You lost my package. You should tell people to knock and ring doorbells if they have any you cost me an expensive package. When i get in contactwith the shipper imma make sure they use a different company cause this isnt the first time this has happened to me. Fix the way you do things.

They were efficient and quick when I was there. This is primarily a shipping office with one self serve copier. This is not a full print and copy center.

I had a wonderful experience at this location I had came from the once about location and had a horrible experience with the lady there that did not want to help me but the gentleman at Menaul made the experience very thoughtful and didnt even charge me to fax the papers I hadnt needed to to make up for how I was treated at juan Tabo. Will use this location from now on

Needed to have a rug packed for shipping. Had had a bad experience with a different store, figured I would give this one a shot. Man working there was incredibly helpful and kind. He quickly figured out a way to pack my rug into a ski bag, as it would not fit in a box. He carried the rug in, refolded it, helped me get it into the bag, and got it sent on its way.Restored my faith in FedEx. This will be my go to branch from now on.

Upset over delivery:Was outside waiting for my Napa, Cal delivery. Saw the Fed-EX truck coming. Went inside to wait. Waited 15 mins, went back outside & truck was gone. Went on-line to check, it stated the pkg was delivered. Went up-stairs, to the office to find out who signed for it, N.Grey was on the slip. MY name is D. Gray Very unhappy, as no note was left to designate the pkg was left in the apt. office.

Awful customer service. Manager will try and convince you that your package needs to be repackaged, at your expense of course, before they will ship it out. Take your packages to a regular FedEx if you can and stay away from this ripoff.
