Inefficient, at best1.) After measurement, it took several days to get a return call from someone who could show me pictures of what the shower door that they were proposing would look like, because nobody was internet savvy2.) After ordering, it took five weeks for someone to come out to install3.) When he came out to install, the header was cut wrong.4.) It took over another two weeks for a rush header to be delivered and installed.5.) I have a nice scrape on my ceiling from the install, my just remodeled bathroom that included scraped ceilings, now needs more work.6.) I asked for some sort of discount for the hassle, but because they decided to charge my credit card BEFORE the job was ever completed, Im not getting a response.Go with Clinton Glass in Knoxville!!The only reason they are getting two stars is because the installer was incredibly nice.
