Just had these guys show up quick, loaded up my work trailer which blew a hub. Brought it back home to me. Did it after hours as well. No complaints. The driver was great. The owner was helpful as well. I’m blessed to have had these guys service.

I trust this place!Kyles is one of the body repair shops that works directly with my auto insurance carrier and it is close to my house, so when my (then brand-new) 2013 Chevy Silverado was severely damaged by one of those red-light-running drivers, I took it to Kyles. Long story short, they did an excellent job putting my truck back into as-new condition, including replacing the entire FRAME. Part of what made their service attractive is their guarantee on their work.Their warranty is not bad! I also advised there were some minor scratches I wanted to bring in vehicle and called them to state I will bring in after holidays and they were fine with that. I recommend - 2 thumbs up!

I want everyone to know what a great company Kyles is. They did repair work last week on my Ford Explorer Trac Sport that had rear end/side collision. I can not tell that anything was ever repaired on my truck--IT LOOKS AMAZING!! They found and repaired items that we had no idea was ever broken. The work is way beyond great. They have a lifetime warranty and the employees were above professional. They had made prior arrangements for a rental for me, and they handled the insurance company for me. I only showed up, dropped off my truck and came back and picked it up. They were honest and upfront about everything. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to EVERYONE.

This place is incredible. I brought my car here for repair after a hit and run at the recommendation of my insurance company. The place is huge--but every single person I came across made customer service key. The service was fast and performed without flaw. From making sure my car was clean and presentable when given back to me to the porter service they provided when I needed a ride from drop off and to pick up, you can tell these people care about you and your experience with them. In an industry where unfair quotes and poor customer service run rampant, this business stands out in the best way. I will recommend this company to everyone I know!

The work they did was great, however I rated them a 2 because they did work I specifically asked them not too and expected me to pay. In the end I didn’t pay for the extra work but expecting a person to pay for your error is a weak business strategy!

Terrible experience! Did not do what they said. I signed a contract stating that they would repaint my door, and the insurance approved it. Kyles decided they would just buff the marks instead of repainting the door even though they made the assessment that it needed to be painted. They did not call to inform me of this. When I picked it up, I noticed the damage was still there. They refused to abide by what was written and signed.

Never, ever, ever use Kyles Collision Center in Alexandria. They mark up work they didnt even do (the towing), because as the lady my wife spoke to said bluntly, we can. Then when you call at lunch to ask how much to retrieve your car, a few hours later the price has gone up almost 50% because the final bill wasnt done. What did they think I was asking them for when I said we were coming to get the car.? Their business dealings are shady, shady, shady. Stay away!!!

Five stars again for these guys. I came in the other night pretty close to closing time for an estimate on two issues, a slightly popped-out front bumper and a dent on one side thanks to a giant rock I clearly more than nudged. They offered to give me an estimate to totally replace the bumper ($600-$700, ugh), but given that the popping-out issue is something that would likely happen again due to the awful state of curbs and driveways here in Texas (why are they so high? Why is my car so low?), they said theyd try to pop it back in as well as heat up and pop out that ghastly dent, free of charge. And that is exactly what they did, and I look like a slightly more responsible car owner again!But really, this place reaffirms my faith in humanity. It was almost closing time, it was cold and raining and miserable outside, and they were clearly busy, but the fact that they took the time to do this for me and didnt charge me anything shows that they truly value their clientele. And that is why, even after moving 40 minutes away, I will still take my car here the next time I do something stupid.

Very bad experience with Kyles. Everytime I would call to find out about my SUV they told me it was in paint. So I went to check on it and they were still waiting on parts, all they would do is lie to me. When I did get my SUV back (after 6 weeks) they used second rate parts on it and they even left a piece off. The back wiper did not work and after they fixed it, the wiper blade was put on wrong. I also told them about a rattle and it still rattles today. I will never bring anything back to Kyles.

The owner was very rude and obnoxious and has multiple people ( employees I presume) living in the tow yard where the vehicles are stored. Furthermore, my car wasnt even locked! In contrast, the lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and very professional and courteous. Thankfully, the rectitude of his affable staff make the interaction almost bearable.
