Not a loyal mechanic,Untrustworthy.Liar.Scam artist.This dude here ripped of my old man on simple rebuild. He spent well over $3000.00 just to receive an engine with low compression rate, (90)Decides to slap on a cheap high output carburetor to compensate the weak worn out engine he “rebuilt”Reporting this shop to the better business bureau and also going to turn this to the attorney general. (Wish I would have seen these other reviews beforehand)

Wow, is all I can say. Frank is a liar, a scammer, and a thief. He ripped us off good. Do not recommend ever. In fact, AVOID. What kind of shop does this to people? I hope no one gets treated like I did at Motor Machine. AVOID.

Frank and his wife are really stand up. They had helped me out my motor and engine for years! I always recommend motor machine to everyone. Frank is very fair and honest. No matter how busy he is he will get the job done.

Trash. Worst customer experience ever. Took an engine in to have rebuilt and got what I thought was my engine cleaned and re-built only to find out the numbers had changed and that it had only been cleaned and never rebuilt. When I called frank out on it he told me i was liar and was trying to pull a fast one on him! Needless to say he did not honor anything and kept my money. The worst business I have ever worked with.

Took my truck in for a head gasket. Frank will quote you as closely as possible, but keep in mind they will not know the extent until they open the engine. Frank was amazing! Kept me inform every step of the way. I would highly recommend them in a heart beat!

We have been using Motor Machine for engine work for years! Never a issue that can not be solved. Highly recommended!

I was hoping that I would have a good experience with Motor Machine in Albuquerque, unfortunately it was not so. Six months ago I dropped off a small engine to have machined, a gentleman named Frank led me to believe it would be no problem. After a month or so I gave them a call to get an update; no answer and no return call.( I called a few times.) I ended up going in to the shop and brought in a few more parts to add to the work order, and get an update, still nothing had been started. Another month or so past, I call and leave messages and still no return call. I went in three weeks ago to see what the deal was, and Frank tells me sorry for the delay, Ill get it done by next week and give you a call. Needless to say I went in today and asked for my items back nothing had been done. He gave them to me without saying anything but, you good? Yeah, Im fine.Ill just have to find a business that will be upfront with me to begin with. If you dont want my business thats fine, just let me know.

Great service, very organized, will not over commit.
