Had a new windshield put in in October and didnt notice the imperfection in the glass on the passenger side till December .I called and the owner said it had 30 day warranty that expired he said bring it in and he would look at it and check to see if anything could be done - took it in owner was gone the service guy checked it out said he didnt see the imperfection i showed him were it was and he told me he had eight year experience in inspecting glass and nothing was wrong with it. Called my Insurance agent and safelite will be out tomorrow to replace it

You get what you pay for! I brought in my car with a smashed front passenger window. Their price was lower than the competitors, but the quality of work was mediocre. The window seems to be replace correctly. However, they did not get all of the broken glass out of the inside of the door (it rattles whenever you shut the door), and they didnt vacuum any of the glass from underneath the seat. When I asked about it, I was told that the air compressor couldnt get the last of the pieces in the door and that they didnt have a vacuum attachment for the glass underneath the seat.
