Don’t go anywhere else! Ann Lam is not only the owner, but also the audiologist. She is very friendly and professional. If you do have to wait, even for a few minutes, the office manager Sylvia is very welcoming and pleasant. She will make you feel comfortable. Ann and Sylvia will make sure all your needs are taken care of and you leave with more pep in your step, because you will be able to hear everything, like a whole new world!

Shirley who tested both of us answered all of our questions and addressed our hearing difficulties in detail. Turned out that we both need hearing aids. This a small place to buy your hearing aids and get tested to know what youll need. Keith that is the man who will help you is a very nice guy. He takes the time to explatto you exactly what you need once he gets you tested. They have top of the line equipment and he will explain to you what youll need and the options. Dot hesitate to ask him questions that hell help with anything you need. They have GREAT products with the BEST service you could ask for.

The last time I had my hearing checked for hearing aids, the person in charge said I needed hearing aids without doing near the testing that Mr. Lam did. He was completely thorough and made me feel relaxed and feeling he did the testing to find out what my hearing loss was and what would be done to correct my situation. Mr. Lam then showed me where my hearing loss was, acoustically, and let me decide which hearing aids would be best suited to me. He never steered me toward to a particular hearing aid that was more expensive. He showed me several types best suited to my hearing loss and let me decide what hearing aid to use. I believe all the testing done, the aids needed were all in my favor. As for Mr Lam himself, I found him to be very knowledgeable in his testing, very compassionate to my needs, very polite and courteous. I would recommend Mr. Lam without a doubt to anyone. It was a joy to use his services.

My experience with Connect Hearing and Mr Lam was excellent. Not only did he go about his work efficiently, but quckly knew what I needed and we tried it out. I am completely satisified with my new hearing aid. Moreover, I appreciate his call on last Thursday to come in for adjustments which I did on Friday.
