Amazing service! We purchased my sons letterman jacket in our local town. There was no one local available to sew on his patches. We took them to up Academy Team Sales. Rodger was super helpful and showed us several different ways the patches could go. Price to sew on the patches was incredibly reasonable and it only took a little over a week. The finished product was perfect. I would recommend them to everyone!

The owner know his stuff, his sewing is ultra precise. The patches he sewed on my daughters jacket are perfectly aligned and his stitching is perfect. The original patches that came on the jacket are put to shame in comparison to his work and the patches he provided and put on. I recommend him to anyone trying to get a letterman jacket or patches for it or of similar purpose.

After visiting the well known company in town and having a HORRIBLE experience, we found this company on Google and called. He welcomed us right over and gave us hours (it was a holiday) so we went right over. Given that we had just had the rudest salesperson who clearly couldnt be bothered at the other place (which only works by appointment but fails to outline that on their website, instead they surprise you with a note on the door and behave as if you are completely inconveniencing them by being caught off guard by the information) He was patient, answered all our little questions, helped with input on design and helped my old soul of a kid choose a cool Letterman sweater. Only when were leaving did we realize he had an appointment and needed to step out, not once did he make us feel rushed or like we were a bother. HIGHLY recommend, super satisfied with our experience.

Called the store last minute to ask them if they could stitch on patches on my uniforms for school. The gentleman who answered the phone was really nice and said to bring them by whenever. Dropped them off an hour before they closed and they were finished the next morning! The customer service was AMAZING! Would definitely recommend! 😁

Very helpful, very busy shop, they do real good work but you may have to give them a little extra deadline time in advance because they are so busy. But thats another sign that they do good work

A great small business! They helped out with making custom T-shirts, embroidering logos on shirts for me! If I ever need shirts for a club team or put a custom logo on a shirt they are my go-to place!

We have used them multiple times for embroidering our company logo on various articles of clothing. The employees have always been very helpful and polite. I will continue using them.

I have never left negative feedback for a business prior to this, but the gentleman at Academy Team sales was so rude and impatient that we left within minutes of entering the store. If you want a fun experience for your son or daughter when they are purchasing their letter jacket, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

We dropped in to try on jackets as we start our search for the right letterman jacket. They obviously have the monopoly in town because the salesman was rude and unhelpful. No choices...wool and leather. That’s it. I like to support local businesses, but I won’t be supporting this one!

Tried to get some patches for a letter jacket and had trouble, but theyre the only place in town that makes patches, so we had to try again and has a much better experience.
