Do not store your items here!! We reserved a storage two months ahead of arrival from out of state. When our items were delivered to the storage place, they had rented out our reserved unit. We had to put are items in two different units (not right next to each other) which made it difficult to unload. We had several problems with the unit were our items were damaged. We moved our items to another storage and our items were damaged again. We talked to management over and over and we were told there is nothing they could do. Tried to talk to someone above them and was told the owner is in Texas and we can not give out their info, not even a email. We have tried to contact them with voice mails not returned over and over. We have moved our items out and they have still not returned any of our calls. I know the first thing the company is going to deny we were customers. We hope the pictures help. DO NOT GO here They have bad reviews for a reason. I would do no stars if I could.

OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS PHONENEVER RETURNS CALLS AND MY UNIT HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO TWICE. AND STILL COULDNT GET A HOLD OF THEM TO GO CHECK THINGS OUT, NOT FOR MONTHS AFTER THE BREAK-IN (S) WAS GOOD PRICE, RENT WENT UP AFTER BEING BROKEN INTO TWICE. SO THINK TWICE B4 RENTING FROM THIS PLACE.UPDATE - MAY 29TH. 2021AS OF TODAY I STILL HAVENT BEEN COMPENSATED FOR THE 2 TIMES IN TWO MONTHS IN A ROW MY UNIT HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO AND WHAT PISSES ME OFF THE MOST IS THAT IVE BEEN PAYING FOR INSURANCE SINCE I MOVED MY THINGS IN AND JUST BECAUSE I DONT HAVE THE RECEIPTS FROM YEARS AGO NOBODY EVEN CALLED ME BACK. AND THIS WAS AFTER I DID ALL THE CORRECT THINGS, FILED AN ACCEPTED POLICE REPORT, FILED WITH THERE INSURANCE COMPANY, I EVEN CALLED THIS PHONE NUMBER THAT REPLIED TO MY FIRST COMMITS SAYING THEY WOULD HELP AND SINCE THEN I HAVENT BEEN CONTACTED . SO ALL THE MONEY FOR ALL THESE YEARS IVE BEEN GETTING RIPPED OFF FOR !!! BEEN BASICALLY GIVING AWAY THE MONEY I BARLEY GET WITH MY SSI AS IT IS, ITS MY LATE MOMS HOME IN THERE SO I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY SAID IT WAS SAFE PLACE . . . TO SECURE MY THINGS WHICH WAS THE ENTIRE REASON FOR RENTING A STORAGE FROM THIS FACILITY IN THE FIRST PLACE . . SO THERES NO SUCH THING AS JUSTICE OR INSURANCE . I GUESS IM GOING TO HAVE TO TALK TO AN ATTORNEY AND SEE WHAT I CAN BE DONE BECAUSE ITS NOT RIGHT THAT IVE GIVIN THEM SO MUCH MONEY ALL THESE YEARS . I FEEL LIKE IVE BEEN VIOLATED TWICE BY THE SAME COMPANY !!!! I WOULDNT GIVE ANY STARS IF I COULD THATS FOR SURE

This place is very poorly run. It is almost impossible to get Ms Cordova the answer the phone or return calls. Regardless of the posted business hours, there is usually no one in the office, no matter when I go.Most of last year, a unit near ours was being lived in. The lady was nice, just in a difficult situation. But it shows how little attention is paid by the “onsite manager”.We have rented a unit here for almost a year, almost every month there is a new issue that requires several calls, messages and waiting a couple of days, before I call another location to get it resolved. Then the person at the other location tells me that I should call my location next time.It’s a disaster, don’t bother trying to deal with this place. We’ve decided to look for a different storage facility.

No one is ever available to take a payment or to answer questions Ive tried calling on the phone I get a re-recorded message saying their hours which have changed since I rented the unit in January I dont know how to pay my rent if nobodys ever available to take my call or be at the facility they told me Id have to pick 30 bucks to get my lock cut off but whos going to collect that money? Im ready to cut my lock on and get my stuff out of there simply because they makes it difficult to pay them or asking questions about getting a larger unit terrible facility I encourage people to not rent one there

Beautiful service and the manager there I think her name is Alisa was so helpful and talked to me and was so patient even when I was frustrated! Her boss was also very helpful!

Horrible management and rude. Had made a reservation a week ago for a unit we needed that same day. Went to the office to pay and get the unit and no one was there all day and no one would pick up calls or return messages. We had to completely cancel and stop all our moving arrangements. Still no phone call back. Very bad business. I wont be going back or recommending this place.

Small storage area. But the prices are fair and the space is secure. I had a storage here multiple times and have no complaints. And the staff are friendly and helpful.

So far so good. I need a storage facility That was a little cheaper than Extra Space Storage. I found one, I hope. AAA storage Moon & Menaul. I have until Saturday to move my stuff. Thank goodness. Its not a lot of heavy stuff.

I went here looking to rent a storage unit for the first time and the staff was very quick to assist me and help me easily understand the ins and outs of storage. I had a BUNCH of stuff and they helped me figure out what size of a unit I needed and explained to me how maintenance and payments and all that fun stuff will work out in the future. I left feeling satisfied knowing my things were in good hands.

They have changed hands since I began with them but they have been curtious and willing to work with some misfortune and odd circumstances with us. Ive had no problems with their services. My husband and i came here and is the best self storage i have been to years! everyone was so nice and helpful. they were great about having to transfer me to another unit because my things didnt all fit in the size i had picked, with no hassle. thanks staff!!!

Have had two units at this location for over a year. In October of 2018 I paid my monthly rent via credit card over the phone. November comes around and I go in to pay for November and December so I would be good until January. Well right after I give her the money and start to leave I ask one more time Im good until January, and she says no you did not pay in October so this was to get you fully caught up. I pulled up my bank app right then and there and tried to show her payment was pulled out for October. Her exact words were I dont care what your bank statement says my computer says you didnt pay in October. After arguing with her for awhile she said there was nothing she could do. I decided Im just going to get my stuff out by December 20th and take my business else where. This place cant keep up with there bookkeeping and they will double charge you I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get ripped off!

The website let me reserve a unit on a day they were closed! I had helpers and trucks that day so I had to go elsewhere! Not cool and definitely not professional.

They are so confused! Different management all the time they never know what theyre doing! Dont rent there!!!
