I always get my shoes here. They have a great selection. I use a rewards card, spin the wheel and use coupons. They also always have buy one pair get one pair at a discount. The staff is helpful and never pushy.

On the way out we saw that you could get 10% off if you were a senior citzen, but you had to ask for it. Couldnt the sales person just ask and give the discount at the register?

Shoe Carnival uses Smartpost to deliver online orders. My shoes have been stuck in Georgia for a week now. Bad decision for this company to rely on an unreliable delivery option. I would rather they had just shipped via USPS.....AND NO RESPONSE FROM EMAIL TO COMPANY!Now it has been sent to Memphis on the other side of the state when it was only 4 hours away.Do not use Shoe Carnival as they make bad choices for their shipping.

I ordered shoes for myself and they ran large so I had to return them to the store front. I did not see any pickup designated area in parking lot nor were there other options for a return. I reluctantly entered cashier close to door however she was chatting with what appeared to be a friend. I walked around to opposite clerk area behind her friend. I was ignored even though I was the only customer in the store. I finally interrupted her chat and requested she help me with my return. She indicated I return back to the where I was first then continued chatting. After standing where she indicated. I waited a minute then said. Can I just leave these and your credit my card?! I do not want to be in here any longer than is necessary. Her friend walked toward door telling her she would talk to her later. Very lacking in customer service.

Normally, I hate buying shoes. I had no idea what brand to get. The cashier paged a man named Jay (the manager) to help me.He was amazing. He asked me a few questions about usage, budget and sizing. I tried on two pairs, a few modifying insoles. He answered some questions about functionality and durability, instantly. He was super attentive, and nice, and knew his stuff. I was out in less than 20 minutes, and under budget.I was honestly shocked. It went from a dreaded task, to done with surprise free time. I will go back, and send my family.

I had a wonderful experience here!! The young lady who helped me was amazing!! I wish I could remember her name to recognize her. She was extremely helpful in finding me the right boot. I had ankle surgery 3 months ago and have to wear a particular size/type of shoe and she was very patient and found for me several different pairs to try on until I found the right one that wouldnt affect my scar area and would accommodate for the swelling I still experience. Thank you Shoe Carnival lady!! Excellent customer service will bring me back here!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The assistant manager, I believe his name is Steve or Stephen, is amazing! He went above and beyond to help me and my daughter! I truly appreciate his friendly and helpful demeanor. He had a pretty bad knee injury as well and was still getting down in the floor to make sure the shoes fit her correctly. I cant rave about him enough. Forever grateful

Very energetic and helpful manager. We buy lots of shoes here especially when they have buy one get one half-off. Check out the clearance specials (men in back right and women in back left of store). We have even haggled with manager when we find shoes less expensive elsewhere. They can also get shoes from other Shoe Carnivals nearby if they dont have your size in stock.

Good selection and prices. Courteous staff. Had to do a return and change out a pair for a larger size in one transaction. Staff had me in and out in 5 minutes.

The store has been changed around since our last visit and the selection of shoes in my husbands size had dwindled down to only a very small selection. It was clean.

Not very many sizes to choose from in the favorite brands.... Prices are very high in name brand shoes. Color shoes are very cheaply made and cheap brands. The staff and management here are very unfriendly.

Good deals on the lower priced name brand shoes. Just to name a few; Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Morrell, Fila, and some name brand work boots/shoes. Decent variety of styles but not too extravagant. Theyll sometimes throw in a BOGO 1/2 OFF unexpectedly!

Jason was the gentleman that helped me, he asked if I was finding everything okay while I was walking by, and Im so greatful that he did. I found a pare of shoes that were perfect! They were the color I was looking for and they were on sale! The only thing was, they werent my size. Jason went out of his way to special order me a pair that will be sent right to my house!!! He said since I was a card member I didnt even have to pay for shipping!!! Its that kind of customer service that will bring me back!! We need more people in this world like Jason!
