All of the employees were super nice. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was due to the wait before they had started on my car with me having an appointment. As far as the people that work there they get all 5 stars and a big hug from me. All of them were GREATE. THANKS AGAIN

The came out and did the work at a fair price but did not call to give a time for the glass installation like they said they would and this was the day after they said they would come out.. that being said it was done and it looks nice. Would likely use again just with clear timeframes

Red River glass was recommended to me by a friend. I contacted them on Jan 27th and Burl came the same day took measurements and i have not received one call back yet. I placed follow up calls on Feb 1st, 4th, Mar 2nd. On Mar 2nd they promised i would get a call back and it didnt happen. Today i called let them know how dissatisfied i am with service received and i would find someone else. Unbelievable

I didnt hate it, but I cant accurately rate service I didnt recieve. I called to set up an appointment to get my windshield changed and the guy that answered the phone obviously had no clue. He said hed get someone to call me back and that was 3 weeks ago. I reckon Ill just go with someone else
