When I go to the mall with or without my son I always have to stop by here the ice cream is always good and the new drink I have to get one every time I stop by. the workers are so nice too it’s great if you have a sweet tooth stop by you and your kids will love it

The rolled ice cream was pretty good but the boba tea is terrible. This was supposed to be a brown sugar milk tea but I couldn’t taste any sugar or milk in it. It tastes really watered down and strange. Would not recommend.

Poor customer service and mediocre ice cream. A girl with bleached hair and what looked like a large hickey on her neck took our order and made the ice cream. She had a little bit of an attitude when we ordered. Then when I was going to ask for something on my ice cream she yelled at me to wait. Ice cream rolls lacked flavor. Overall it was an unpleasant experience. Would not go back or recommend.

Used to love going here because their ice cream is really good. Too bad the hours are inconsistent and they seem to close whenever they feel like not working anymore. Would spend a lot more money here if they didnt close 2 hours before the mall closes. The boba tea is not good either.

Brand new location and I finally got a chance to try it! They had excellent customer service at the register and their focus on ice cream making is incredible and surprisingly quick considering they essentially make the ice cream in front of you on one of those frozen metal plate things. My brother ordered the Strawberry Shawty and I ordered the Mango Tango. No regrets here! Definitely plan on going back to try more flavors.

The girl that was making my ice cream didn’t even bother to ask in the first place what I wanted. She just stared at me and then when I couldn’t hear he I asked what she said, she raised her voice at me. My ice cream wasn’t even well made it was half way melted. Horrible service. She has purple hair. Didn’t even have a name tag.

Ah-ma-zing! Ive watched tons of ice cream roll videos and I always wanted to try them. Roll Avenue has a good selection of flavors. I got Romanic Bangkok (Thai Tea) flavor and my boyfriend got Choc-O-Mania. It was great to watch and it was soooooo delicious! Definitely reccomend to anyone! We visited the Coronado location.

This place is incredibly Transphobic. Ive overheard employees making incredibly transphobic comments. I would not recommend anyone support this business especially people of the lgbt community.

First off we waited about an hour to get our ice cream which wasn’t really great. Then when we got it there was a hair in it and we told the boss and she blamed it on my mom that it was her hair worst customer service ever they couldn’t take the blame and blamed it on my mom!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!
