Our new windows have made all the difference! Not only is our home more efficient, it looks wonderful. Working with SS&W was very pleasant. Their on site consultation and installation were great, and a follow up visit to address an issue was very easy and their service was excellent.

After moving into a used house we discovered that the back sliding door was in poor shape. It didnt seal and was hard to slide. When a good tax return left us with some disposable funds to work with we contacted Sandia Sunrooms to replace the bad door with a swinging door.Sandia deals in Marvin doors, and they had an excellent single-swing French door unit that could replace our slider. The sales person was helpful and thorough. The installer was professional and efficient. The subcontractor that cleaned up the stucco was skilled. Overall we just could not see a way to improve the job.

Attempted to use this company to install a concrete patio and Pergola. Representative showed up at my home, however never gave me and my wife a formal quote. After several text messages and three calls later from other representatives from Sandia Sunrooms and Windows --- to date still have not received a quote. Not sure if Id go forward with this organization.

Stucco was broken when Sandia Sunrooms installed my awning last December. I was told someone would come out in the spring when the weather was warmer to repair the stucco. I agreed. I noted on the finalization paperwork that the stucco had been damaged so there was a record of the problem. Spring came and no one called me. I called Sandia sunrooms in May and explained the issue. They stated that this is the first they had heard about it. I referred back to my finalization paperwork and asked them to read the remarks that I had written there. They indicated they would have a stucco person come out. I had to make a couple of calls to remind them, and they finally sent a crew out. The crew came out and patched the damage but said they could not match the stucco. I asked about the cost to re-stucco the back wall and I was quoted $1000. I called Sandia sunrooms and said that I would be willing to pay half if they would pay the other half so that my stucco would all look uniform. They declined and proceeded to tell me that I was trying to shake them down! As of today 6/7/2021 I have a gray patch where they fixed the hole. My house is tan. The jury is still out as to the efficacy of this organization.

I found Sandia Sunrooms to be a great place to work with. The project was managed well, they were always on time, and did what they said they were going to do. I am very happy with Sandia Sunrooms.

We shopped for a patio cover for over 1 year and we compared different companies, we choose Sandia Sunrooms. We are extremely happy, best money we have spent in a long time. Durable, clean and Sandia was attentive to what exactly we wanted. Well worth the wait!

Just received a letter form Jack Perry dated April 06, 2021 cancelling our contract stating Sandia Sunrooms and Windows may cancel the contract for any or no reason within 30 days. The EXACT verbiage reads in the event the contractor determines that this agreement cannot be preformed as intended by the parties due, for example, to incorrect pricing, unforeseen structural defects or pre-existing conditions to buyers property, the contractor may cancel this agreement within 30 days of its execution......the real reasoning for cancelling according to Jack is: unfortunately it does not make sense for us to do a one window job.Fine, so be it BUT EVERYONE out there DO NOT DEAL with these scammers! After hours with a salesman and inspection of our house we entered into a contract and ceased all efforts to replace our window, NOW we are back to square one.Thanks for NOTHING Jack.

We purchased patio covers from Sandia Sunrooms in August and they were installed in early December. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable and professional. One suggestion is that although we understand how the covid virus delayed installation, more frequent communications would have been appreciated. However, we are very satisfied with the design, quality and installation. It was well worth the wait.

These folks did a great job. The installation did not go smoothly but that was because of covid. They did the best they could to work with me and get it done. I am thrilled with the product and the install. Highly recommend them and would for sure use them again.

We had a good experience with Sandia Sunrooms replacing an old tub/shower unit. The first install had a few problems but they sent a new crew out to redo the while thing and it turned out beautifully. They stayed in communication through the whole process until we were completely satisfied with the job. Would recommend them to friends and family.

After a RIDICULOUS and very pressured meeting with DreamStyle I was a little gun-shy, but still needed my bathroom project done! I was pleased that Sandia Sunrooms thoroughly reviewed ALL my options, and showed me ways to be budget friendly while getting the finished result that I wanted. The work was done fast, and they did a great job of cleaning up.

Landon helped us take the initial measurements and get us a quote. Brad and Matt did the actual remodel. And all three were so helpful and kind! We got quotes from two other companies, and everyone else offered less features for the same price.The kitchen remodel didnt go perfectly. They used a slightly different tile than we asked for on the backsplash and the wrong grout color (just by a little bit). But considering that our remodel was all new cabinets, a new pantry, new plumbing for the fridge and dishwasher, a new sink, a new microwave/rangehood, and some new flooring; then Id still consider the job 5 stars. Especially when compared to the company we went with to do our countertop, Full Measure (Sandia Sunrooms) was kind, responsive, and gave us a lot of bang for our buck.If we wind up remodeling either of our bathrooms before we move, well be going with full measure for certain.

We had their salesman come to the house for an estimate, theyve never called back & never returned my phone call. I was only able to talk to their call center.Then they started soliciting calls every other day, such a nuisance. I think my job wasnt big enough for them to bother...

From start to finish, I worked with honest and professional people at Sandia Sunrooms. The salesperson, the person who stained the windows and installers were communicative, prompt and efficient. The salesman, Paul, spent as much time as we needed to design the perfect combination of colors and style. He was extremely knowledgeable. He went out of his way to show me completed jobs and different options. Lisa stained the windows and the finish is perfect. Don and Dennis installed the windows professionally and timely, leaving my house clean every day. I trusted them with my home and my pets. Any time I had questions, everyone answered them gladly. They were able to replace complicated window configurations. We were able to choose windows that are efficient, beautiful and unique to match our home. Windows are a big investment and I felt confident using Sandia Sunrooms.

We had all the windows in our home replaced through Sandia Sunrooms & Windows last year. Immediately, I noticed a big difference in the temperature of the room, and no more cold drafts! Additionally, our A/C has been able to maintain the programmed temperature throughout this very hot summer, and our utility bills have still decreased by more than $100 per month. I really enjoyed the whole Sandia Sunroom experience. Paul, the sales rep was great in helping me decide what type of patio cover I needed and explaining my price options. I went with a lattice cover. Anthony Zamora, who pored the cement, was very experienced and took great pride in his work. Mark, the installer, was extremely knowledgeable. He explained every step of the installation process. He was careful to involve me in the process to make sure that I would be happy with the finished product. The demolition of old patio cover by Joseph was done neatly and quickly. The installation by Russ and helper was done very professionally. The sunroom & patio cover has made our house so much better. We sit in the sunroom & drink coffee in the mornings & the patio cover has cooled our house down in the back since it faces west. The installers were very professional. They even cleaned up debris that accidentally went in our yard when installing! I would recommend them to anyone.

I hate to take this public, but I have *had it* with Sandia Sunrooms! I left my telephone number with a representative at the State Fair on September 10th, looking for a price on three tiny plastic hole “plugs” that almost immediately fell off of my metal patio cover installed by Sandia (which is now allowing rain to “drain into” the inner structure of the patio). I received a call from a Sandia Sunrooms employee on the 11th of September. The employee stated that they could not give a quote on the little missing plugs without having someone come out to my home - and while they were here, they would like to give me quotes on a “new style” patio cover or sunroom, sliding doors (if any), and measure and provide a quote on all of my home’s windows. I did not and do not want that. I just want my little (probably $2.00) plugs. The employee told me they (she) would “see what she could do” and call me back. Later that same day, I received another call from a different (male) employee. He went through the exact same almost ten minute “pitch” for new products I “needed” - which I do not. I stated once again I was only interested in the little hole “plugs” that had fallen off of my existing patio. The same day, I received a third and a fourth call (from the same lady who initially called) - pushing me to have an employee come to provide an estimate for all of this expensive “stuff” I neither want nor need. Twice again, I was told I’d receive a call back to let me know if they could give me a price on the stupid little plugs/caps I initially requested.The following day (September 12th) I received SIX calls from Sandia Sunrooms, with the exact same “pitch”. After the second call in less than an hour, I explained to the employee that I am a mother of a NEWBORN BABY, with tummy problems and sporadic sleeping patterns - of which they were waking (myself AND my newborn) each time they called. I asked politely to be removed from their “calling list”, and that I’d just come in with one of the caps from my patio to purchase replacements. The four calls that came in thereafter on the 12th, I stated the same thing - to the same people - and yet the four calls still came in.Since the 12th of September, I (according to my phone records) have received 136 calls from Sandia Sunrooms. ***One hundred and thirty six calls*** - in less than a month - from this company. I have ignored over 100 of those calls - yet they keep calling. I have explained a good 30 more times that I have a newborn - **PLEASE** stop calling me. Yet the calls still come in. Four, five, up to TEN calls (or more) a day. I have asked to speak to a manager. I’ve been told that I *am* speaking to a manager. I’ve asked to speak to an owner, and I’ve also been told that I *am* speaking to an owner (which I figure is bull).As a former and long-time Real Estate Broker, I will be notifying members of Coldwell Banker to never, ever use or recommend Sandia Sunrooms to any of their clients. I will ask that this company never be allowed on their “Concierge” services. As a very recently former VIP Sponsorship Host under the New Mexico State Fair (and with lasting connections with the NMSF commission - including Vendor Relations) - I will relay this information to my NMSF partner connections.This is an appalling practice, Sandia. You should be ashamed of putting yourself in the same hated category of bogus telemarketers and “roto-callers”.If anyone else has experienced the same practices by Sandia Sunrooms, please feel free to contact me with your experience. I’ll be forwarding this information to NMSF, the local BBB, Google Reviews, and other related organizations.

Harassed & STALKED by two old white men who worked for this company in Albuquerque, who came out to our house for an estimate...they were incredibly violating & kept asking all about my personal life, also how long I lived in our house and then relentlessly started asking personal questions of my husband, his where abouts, when he would return and what day, what ski slope he was on, what his hobbies were.....was feeling STALKED by them..like they were Predators... scary...they wouldnt show me any designs, or any materials, nothing..wouldnt explain anything. They refused to give me any estimates. They said they DONT GIVE ESTIMATES and then would laugh.. They declined to answer any of my questions pertaining to building a pergola..they kept trying to tease me everytime I asked a question to build a pergola> kept ridiculing me for their bizarre fun and games...these older white males kept trying to have small talk and fish for personal info...sickening and scary... gross...felt unsafe and called family members immediatly..their names were John Ge*****. And Bret St******....undeniably I was discriminated, hassled and tormented ..also I did call immediately to complain to receptionist J****** (whom was exceptionally kind).. Please we want No further contact from this company.Will file a police report if we continue to see drive bys.

The patio cover installed in 4/2015. No problem at first until the rains came. Water leaked after ea. rain. Called Sandia to have them fix the problem. They came several times n the problem is still not fixed.times and its still leaking.
