Driving through town on a cross country trip. I was browsing the shops in the Nob Hill area. Found this neon shop and knowing my husband loves neon signs I wanted to check it out. Not disappointed! Robert is super nice fellow and loves to talk about the process of making the art of neon. He has some really great stories about NYC neon.

Friendly staff and we loved having the opportunity to glance through history of all the photo books. Very talented artists here! Nice clean store and great pieces of work. We loved stopping by.

The quality of work is hands down the best you will find when it comes to neon signs! Robert’s experience clearly comes through in the finished product. Robert does great work. He has repaired 3 of my neon signs. One was completely smashed and he rebuilt it. He is very accommodating for scheduling pickups. I happily drive two hours to utilize his expert neon light service whenever I need it.

Robert is the nicest guy! Hes an incredibly hard worker, timely, and he loves what he does! If you are in the market for a neon sign, this guy is the best in town!

Ordered a custom piece from Robert and it came out beyond expectations and the price was amazing compared to the other quotes I got. Robert is a true craftsman and artist. The owner is the rudest, angriest person I have ever encountered. One year later and he just called threatening to sue me because of this comment. He said I was hurting his business. He said comments should be about his work and not his character. His work is of high quality which is true and the reason why I went into his store to begin with. To me character is equally important. I asked for an apology and did not get one.

Rude and unprofessional. I should have left this review years ago. Thinks hes the only game in town and acts this way towards the people that pay him for his services. Go see Robin at Neon Glassworks if you would like a kind and professional experience.
