I had a minor dent and they took care of it for me from friendly service to timing of when it would be done. Only mode of transportation and they went above and beyond their service to take care of me and get my vehicle back to me.
Thinking it would be the right thing to do, I called and made an appointment so as to get in and out smoothly. But, making an appointment didnt seem to do any good. My truck sat for just short of an hour before anyone started changing the oil. The price to change the oil was awfully high for such slow service. I get MUCH better service when I take my wifes Mercedes in for service. If Mercedes starts building pick up trucks, Ill sell my GMC and buy one just for the prompt courteous that I receive at Walker Mercedes. What I got at Walker GMC was excuses for slow discourteous service. Seems they were use to it. People dont want excuses, just to be taken care of with a little respect and a little appreciation.

They take 2 to 3 hours for a simple 15 minute oil change and thats with making an appointment. Only going because it is required to maintain the warranty. Also, I do not recommend dealing with them for sales. They upcharge you around 2,000 or more than what you can get one in Lafayette for.
Front bumper on my Honda Odyssey was replaced. Job was completed timely and the front end looks like new. They even threw in a car wash and vacuumed the vehicle. Insurance claim was handled professionally.

I have not used the collision center at Walker. However, I have used the Walker KIA dealership service department recently. My complaint was about price for the service I received was too high. The service manager resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
They were friendly when I dropped the vehicle off, and it was finished in a timely manner.

I originally went to have the replacement part for the passenger side airbag put on. While leaving, I noticed the airbag sticking out from under the dash. When I go to open the front passenger side door, the door handle was broken. I reached for the rear door handle and it was broken also. After verbally getting their attention, the tech that did the work told me that my door handles were broken already. No sir they were not!!!! Buster White the Service Manager came out, assessed everything and told me to come back in 2 days and everything would be fixed. I returned in 2 days and he had them to properly stuff the airbag beneath the dash as it shouldve been and gave me 2 new door handles for the passenger side. This last visit has shaken my confidence in Walker Automotive service department.
Made an appointment and the car was serviced on time. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the price for the oil change is higher than some of the convenience oil change providers like Jiffy Lube.
No point in leaving a review but they keep requesting in email. I’ve left one negative review that explained the issue. Luckily I took the next step with GM who has referred me to another dealer. Walker CAN NOT figure out ANYTHING without a current code being present. So basically, if they can’t hook up to a computer and it diagnose it, good luck. I know multiple people who’ve had the same issue and some that traded in due to this.

The back glass on my 2020 Acadia is leaking when it rains. 2nd time in shop and now leaks worse. Guess I will try the 3rd time. Each time they have kept it for 3 weeks.

Service was great! They repaired my vehicle after a car accident and you can’t tell where the damage occurred.
Collision with deer with major damage and Walker performed complete restoration that made my vehicle look like new. Was treated like family and could not be more satisfied with both the look of my vehicle and the performance afterward.
Walker Collision Center has been used by my family for generations. I would highly recommend them for their customer service, attention to the little details and overall experience.

Excellent Service To My Vehicle...and Customer Service
They did fix my car but I asked for the part that was changed and it had been damaged by the tech removing it with pliers.
I brought my truck in for warranty repairs. They refused to cover it under warranty and told me to leave. They did not offer any assistance, or tell me if they would work with my insurance, or how much the repair would cost if I decided to cover it myself.
The was performed in a timely manner.
Oil change was the only thing that was suppose to be done but they did a tire rotation I did not authorize. My tires were already rotated with a sticker reminder on the window in sight. The service rep should have noticed it also because it was right in the driver sight. So the money spent on tire rotation was lost.

Walker collision center repaired my 05 Honda Civic. They did an awesome job and had my car back to me the day it was promised. Hopefully I will never need my car to be repaired because of a wreck again, but if I do Walker Collision Center will get my business.

Awesome repairs completed on my Ford Focus after I was rear ended. I got into another accident and unfortunately, my vehicle was totaled, but the body shop did an awesome job of keeping me informed about everything.
They did an excellent job fixing a damaged front corner of our truck and a mirror that was busted.
There was another delay with my car. When I expressed frustration, I was rudely told I was welcome to go get my car and drive it with no glass. We will never use them again.
I took my truck there because the guys insurance adjuster recommended it! They said it would take 2 weeks and a month and a half later I get the truck back and the bed is about to fall off it! They reused damaged parts! They didn’t fix a couple of the dents in the bed and since leaving my truck has been to 2 different shop only to find out the frame is bent and walkers didn’t even check it! The most horrible work I have ever seen!
In response to Mr Calvin Hutson your truck had 14k worth of damage that type of repair is going to take longer than two weeks. the frame was not bent the rear end was bent which we replaced with a new one. We do not reuse damaged parts on customers vehicles. I am sorry for the extended time it took but you must admit to yourself that in a real world this is a false claim on a job that size.

Poor poor poor service! The women in the lobby are rude first and foremost I paid out of pocket expenses to get my car repaired they say itll be done in 9 days which actually turned into a whole month! Finally get the car back and my front tire is flat to the ground half a**ed detail on my car they did first of all we paid out of pocket pay and this kind of service is ridiculous oh on top of things my door doesnt even shut all the way!!! I am highly disappointed in Walker Collision I wish I wouldve gone to Kyles Collision heard their work is much better omg. (-_-) never again will I ever deal with this collision center work was rushed.
This is the worst collision center ever !!!! Please beware it took two weeks and they said my car was done. I immediately knew something was wrong as my car they dont make so it wouldve taken longer then that. After going to see in my car it was horrible the paint job looked like someone had taken keys to the new paint job. My door doesnt even shut properly anymore my window sounds like its gonna fall off. Please do not go here they will not even make things write and make u pay out of pocket instead of billing insurance.
