We have used Document Technologies to support our printers and copiers for years. They have done an excellent job for us! Their response time to requests for service is quick, their offerings are diverse, and their knowledge of the technology they provide is broad. Printing and document management can become huge burdens on both IT support as well as office staff. I would recommend any size company check into DocTech as a means of alleviating that burden!
