I went to Mitsubishi because I needed some dealer only fixes. The fixed my fuel assembly well but once fixed another issue came up. It made me question is I even needed my entire fuel assembly fixed. I was told all my lights were off and when I got my car that wasn’t the case. I have been calling the service manager for days, left several voicemails and they are no longer helpful. It’s very upsetting. I just want a call back to try to fix my other issue. Very disappointed with their lack of contact.

I had been looking for a vehicle for a few months and came across a few jeeps that I wanted. I had sent an inquiry to a few places but was promptly notified by fiesta Mitsubishis team. They sent a courtesy video taking about the vehicle I was interested in and after responding to them Glenn and Esperanza went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out perfectly got me a payment I could afford, and helped make my trade easy. I haven’t had the customer service like this ever. I drove up from Las Cruces to purchase a vehicle from them and had no regrets about it thanks to their customer service and business. If I could leave zero stars I would. We have had the absolute worst experience here. We were sold a car for our daughter saying it was fully inspected. Immediately when we drove it home, it started leaking oil. We took it back several times, made to think the leaking oil was a figment if our imagination. One salesman even said “Well, sometimes if you don’t turn off the air conditioner before you turn off the car, it can leak fluid underneath the car.” Seriously? That’s crazy that none of our other vehicles do that. The issue was blamed on a stripped screw. Well, that wasn’t it and Fiesta Mitsubishi is not willing to fix it. We took it to a trusted mechanic, but are having to pay a significant amount to fix it. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!
Service representative was very straightforward, conscientious and honest about diagnosing problems with vehicle. We had it towed there after a breakdown on interstate. They worked on it as soon as they were able, and kept us informed about what needed to be fixed. They also applied any discounts and/or specials to our final bill. We were/are very pleased and strongly recommend Christy and her crew. Thank you.

From walking in to driving off of the lot, everyone was respectful, kind, and very helpful. Joseph assisted me in finding the perfect car, I let him know what I wanted and he showed me what fit. I was able to test drive the cars and make my decision. The paperwork was easy (or, as easy as it can be) and I was able to get me car the same afternoon. My new car is just what I wanted. Snotty lady who works in the front counter of the service department. I believe they over charge on replacing and fixing problems with the car. For only one tire they wanted to charge me close to 400. Same tire I found for 108 and to put on rim only 20 dollars.

The service team is stellar. I bought a used Mitsubishi, my second, while living in another state. I had a horrible lease turn experience with a Mazda and my last Mitsubishi was a dream car with virtually no problems so Im sticking with them. I recently had 2 nails in a tire and the service manager Erick went out of his way to accommodate my emergency quickly to get me back on the road. I had just had my wheel alignment done several weeks earlier. I was concerned the leaking air may have effected my alignment, so they rechecked it at no charge.
As I was taking a drive to the park, Bob Cardenas and I had met at a stoplight, and offered to buy my car! I was astonished by his energy and his commitment to doing so, and to get me into a newer car- which he did! One that I absolutely admire, while also giving me the ability to work on my credit! Bobs energy is something else of this world, and its completely encouraging as well as securing. I knew I was in good hands as soon as I walked through the doors. Thanks Bob! Giancarlos had also taken great care of us every step of the way, as reassuring and down to earth he was, I didnt feel overwhelmed/pushed into something I was uncomfortable with. We had to rewash our car after seeing watermarks from the dealership detailing the car and noticed more scratches BUT still thankful for a new car. Coming here again when its time for a new car:)

Would give them one star if I could. They were great when I was purchasing promising great service and real benefit to their insurance packs. Then I went in for a tire appointment and although I have tire insurance (that they promised would cover tires in full) they want me to purchase them out of pocket because they passed their life time. They sold me old tire, tire insurance but they want to charge me 750 for tires. Do not purchase insurance plans with them and make sure you question the services they preform on your car. Had to go back several times for things they forgot to fix which I paid to get fixed.. Micheal smith is a good guy in the long run. If you go for service talk to Michael smith. But other then that, dont buy a car unless its brand new.. And you get an extended warranty..

Went in for airbag recall. Was told it would take 2 hours so we just decided to wait in the waiting room. Almost 3 and a half hours later it was finally done (if we knew it would be that long we would have taken the ride they offered to the mall, that was nice I admit) however something happened after removing the dashboard and the technician broke our radio. They said they tried to fix it and couldnt. (They did go to a place to get a part they thought would fix it so they deserve credit for that) its not a huge deal its an older car and we told them that. We usually listen to stuff off our phones. Also the doors use to all unlock when putting the key in the drivers side door and turning it twice. Not anymore. But the 3 and a half hours was what really sucked about all that.However Mike was very apologetic (for the radio, not the wait) and delivered good customer service. It wasnt his fault. It was whoever was working on it or they were really backed up.Also Whoevers office is connected to the waiting room had an associate come in and they got in an argument not yelling but talking loud enough the whole waiting room could hear. Both using the f word s word many times. Hey were adults but come on this is a place of business, act professional or at least close your office door if your going to use a bunch of profanity where all the customers in the waiting room can hear you.
We went to find my mother a vehicle to pull a food trailer. We met Merritt, he was kind polite and he actually listened to us. We got a Chrysler Aspen that had been garage kept with low miles. He found the right vehicle, and saved us money.
Bought a 2018 Hyundai Santa fe at this dealership for a great price. Got the monthly payment I was wanting and got great value for my trade in. The sales guy Tyler was awesome. I didnt think I was going to be able to afford this SUV and he pulled ever string to get it at the price I could afford. Couldnt be more pleased with my decision to trust this dealer and salesman. I was recently in a wreck because of a red-light runner and Mike made sure I was given a good deal for my new Outlander Sport. Anthony assisted in getting me into exactly what I wanted and ensured the entire transaction ran smoothly. The entire team is awesome and is why I chose to purchase another Mitsubishi.
Honestly, the folks at Mark Mitsubishi are the most respectful and courteous people to work with. To put into perspective, Im a first time car buyer who is a lot younger than most people who buy a car with a very limited income. As soon as I drove my mirage, I knew it was what I wanted.Daniel, the salesman, was so kind and told me everything I needed to know about the car and treated me with respect. Most other dealerships saw me and thought I wasnt a serious buyer. Once I told him what I wanted to pay monthly, their financial guy was able to work a deal and give me the best rate Ive ever seen on a car.I would recommend Mark Mitsubishi to anyone if they want to be treated with respect and walk out with an amazing deal.

I bought a used Jeep Renegade from them. I paid cash for it and they said they had to detail it 1st even though I asked why? (It was detailed on the lot to sell already). After more than 2 hours they finally brought it back. I believe they removed some GPS from it and lied saying they had to detail it when they did not. Anyway the reason for the low rating is because their annoying automated phone system keeps calling me with offers and service data. I never authorized them to call me for this and I told the salesman multiple times to turn it off and yet it still keeps calling me many months later. I will not buy from them again because of this and I also will not give out my cell number to a dealership again. In addition to those phone calls I also started receiving calls from the fire and police groups out of Albuquerque to support them. I am not from Albuquerque and I dont give out my cell phone to any Alb businesses. I only gave it to this dealership because I was in the process of buying a vehicle. It is more than a coincidence that I suddenly started receiving phone calls from Alb fire and police groups just after I purchased this vehicle from Marks Mitsubishi. They had to have given it out..
I walked in the dealership in a panic I had a Kia Soul that needed some work but at the end of the day wasn’t happy with that car. I worked with a gentlemen named Zac. I told him my situation and asked to speak to his manager to see if he could help I spoke with Scott who said I have connections I’ll get it done. We worked the deal in about 3 hours time I was approved and filling out paperwork. Thank you Zac and Scott for all your help.

They can be very pushy. To me I felt like I was forced into buying a car. They didnt give me a chance to look it over, they didnt let me think about it, they just kept insisting on making a deal with me. They also didnt even go over the vehicle with me and explain things, But on the other hand some are nice it just depends on who you get. the second day I went they explained the vehicle to me, they helped me a little better I just for one am not the person who likes getting pushed around and I like to think and I didnt get that I got overwhelmed more then anything. Like I said it just depends who you get and who you deal with .

I had my car towed to them after a scary situation on the freeway and I feel they took advantage of the situation on many levels. Do yourself a favor and find an honest, professional mechanic. I would not recommend them for anything. Oh, and I called the person who answered my review -- they never called me back. Pass this place up.

Mark Casa Mitsubishi lied to me they said they could get me into a 2017 Ford Focus for $10,000 plus financing at $12,000 they told me the payments would be $300/ month times 5 years...Im not dumb that comes out to $18,000 total not $12,000 nice try though
