Bob and the whole team at Northside Collision Center were wonderful to work with. I damaged the front left side of my car by hitting a deer. Bob took care of speaking with my insurance company and kept me posted on the progress. They had my car back to me in a very reasonable time frame. My car looks amazing! You cant even tell there was any damage and they cleaned the entire inside as well! I would highly recommend these guys for your next repair!

MY favorite bodyshop I have had 4 cars fixed there. Hey, only 1 was my fault! I did ask for a reserved parking spot tho.My gave my truck back completely detailed, inside and out.

5 STARS! I had my Challenger in for a rear quarter repair and buffing. The damage is unnoticeable and the car looks like a mirror after being buffed. They went as far to remove and replace custom trim that was on the car so that they could do the best job at blending the paint and clear coat. And the interior was even cleaner than when I dropped it off!At one point I also inquired about having an additional part of the plastic on the front bumper painted to match the car - and while they could have done it and charged me for it, Bob said after discussing it with his painter they both felt it was best not to paint that section due to the abuse that it sees being so low on the car, it would not hold up well. I think that says a lot!It is refreshing to work with great, honest people who care and do thorough work. Highly recommended.

We were rear-ended by someone without insurance and were deemed, no-fault. Bob literally walked us through the process of our options as well gave advice that was best for us and not necessarily his business. My experience with northside collision was Great. The paint job on my truck was amazing. Looks better then when it went in. Interior and exterior detail made it feel like a new truck!

The best! I had my 2017 Tacoma worked on after a hit and run in Chicago. Bob was fantastic. Fixing the truck was only one side to the story. We had to navigate around many challenges with the insurance company, parts availability, extra work requested by me... All seamless!! Bob would come to my home and pick me up as needed. The work itself was flawless. And Ive had many follow-up calls since to see how things are going. I found NorthSide after my parents had their 2018 Dodge Ram repaired. Seems the deer population is still plentiful here in MN. My parents were recommended by their insurance agency to have the truck taken to the dealership... Well, after weeks of calls not being returned and little interest in the Dodge (at the dealer) my parents contacted NorthSide (Bob). The rest is history. If you call NorthSide, just ask for Bob. Give him your keys and let him do what he does. Youll be pleased you did. Sorry I did not get the name of the guy in the shop that did the work, but hats off. Often durning the process I visited the shop and was allowed to see progress as we had some aftermarket parts installed on my Tacoma. Very accommodating was the entire team with my baby (the truck that is). Thanks guys!!! Keep it up!

Absolutely was soooo impressed with their work! They even got my car done early !! Was so happy with the work . They cleaned my whole car also and even went of there way to fix my seat ! Brought our pickup to Northside collision after a fender-bender! Bob and hiscolleagues were extremely pleasant. They worked with my insurance company to get the repair process underway. This fall we took 2 vehicles to Northside for hail damage repair. Bob was awesome to work with for scheduling and insurance coordination. The resulting work on the vehicles was great! Our vehicles were returned to us detailed/cleaned. One of the vehicles needed a new windshield and Northside coordinated with Interstate Auto Glass for the installation of the new windshield while the vehicle was in for repair. It saved us multiple repair dates! This place is the best and I highly recommend them!!

Northside is great to work with. After hitting a deer they had my suburban all fixed up within a week. I dropped it off in the morning and had to back by the end of the day! Plus they returned it to me cleaner then it was before! I had just returned from a 500 mile one way road trip with 3 kids under 6 and well you can imagine what the inside looked like. Dont go here. Go to Kar Kraft in Glenwood Minnesota. I wanted some body work done to my car. So I stopped by hoping to talk to someone. I went in and for 15 minutes I stood there at the front counter watching two people who were supposed to be at the desk as the receptionist talking. They finally got to me and I said basically I wanted to get some work done on my car and see if you guys could do it and get just a rough estimate on a cost. They told me no, you have to fill out this thing BEFORE we can do anything with you. Why? I was just looking around at estimates. They were very rude so I just left. They probably do decent work but they are rude and want you to prove you have insurance and other things when you maybe dont want the insurance company knowing about it? Total waste of a half hour.

Hi,My wife and I brought in a brand new 2018 Toyota Camry with major hood damage and left front side panel damage because I dropped a heavy cooler on it, oops.
