Our salesman was Mike Jones. I would like to commend him for his diligence and success with our vehicle purchase. We were a special case involved in Chapter 13 bankruptcy. It took 2 months to complete, his communication between us and the courts was spot on. All information was done in a timely manner. He is remarkable and sensitive with our needs. Ive bought two other cars before at a dealership and this was my favorite experience. Landon work really hard trying to find exactly what I was looking for and not pushy about it when I didnt like a car. Ive had to spend hours at a dealership before and was expecting the same but everything went so smoothly and easy. I was out of there in no time with the car Im completely satisfied with! Very friendly staff all the way around.
Twin City Nissan doesn’t care about anything but getting a sale. I love Nissan Products. I will find another dealership however. The sales experience was very deceiving. The salesman lied about his product knowledge, and did nothing but take our information. We did love the vehicle we bought, but after reviewing, the sales manager, Mr. Riviera, changed and disguised the numbers to fit only the monthly payment. After reviewing, we paid full retail. The salesman made promises the dealership did not back up. Don’t expect any courtesy or value yourself as a human and customer. You will not receive a phone call for information primes. It seems they don’t know the value of a customer or possible repeat business.

Had a tire blow out while traveling from Indiana to Seiverville to visit my son and grandson. I have a hard to find tire size. Jody did an excellent job keeping us updated about getting my tire replaced. Most importantly to me they did NOT damage my aluminum rim putting new tire on. Great job guys.

Great experience. Very intune to my requests and we drove from 5 hours away and car was ready and waiting with a full tank of gas and all services activated. My family and I were in TN on vacation and our cars brakes were grinding and definitely not good for a trip in the mountains or all the way back to IL.Jody in service told me to come in early in the am. I thought I would have to get a rental from the airport but he got me in and out with new brakes, front and back and a new battery in less than 2 hours. My family was just waking up when I got back to our cottage. We didnt lose any time on our vacation, and we have peace of mind driving home in a few days! Great customer service!!

I took my car in for the 20,000 mile service. I waited, expecting to be there for 2-3 hours and they finished my car in half that time. It was such a pleasant surprise. In addition, everyone that I interacted with was friendly and professional.

When I set up the appointment to have my Titan worked on, I was told that I could have a loaner vehicle as long as the parts were covered under my warranty. The parts were covered under my warranty but was told that there was no loaner vehicles available and haven’t been for awhile. It had only been a week since I had set my appointment up. This made getting to and from work very inconvenient.

When I bought the car he had a computer printout, but he had handwritten all over it and other paperwork to get the price right for you. His pencilled in writing was all over the pages to help me! I wish I could tell you this dealership was different than the typical car dealership, but I cant. I wish I could tell you I didnt wait for an unnecessary 10 to 15 minutes to be told no after my first offer, but I cant. I wish I could tell you I didnt wait another 10 to 15 minutes before the sales manager (Phase 2) came to give a semi-reasonable counteroffer, but I cant. I wish could tell you that when we went to the finance guy (Phase 3) that he didnt try to sell me an extended warranty dropping the price 5 different times and FAILING to tell me that it included a $100 dollar deductible every time you get a repair, but I cant. I wish I could tell you that when I called the Dealership Manager about my concern about the finance guy that he did more than say, I will address that with him, but I cant. I wish I could tell you this is the worst car dealership I have ever been to, but I cant. I have experienced worse, but Twin City Nissan is your standard stereotypical car dealership, makes the customer feel uncomfortable and make them more money.

As usual, staff is always friendly, helpful, and informative. The centralized record keeping is extremely useful and important to my understanding of the state of repair for my car. I especially like the fact that my service representative personally seeks me out during and after my service to explain service results and future issues/needs. You have a very good customer care program.

Twin City Used Auto Sales....HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I bought my vehicle here back in 2019, that I currently have and went yesterday to look into trading my current vehicle, and specifically told them up front that I did NOT want my credit run as I was only there primarily to look at some vehicles, and test drive before making any decisions. I already have a finance company who has already told me that I could finance again through them, whenever I decide. Well, today..I pulled up my credit beaureaus and discovered that they ran my information through 6 different lenders!!!! What??!!!! All hard inquiries which has affected my score!!! I am LIVID!! Needless to say, I will never be going back there. Do NOT let these people take your information. Unfortunately, they already had mine on file from two years ago and used that to run my information.

I liked it quite a bit, but then he brought out a Kia Soul. My instinct said no, but I test drove it, and I left with it.I got home and got jittery about it because I didnt get the carfax (I forgot!) so I got one on it with some dread. Upon our arrival at Twin City Nissan we were meet by Product Specialist Robert Isakson. I advised Mr. Isakson we were in the market for a vehicle for my 16 year old daughter. Mr. Isakson was very professional and courteous. Mr. Isakson took listened to and answered all the questions my daughter and I had. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory he had and was able to put her in the perfect car for her. Bill the owner of the dealership took time to help my daughter with a few of the features in the vehicle while Robert and I worked on the deal sheet. This was our first experience at Twin City Nissan and if they continue to impress me on future service appointments they will definitely gain my business again.
Current employee, love the staff, and you can’t beat the prices for routine maintenance. Especially a full-synthetic oil change with a complimentary vehicle inspection. Honesty goes a long way, and they won’t sell you something your car doesn’t need.

My family has been going to Twin City Nissan for over 6 years to get our vehicles serviced. We even purchased a vehicle here years back. Everything has been flawless until recently. We specifically stated no car wash, and the vehicle was washed anyways. The vehicle was then left to sit outside in the sun on a 90+ degree day and the excess water etched water spots into the paint that now require professional removal. (assessed by local professional detail and paint correction shop) Most people dont care enough about their cars to even notice this, but for those who do, this is very frustrating. What makes it worse is we were offered little to no compensation for their mistake. We were offered a buff from their detail service, which may or may not correct the issue. And it doesnt stop there. They tried to say that 1) we never said no car wash, and 2) that the car already had acid rain on it. The paint was near perfect, except for some stone chips and a bird dropping etch mark. I have spoken to many people (100+ on a detailing page) who had a similar issue other places and they were offered a detail at a shop of their choice to remove scratches or spots caused by an automatic car wash. If I caused damage to a customers paint, especially after stating no car wash, I would pay whatever it costs to repair my damages that I caused. Not what happens here. My advice- skip the car wash. Put a note in the vehicle as well. Skip automatic car washes in general- not good.
Id give them a higher rating if I could! Best experience buying a car that Ive ever had! It was quick and easy (even with far less than perfect credit). The staff at Twin City Nissan went above and beyond that of any salespeople I have ever met. Especially our sales guy, Mike Jones. He was excellent! He made us feel very comfortable. Like family. He went out of his way to make sure we had EVERYTHING we needed and that we were completely satisfied with our purchase, a beautiful Nissan Murano. I couldnt be happier. Mike also called in a favor at the restaurant my husband and I were going to for our anniversary. He made sure we were taken care of. Ive never had a salesman do anything out of the way like that. My husband and I had a great experience at Twin Nissan. We were visiting the area from out of town and our car was acting sluggish upon our arrival. My husband called Twin City Nissan first thing this morning and they were able to get us in early afternoon. They were able to diagnose and fix our problem in about an hour and a half and we were out the door enjoying the rest of our vacation. They even fixed my recall issues I was unaware of!! Very rude salesmen, and when we asked for him to explain why he was adding more to the internet price he got worse. I have owned several Nissan vehicles but I could never see myself buying from anyone as rude and ugly as he was. He was very unprofessional. So as usual beware of Internet pricing its just a gimmick to get you to go in.

Bought a 2014 jeep Cherokee 1 month ago. Burning 4 qts oil in the 1st week. 3 weeks later I informed them.. They said they could do nothing about it. Sold me a lemon. Turns out #1 piston went bad. Have to get motor redone. Worse car car i bought off them. Managers had an attitude problem and very rude. Tony Burch was my salesman and never offered extended warranty.

I can’t and won’t recommend this place.. the salesman was really a good person.. but the general manager tries to sell a rough vehicle and degrade your trade in by only offering fair value KBB, which is the dealers support to manipulate customers with less knowledge, this GM is a horrible GM.. double triple thumbs down.. take your business to West Chevrolet or another place who will be fair to the customer .. DOUBLE TRIPLE THUMBS DOWN
