to work with, friendly, clear and upfront about everything, and would recommend their service department to ANYONE, especially if they have a Subaru.

Beyers is a solid dealership. The maintenance/repair department is the bread & butter of every dealership, so the cost is high, but you get Subaru mechanics working on your car. Mario Ballesteros did a terrific job and provided phenomenal service as I was buying a new Subaru at Beyer. He was incredibly personable, knowledgable, and helpful through every step of the process. However he kept my information and what my wish list was and about a month and a half later reached out to me with an incredible deal that I could not refuse. We drove two hours to look at the car and ended up purchasing it. From the moment we got there till the final papers were signed the whole experience was amazing. Todd in finance did a wonderful job explaining everything and showing us the best value for the wraparound warranty. Our daughter was So excited and surprised. They offered additional complementary services, including vacuuming and sanitizing my vehicle (important during COVID times). I would strongly recommend against going to Beyer Subaru for your used car purchase.When I entered Beyer Subaru, I was introduced to a representative, Pete Bader, who showed me a couple cars that I was interested in and let me go home to think with no problem.A few days later, I texted them to make an offer on a car and after a bit of negotiating, we came to a deal and he ensured he would hold the car until the end of the week when I could pick it up. I presented him with a loan approval and prepped my insurance transfer. Two hours before I went to pick the car up, I was instructed by them that the car was sold and it was implied that I could offer more to hang on to the car. When I made clear that we already agreed to a deal, he asserted the car was already sold and offered to sell me a different car (of, from what I could tell, lesser value) for the same price -- a classic bait and switch.Now, to be clear, I recognize what the representative and his manager decided to do is within their right. However, was it appropriate? No. Was it professional? No. I feel that I deserved better than that sort of treatment. And so I recommend that any used-car buyer who wants a reasonable and trustworthy car buying experience stay away from Subaru Beyer. Please do not let them take advantage of you like they tried to take advantage of me.

Shopping for a vehicle in the current supply climate was already very stressful, but the experience with Alex at Beyer Subaru entirely turned that around. After running into dealers/salespersons with hidden fees and poor communication- it was a breath of fresh air when we happened to run across Beyer Subaru. Normally Im impressed with this dealership and Subaru, but my most recent visit dropped my opinion. I was given the hard sell to buy all new tires for my 1 yr old car. Oh youll ruin your transmission, even though my tires were still in the green zone. This hard sell caused a certain amount of stress as I am not an expert on cars. But some online research confirmed for me that I did not need to replace ALL of my tires because one was damaged.

I had an excellent experience buying from Beyer Subaru. My sales associate, Jason, was extremely attentive and professional. The entire process was remote. Jason brought the car and all paperwork to my home. Jason made what is typically a long stressful day at a dealership quick and easy. Thanks Jason!

I recently purchased a new Forester at Beyer Subaru. Because of the pandemic, we asked to have the test drive at my home. Mario brought the vehicle and was really wonderful. He explained all the features and let me drive it around the neighborhood. I felt like every safety precaution was taken and I still got a thorough introduction to the car. We decided to buy it and the process was very quick and easy. Mario has checked up on us since the purchase to make sure all our questions were answered. I am very happy with my experience - and I love my new car!

Stephanie was my Service Technician at Beyer Subaru and she was very professional, was great with her customer service, and she communicated with me and gave me updates on how the services were coming along, and they completed them on time. Stephanie worked with me to allow my Labradoodle, who I had brought with when dropping off my vehicle, to be in the free rental car they provided, since they usually dont allow pets into their cars. I would definitely recommend going to Beyer Subaru.

We recently bought our Outback at Beyer Subaru and couldnt be more pleased with our purchase. We visited other area Subaru dealerships to make a decision about what car we wanted and the deciding factor of why we chose Beyer was the treatment we received from our salesman, Jason. Jason was incredibly patient and kind, never pushy or belittling, even with our countless questions. We are thrilled with our new car and look forward to driving it for years to come.

Ive been a customer at Beyers Subaru for nearly 20 years. Usually they have excellent customer service but today seemed different like they was just trying to make money. They charged $59.00 to remove a nail and plug a tire. At best $20.00 so what is going on. My trust for them are dwindling .

I bought the 2021 Subaru Outback Touring XT. I had researched luxury car brands and none could beat this vehicle in performance, technology and finishes at the price point offered. The salesman Fred Frank and the finance manager Sam had me out the door with my Subaru in 2.5 hours. The best experience I have ever had. My husband and I have purchased 7 vehicles in the past 20 years and have never been treated so well by both the sales and finance department at a dealership. I love my Subaru and highly recommend this dealership.

I took my car in for a VA safety inspection. I did not have an appointment but they were quick and efficient and I was on my way home within an hour. Great dealership. I take my car in for all oil changes and routine work on my car.

I brought my Crosstrek in for inspection and some preventative maintenance. Shay was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job of keeping me informed on how it was going. I did not catch the name of the cheery fellow who was running the check out counter, but his customer service was first rate as well. Ill definitely return for future services!

Today I had service done at Beyer. During my time sitting in the waiting room I noticed that several staff members werent wearing masks. One was wearing a mask pulled down to the chin, another wasnt wearing a mask at all. One sales staff came within 6 feet of me without a mask and also used the restroom without a mask. So much for Beyers claim on its website that its taking precautions to keep customers safe during the pandemic. More importantly, Beyer doesnt appear to be complying with Virginia law (Executive Order 72) and CDC guidelines.
