Kids love the butterscotch ice cream here and they love it. I tried their Hot triple chocolate brownie and it was okay. Can improve their customer service.

This popular spot recently converted to a walk-up location, with a convenient window facing the parking lot. Customers are not allowed inside. The food is good and the blizzards are always awesome. Very busy during and after dinner sometimes.

Edit: Alright I have tried again and again yet they just cant give 4 full size chicken strips at this location! Corporate needs to be better about Corporate inspections to make sure every location is up to par!Cashiers never listen when ordering sides always forgets them. They fill the cups all the way up with ice so you get 2 sips of your drink. The food is always room temperature even though they say your waiting on fresh, its never hot or warm. They dont give full size chicken strips only little broken pieces. They will charge you so sauce cups and not give them to you. This is ridiculous how no one at this location can just do their job. Corporate needs to do an inspection on this franchise its not up to the standards they need to be at!

Burgers were dry and not fresh. Buns and patty were not fresh. Onion rings came burned. Missing items and messed up shake flavor. Good quality is poor. It used to be my favorite place but lately I see young and underage employees who don’t care about food quality and customer service.

Drove all the way here for my kids to get Dairy Queen from Bellevue on our drive home. They dont have a drive thru!!! Seriously what fast food place doesnt have that. Ive got 2 kids in the car one of them a baby Im sure as heck not hauling that inside its why we do fast food in the first place. Extremely frustrated, went to a different one instead.

Staff is never dressed in uniform. Always looking like they rolled out of bed. 3rd time this summer I’ve noticed this. Management and owners clearly don’t care. Makes you wonder what their health standards are inside.

DecentEverything about this place is moderately good. Okayish ambience, decent ice creams and friendly staff. The ice cream menu is comprehensive and the food as such is decent enough. Prices are pretty pocket friendly and you get good value for the buck.

The buster bar is my favorite and my roommate loves the soft serve cone, our favorite treat place! Be warned, they advertise outdoor seating but there is none.

What is the point of mobile ordering when I still have to wait in line to check in before my food is brought out :(Food is usually good here, never made alterations so I cant speak for accuracy in that regard.We just tend to avoid this location because picking up your food always feels like a hassle and awkward

First and last time coming here. The lady in front of me had a mobile order yet still had to wait in line and everybody else got their food first. Another family they couldn’t get their order right. And when I ordered two blizzards only ended up charging me for one, didn’t give me a receipt, and then handed me only one. Apparently the so-called manager there has an excuse for everything and nothing that she does is wrong. This place needs to get their act together!!!

Order was initially wrong, but they quickly and cheerfully corrected and it was tasty as remembered 😋!

I have no illusions as to what a DQ should be like. Mostly, they are sticky, old, and unglamorous establishments. And this one is barely different. But come on! You dont come for fine dining, you come for large cups of candy studded ice cream, baskets of meaty onion rings, and that frothy, orange julius. And luckily, this place has it all. Also, the staff are generally nice so what the hey. Theyve seen me through many memories

The food wasnt bad it was normal for a Dairy Queen. Costumer service was very good too. I cant say Ive ever been to a Dairy Queen that wants you to clean your table and seat before you leave. The bathroom also has a keypad lock on it yet inside the door had a dingy stall lock on it. The bathroom was also extremely dirty.

Adapted quickly to Corona Pandemic, with walk up window for to go orders, a covered order area, and visual menu! They just need to paint arrows on the ground to show the flow because customers are approaching from the wrong direction.

This is a very strange Dairy Queen. Staff seems to take a while, or mess around. Food isnt quite good or up to other DQs. Its never clean. Parking is awful. Its right next to a car dealership, which leads to no parking. Very dark Atmosphere here too. Bathrooms were God awful. And I believe they still make you clean the tables after you leave... Extremely strange.

Typical pricing and menu items, very tasty. Cleanliness of the restaurant is what loses 2 stars. Customers were wiping their own tables and chairs because it was not being done my an employee. Only a few staffed when we came in and according to Google Maps data this is the busiest time of the day so perhaps staff more during peak hours.

This dairy queen is okay. There is usually a huge line whenever I go. The service could be better. I have had my order messed up here multiple times.

Dont go. Choose a different one. I literally got my food and the gravy was watery, my coke was watery, the chicken was rubbery and tasted old (compared to other dairy queens). Finally, the fries didnt even seem like they were fried for long at all, not crispy and floppy.

Attempted to pick delivery order. Nobody was attending at pick up window.A lady kept appearing at side door and rudely refused to help...yelled nope! twice.I canceled the order and left.

Mediocre food for what they are charging. My burger was drowning in grease, and you hardly get any fries. Id say the best part about the whole place was the TV you could watch while waiting.

Restaurant was clean and the staff was really really friendly. Not what is usually seen these days a typical fast food restaurant so I was really impressed by how friendly the employees were. We will definitely be stopping here for a quick bite and some ice cream to avoid the rush-hour drive home again soon.

This place is so great! I’ve never had the kind of customer service at a fast food like i did at this fast food chain. It’s rare to find GOOD service at a fast food restaurant. Everyone was very kind, the girl at the front, Taylor I believe was very sweet and th manager Sue kept checking up on us and asking if we needed anything. Great team!

The only reason we go is for the Blizzards. Always tasty. Just wish they had a drive thru and wish they would join the DQ points club. DQ has had a points system for a couple years, but the Eastgate restaurant won’t participate.

Everything about the food and service was great my only complaint is their restroom smelled like urine! The urine smell was pretty strong when you walked into the restroom and if I didn’t have to go, I would have waited to go! Knowing that makes me not want to use their restrooms ever again!

Service left something to be desired. Took about 30 seconds standing at the register before the guy turned and asked what I wanted, that all? 7somethingyourorderisnumber85 the right back to his previous conversation. Could definitely use some ramekins for condiments, and the lack of tray liner is oddly unsettling.

This one star is being nice! This place is full of the most disrespectful workers I have ever seen. Talking to customers like they are better then you, and as if you were stupid. Eye roles and comments being made underneath your breath. Right in front of you! Im not dumb! I heard you, I know what you said. The fact that you say it in Hindi or panjabi. Does not make it better.

There was a strange smell I couldnt quite place it, but it was probably one of the worst burgers I have tasted in a long time. i ordered the 1/4lb grillburger combo the fries werent great but edible and i only ate the burger because I was hungry but I wont be going back. On a positive note the soda was fine

Kind of dirty all the time in the food isnt really good but Im pretty sure theyre known for ice cream. Bathrooms always have a funny smell and the hand soap leaves your hands thinking for a long time. This location has chocolate soft serve!!! Not all DQs have this and chocolate soft serve is what keeps me coming back. Sometimes service is a little slow (mostly teenagers working that have a hard time breaking their conversation to work) but they are usually very friendly. No drive through and no places to sit outside are a big bummer.

This was one of the best dairy queen’s i’ve gone too! the customer service was amazing and they were so understanding of our complicated orders! we came in with a group of about 15 people and they took our orders with a smile!

This was the single most depressing experience in my life. This place may actually be hell on earth. Food was alright at best. The employees looked like they hated their job and the whole restaurant had that tone. I would rather attend a funeral.

The food was good; they did the onion rings extra crispy as asked for but the plain burger came with everything and had to be redone. The cones were supersized bigger than we ordered. However, Ive been to better gas station bathrooms. I actually held my breath like at park porta-potties.

The cashier was friendly and thats about the only nice thing I can say about this visit. Something was off with my burger but I cant figure out what it was. There was a strange heat to the Burger like it had chili powder or something but I couldnt taste anything unusual. I am always a little creeped out about multi-use ketchup bottles that are out for public consumption. I have seen people spit in those. It didnt matter cuz our bottle at the table was empty The diet Pepsi mixture wasnt correct and was more soda water than flavored syrup. The ice cream cones were stale! How can an ice cream shop have stale cones?? I usually prefer DQ burgers over McDs or BK and I drove out of my way to come here but this was a HUGE disappointment. A big waste of $25 bux.

I havent been to Dairy Queen in a while and as far as fast food milkshakes go I will definitely be back! Not to mention I had four orders ahead of me and the 3 employees got everyones orders out within just a couple minutes.

They have the Best Chocolate Milk Shakes & their Chicken Strips are pretty good too as is their Cheeseburgers!

DQ really went downhill the last few years and now its just sitting at the bottom of the hill not moving. Took 11 minutes to serve up 2 of their smallest burgers. There was an overwhelming amount of mustard on them. For the price Id rather hit up 5 guys and get a burger.

Gave me something I didnt order; didnt take it or pay for it. Ordered two Blizzards made with chocolate ice cream (told him twice) and they made them with vanilla. Felt sorry for the young man taking my order at a busy time- he needed a lot more practice.

Faqin rude. Picked up for door dash (the order was 10 minutes late) Lady wouldnt talk to me. The only interaction was a couple grunts and exaggerated movement. She need a blizzard to chill the hell out.

Horrible! They let customers with pets inside the restaurant, there was a dog jumping on me and they said nothing.They charge $0.25 for any condiments. The bathroom is gross and there is no lock on the door! Indian family runs it and there is a huge language barrier, so any customer service is non existent. Will not be coming back here

We had the standard seven-course tasting menu, which was excellent -- well deserving of the restaurants one Michelin star. Keiko offers three accompanying wine pairings, which run from $85 per person for basic to $270 for over-the-top. We had the basic, which was disappointing. Two of the six or so wines were excellent -- an Oregon red and a vintage Port. One was good. The other three or so were bland and uninteresting. Furthermore, the wines werent very well paired. Keiko deserves some slack because we ordered the basic wines, but weve had better pairings and better wines elsewhere for this price.
