Great place for network related parts, and great svc too!

My experience is that few companies will go above the call of duty - and Im proud to share that this company did exactly this for me. I needed to purchase some specific security cable, and after checking with the major companies I was aware of in Albuquerque (Home Depot, Lowes, Granger, & Summit) and not quite finding what I needed and twice the price, I stumbled across CSC.CSC was very customer oriented, and although I did not have an account with them, they still provided excellent customer service to me. When I began my inquiry over the phone, they were having computer problems and wrote down the specifics of what I needed and said they would get back to me. Rob Kocoras at CSC did just that later in the day and although the local branch of CSC did not carry the cable, the larger branch was working hard acquire the cable. It sounded like the wait would be 3-5 weeks which I could handle, and better yet the price was about 1/3rd of what I had been quoted from the companies listed above not supplying quite what I really needed. Rob said he would try to acquire the cable from a company which would deliver it the quickest. I was very satisfied with him working with the shorter end of the timeline. Then I received another email the next day stating they were able to further bump up the timeline to a weeks delivery. When I asked for shipping confirmation, it was provided promptly.Overall, I truly felt that CSC delivered a great product, great customer service, and has won me over as a customer for a long time. If you need cable (and Im assuming they offer much more) I recommend you check with them first.
