I mean its an ok store for me to run to if I just have to grab a couple of things but theres this one cashier thats been there for years. I must rub her the wrong way because every time I go in the store when shes working he gives me attitude & if she happens to be stocking the shelves while Im there she tends to try to follow me around. Granddaddy getting close to being cussed out.

Grocery store !! Were you can buy most anything that has to do with cooking food or grilling out and fresh produce and personal hygiene items !!

My favorite grocery store in this city, I can always find everything with a blindfold and the check is fast.

I like to shop here their meats are at good price they have alot for pick 5 just there are a few things that are a little on the higher side then other stores but all in all if anything the pick 5 and the prices of their meats are very good better then other stores lol thats why I give it a 5* because the meats 😊and if you are one of the people who lived here some years ago when it wasnt that nice The Pig is a hole lot better with the new owners now so I say stop in one day and see what you can find and save

Store was clean and orderly. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about item locations. A little pricey but to be expected being a small grocery in the middle of historic Alexander City, Al. Will shop here again.

First time shopping at this Piggly Wiggly. The boss, aka: wife, sent me in with a very long list and I could not find a few of the items. If I had not found an extremely helpful young man named Brian, well...I would of had some explaining to do. Brian could have just told me an aisle number and general location, but he didnt, on 3 occasions he stopped what he was doing and walked me to the item I inquired about. What a helpful, professional and respectful young man. Thank you Brian for taking the time and helping me make my boss happy, because if MOMMA AINT HAPPY, NOBODY HAPPY! JOB WELL DONE! Piggly Wiggly needs to make this guy a manager! I have a background in management and would promote this guy immediately!

Prices are a little high compared to some other places. But meat is quality. Staff are friendly.

This is a very small Piggly Wiggly the parking lot is extremely small but the store is nice and clean and their prices are relatively low usually its not very crowded but as I said the parking lot is very small and sometimes it takes a while to find a parking spot

It was great. Plenty of food during this pandemic.

Had what I were shopping for. Werent a long waiting line. Clerk were very nice.

Their prices are high. Their old parking lot was fine. They rearranged it and now its very easy for cars to run into each other. If they at least came down on their prices, I would give them 4 stars. I would give them 5 stars to change the parking lot.

This small town grocery store has been a long time hometown store. They have the best meats available all over town. If they dont have it in the meat case, the meat department will be glad to find what u want and will be glad to fix you up.

Clean and organized. Fresh cuts of meat and produce are very reasonable and not overwhelmingly overpriced, but you cant beat fresh! A lot of marked down meats for quick sale. About 3 or 4 registers always open and not a long wait. I only wished they had a bakery. The only downside is the occasional foul odor of the butchery in the back, but thats taken care of shortly after. The parking lot is a tad bit hard to pull into. I wish they kept tradition with the paper bags and young men that help load your groceries. :)

Nice in and out. Friendly employees. Pricey and I dont buy their meat. Its just not as good as other grocery stores. I am disabled and used one of their handicap scooters. If you have any problems from the waist down, dont use them. Your knees will be up to your chest. Very uncomfortable. They upgraded the store and parking lot. The store looks great. I dont know who thought to change the parking lot but they should have kept it the way it was. This lot is an accident waiting to happen and there are less spaces.

No deli, couldnt find kleenex.

Love shopping at the Pig. Sorry to say the store in my home town closed down so now must travel to another store in another town. But the trip is worth it. I especially like buying my meats there. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the meats cant be beat.

Easy to stop by and pick up whats needed.

I LOVE SHOPPING AT PIGGLY WIGGLY THE GROCERY HAS GREAT PRICES AND THE PRODUCE, AND MEATS ARE FRESH.

The cashiers and workers are very sweet and personable. The owner of the store is extremely rude and not friendly at all. He lacks manners, and wont even greet you when as you enter the store. Meats are fresh. Produce is over priced. The parking lot is an accident waiting to happen.

My folks drive 40 miles just to buy their meats here... Great place to shop.

Always a great place to stop and grab a few essentials on the way home. Decent prices on most things and the staff is always polite and helpful.

This particular location in my opinion has been taking advantage of the people in the community who shop here for years. We spend our money there but they give you a feeling that they dont care. The prices are high, the variety is slim, the produce and the chicken is rotten.

Piggly wiggly is still the reliable grocery store it has always been. It tends to get forgotten because of big chains but I still go there because they still carry items hard to find anywhere else
