I needed some repair work done on a few windows. The person who came out for it walked me through a few options when bidding out the work and did a great job with the repairs.While packing up, he overheard he talking with another (unrelated) contractor about some equipment that couldnt quite fit through my doorway. He offered to pop off the glass door so it would fit. Doing that absolutely saved the day, theres no way we could have gotten the equipment through any other way.Any time I need anything done with glass windows or doors, Im reaching out to Mobile Screen and Glass. They are prompt, they do good work, and truly went above and beyond.

Mobile Screen and Glass installed a new sliding glass door that replaced the existing 55 year old sliding glass door. The new door is excellent quality, looks great and we are very pleased. The whole process with Mobile Screen and Glass was exceptional, from the estimation through the installation. Also Mobile Screen and Glass had previously installed new vinyl windows at our home years ago, which we have never had any problems with. We enjoyed working with everyone evolved from Mobile Screen and Glass and recommend this company.

This is a great company. They know what they are talking about and they are ready and willing to help. A little more expensive than the big box stores but you can get better quality stuff from them and assistance with it if you DIY or professional service if you have them come out.

I work with all kinds of contractors because my main house and casita were built in the forties!Heres what stood out above everything else though:Two screens didnt fit properly, mainly due to the age and quirkiness of the casita. But Joseph handled it wonderfully. He was pleasant and amenableabout the situation and immediately came up with a solution. Replacement screens arrived in about 30 minutes and they fit perfectly!By my way of thinking, you can really sense the integrity of a company, not when everything goes right, but when things come up or dont go the way you planned. Fixed my older sliding glass door when nobody else was able to. They replaced the old rollers, and the door now slides like a warm knife through butter.

I want to give 10 stars to this business and Matt in particular. I had to have them build 10 new screens for my landlord. I picked them up and took them home and couldnt get them in. I took them back to the store, along with some pictures I took, and Matt told me how to do it. Apparently in these older homes there is a screen that you have to unscrew. I did as he suggested and they fit perfectly. Thanks for the excellent customer service! Made my week!

This was our first time using services here- we needed a screen window replaced for one of our properties, along with the frame. We brought in our torn screen which has springs and tabs to pull it - and wanted a duplicate new one made. The rep took measurements etc. and we kept the old one just in case for comparison etc. (always take/keep your old one until all is good). We were required to pay for the screen. Several days later, we went to pick the new one up - once we got home, we noticed that none of the springs nor tabs were even on it. So we were unable to put the screen in the window which is on the second floor. We had to contact the store and take it back in along with the old one. It was a big inconvenience for us taking time out of our busy Friday - before a holiday weekend but we were looking forward to it getting added quickly. When we got to the store, we expected that they would automatically give some discount or credit but instead, we had to specifically bring it up and request it. And then we were told we had to have our receipt. Well, we didn’t have our receipt and I requested they pull it from their records which should be there. Then they said they would give a discount — $5. We were surprised that $5 was all they thought was enough. We let it go and went home to replace the window screen only to find a very small yet a space/hole between the screen and frame- it appears that insufficient amount of screen material was used or it was torn - either way it was not in proper good condition. We decided not to bother with contacting the store to have to drive there once again to get it right and another minimal $5 discount. We had to put some tape over it so that bugs would not get in. You should always inspect the product before leaving the store as it is clear no one at the store does before they give it to the customer. We should have known better both times. In any case, we were very disappointed with our overall experience both service and product

I have used MS&G for years to replace glass or screens with no problems. This past year I ordered a commercial door for a house remodel. The door is beautiful but the install and supervision on what needed to be done was poor. Very poor communication. Supervisor did not keep in good contact about factors related to job. I would not recommend them for anything other than what they should be doing. Screens and Glass.

I had someone break my business door window at my post office on Eubank & Constitution when I came in at 10am. I called several places and a lot of places said it could take 7-14 days to order the glass to get it fixed. Some places were twice as high on price. Mobile Screen and Glass stepped up to the plate by sending someone (Joshua) out within an hour and gave me a very reasonable price and fixed and replaced it right on the spot. I am giving them a 5 star rating for service, pricing, speed, etc... :)

I have used Mobile Screen and Glass several times over the last decade for screen repairs and window breaks. Recently our oversized sliding glass door had become very hard to open. They came out and replaced the rollers on site at my house. It worked better than it had in 15 years! Being an old door, the fixed panels frame began coming apart a few weeks after the repair. I called again for service. They were able to come out within 48 hours. Not only did they get the frame fully repaired (again better than ever since I bought the house in 05), they said it would be no cost since they felt it was something that the earlier repair tech ought to have caught. (Who am I to argue?) And the icing on the cake was that the slider opens with one finger now, even better than after the first repair. I highly recommend Mobile Screen & Glass for their expertise, timeliness, cost, and integrity.

This company took a bad situation and went the extra mile to ensure it was resolved by going above and beyond. I originally received an estimate to replace several windows and the employee was not thorough at all. He did not take into account a structural overhang below one window that would prevent him from using a traditional ladder.When he arrived to replace the windows, instead of providing a solution, he said the job couldnt get done and their initial solutions would potentially cost thousands more, let alone the schedule would get pushed out.This was going to affect our closing date on our home and it became a very frustrating situation. After getting in contact with Renee and a couple others, Ken and the team went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right away, turning things around in a matter of days. I went from being disappointed to being impressed with their professionalism, customer service and a job well done. I will be working with them in the future.

We called Mobile Screen and Glass to replace the double pane glass in 24 of our windows that had fogged. They sent Allen out that afternoon to measure the windows. A week later they had all the glass cut and came to install it. Allen, Chris and Aaron arrived at 8:30, exactly when they had scheduled. They got all the windows installed before 5:00. During the installation Allen pointed out that a couple of windows we had thought needed replacing were actually OK, gave us the option to not replace them, and took those off the price. They were all courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The new glass looks so nice we want to keep the blinds open all the time. I would absolutely recommend Mobile Screen and Glass to anyone without reservation.

If I could I would give negative 5 stars it took a week to get someone out to my house to replace a broken window they charged me to replace it but only replaced half of the sliding window. The guy said he didnt see that the other half needed to be replaced as well and is going to have to charge me again so double what he quoted me and all management said was that she could give me 20% off the second time. I should have to pay the second time PERIOD!!! Its not my fault theyre Incompetent. They did get it finished same day.

I need screens for my Windows. A guy came out and took measurements. I waited 2 weeks and then called the office, I was told the guy that came out still had the quote so they couldnt help me but that they would get back to me. That was a week ago. I have not heard from anyone. I am disappointed in the service I have received so far. I only want screens for my windows.

Absolutly ridiculous, scheduled an appointment for a window replacement in September. Told me the closest appoinent was in October. No problem, technician comes out and measures Oct 8th. Said they would email the estimate. Fast foward 3 weeks and still no email. Called for the estimate, said theyd call me back. Wait for 3 hours and no word. Go into the store front for them to tell me the technician still had the quote and there was nothing they could tell me. Finally got an email with the quote at the end of the work day to find out Id be spending roughly $1,500 for TWO WINDOWS. Not doors, no comercial windows, 2 single paned windows (Not very big either).Save you time and money and find somewhere else

Customer service is very good and I consider the cost of the work to be reasonable. After I made the appointment for the estimate I received a phone call the day of to confirm. Technician arrived on time. The 3 star rating has to do with a clerical error that resulted in a 6 day delay of the work. I paid upfront, on tues, for the work to be done that Thursday. Someone filed the the paperwork in a work order completion stack because I paid upfront. This resulted in a delay of a reappraisal for a house and a delay in closing on said house. Russ and company were apologetic, helpful and quick to get work done after the mistake had happened. Still an inconvenience for my move into the house.

They under-promise and over-deliver in terms of turnaround. Pricing seems fair as well.

Went in to get an estimate on a piece of glass cut for a dining room table. Gave them the approximate size to get an idea of cost. They quoted 149.95 and told me that if I wanted it delivered and put on the table it would run an additional 180.00. They then offered to have someone come by and measure it at no cost so it would be absolutely correct. I agreed and someone came by and measured. I then called them and told them that I would like the glass but I would just pick it up myself and was informed the price would be 387.00. I told them I just wanted the glass and not the delivery. They told me since someone came by and measured that the cost would be 387.00 whether I picked it up or had it deliver. I told them that they should have explained that the no charge measure was going to cost me and that I would shop elsewhere.. thought the 180.00 delivery was way high since we only live 4 miles away. They said go ahead shop somewhere else.

Russ helped us when we walked in and he truly understands the meaning of customer service! He was happy and extremely knowledgeable! He knew what we needed from picturesres and ensured we knew how to install everything. 10/10 recommend!

I called this place, costumer service seemed fine in all. Advised the nice girl on the phone what I needed and what I needed it for. Even was nice enough to take my payment over the phone. I get there and a lady at the desk helps me get my window and asked me what it was for. I told her and then she says you ordered non-safety glass and cant use that. I then asked why didnt the girl on the phone advise me about this? She shrugs and says I wasnt he one one the phone No offer to correct this or discount another peace for the error. Most people dont know rules and regulations when it comes to home windows. Thats why we go to the professionals! Next time Ill just go to home depot.

I called in late spring to see about getting some fogged up glass replaced. They came out, said they could do it. I paid a deposit on the glass. A week or so later they called and said they werent sure they could do it and sent someone else out. The second person said they couldnt replace the glass. I asked about replacements and they sent a 3rd person out. He said he would look at options and email me. He discussed commercial windows as an option and my understanding was that as long as they could be similar in color enough to go with the style of our house, it would be fine. A week or so later I got an email with a quote. I emailed back with questions. No response. I called the company (the people on the phone are very nice and very responsive)- they said they would get a hold of the sales rep and have him call. He never did. I emailed two more times with no answers to my questions. In the last email the ONLY thing he has to say was how busy they were, and that it would be months before they could get to the job. Finally, in extreme frustration I called again and asked to speak with him. He called back and my main question was about being able to match the color - something that could have been easily answered at the beginning - turns out the commercial windows he quoted are white and cant be made to match all the other windows in the house. Very very very disappointing, and now Im 2 months further down the road and starting again from scratch. Definitely would not recommend them.

These people are awesome! After calling 2 other companies to get my window at my house fixed (the other 2 companies didnt even bother to call me back when I spoke to a live person at their office and they said so and so will call you back) They told me when they would be there and they were there 2 minutes before the window that they gave me. I was impressed. Then the young man that fixed my window was very nice AND polite. Im ashamed at myself for not getting his name but the receipt says #18. But thank you for doing such a great job!! I will recommend you and if need be, I will call you again!!

Used their mobile service to rescreen my slider screen door after my dogs destroyed it and a front window that I boogered the frame of trying to remove. Company responded quickly to our inquiry, picked up the old screens and reinstalled a couple days later. For sure Ill be using their service going forward.

Has friendly staff was nice. I ordered a screen picked it up. Guess I had ordered the wrong sides went back asked for the right sides or refund... was told no refunds on screens or I could try n fix it myself. Do not recommend unless you know exactly what you need.

So I had several broken window balances and no idea of what was needed to fix them. When I went inside I was met by Russ who showed me exactly how to replace and repair the balances. They even have sample windows in their show room to help teach you how to do the repair. I went in overwhelmed and walked out confident that I could fix my windows.
