If I could give a zero I would waited 15 minutes in liquor, not busy, no lines plenty of Walmart staff, no one came to help .waited another 10 minutes, plenty of staff walked by me multiple times. Not a single person in there cared. Do better people come on

So apparently walmart doesnt accept kirtland cards, tried to purchase batteries and a chocolate egg that comes with a toy my card declined twice but have money on my card manager told me they dont accept kirtland anymore, this is why one of the reasons why I stopped going to walmart. Target nicer and cleaner anyway

I think this store is all right. They did not have any baby formula, which I was super surprised cuz babies eat also. But it was clean,not busy staff was friendly, well except the front door greeter, she looked & sounded if she hated her job, & didnt want to b there.

They have great pick up service here! The parking lot is kind of stressful to navigate when its busy but thats all Wal-marts so I still recommend this location.

Not a super fan of self check out being only option but for convenience, great place.

It was different from the last time I went shopping I really liked it and I found everything I needed to buy I love my naberhood Walmart

I was coming here every week but after today Im done. Ever since they took away the checkouts and added self check outs. theres always a wait always a problem. This location keeps everything clean and stocked but after todays wait I will not be returning. I guess the good news is this town has plenty of walmarts.

Absolutely no check out isles, only self-checkouts. So expect to be put to work scanning and bagging groceries for free, and to be in there a good bit longer because of it. Extremely inefficient, extremely disrespectful to the customers, extremely rude to Americas work force.

Every checkout is self check now. Since Im not on the payroll, I have no interest in cashiering and bagging. I wont shop there again. Smiths has better prices and sales anyway.

Definitely my favorite Walmart to go to. I have extreme anxiety so going to Walmarts have always terrified me lol but this neighborhood Walmart is awesome. Obviously its not as big/crowded as the Super Walmarts and its always clean, fast and friendly workers. And now that they remodeled, every register is self check-out which makes it even faster and better! Thank you!

This store is now self-checkout only, so I shall not return. As a 40 year veteran of high tech industries i am not intimidated by self-checkout. I do, however, expect service in exchange for my business. Apparently Walmart disagrees with that stance. Since my business is no longer worthy of having employees do checkouts and bag purchases, this store is no longer worthy of my business. Ill shop elsewhere.

Always come to this Walmart and the staff is very sweet and some of the associates are funny. They know how to help customers and greeting and everything! Customer service is great as well sometimes they take a bit but for being a neighborhood Walmart it’s pretty busy so it makes sense! But if you have enough Laurie be you’ll be just fine.

I usually don’t shop at Walmart, but at Walmart Neighborhood Market I feel quite comfortable. I am a health food store shopper for the most part, but I have discovered that I can find the same items at this Walmart for a fraction of the price I pay at Wholefoods. Also, the customer service is good.

This location had most of what I was looking for, save for a few things. The greeter was pleasant and it wasnt too crowded. Overall a lot better than going to a supercenter!

Brand new U scan machines, so still a lot of bugs in them. I hope by next week it will be a more positive shopping experience

Needed to buy 100$ worth of canned beans for reasons I would rather not say and they were the perfect place.

I was there working putting in new coolers. Nice clean store and I would shop there if I lived in the area.

Good selection of food products and hygiene products, store has self checkout completely now and the wait isnt too long anymore since the self checkouts are now available.

This Walmart Neighborhood Market was the most relaxing experience Ive had shopping in a long time... They may not have all the other space eating items, yet, the selection of food was exceptional, packed well and fresh fresh fresh... To be able to go into the store, with waiting in a long line in this burrville cold weather was great on my 3score and 9bones... As usual I gave out copies of my book and got people to smile... One of the best neighborhood markets in the city. Great location on San Mateo & I-40. Although small, this location has stock items offered that larger Walmarts dont have, such as pet duck jerky treats, specialty salad dressings, bulk GV brand lipton tea. Large selection of spirits. During the worst of the Pandemic, this location was the best stocked over many of the other Walmart sites & I visit Walmart s throughout the city and state.👍

One of my friends work here and its the quietest little shop of you need to get away from the bustling and booming of everywhere else.

Recent change to self-check out only is horrible. It is hard on older people to exert bagging while not able to breath in a mask. I will not use this store again. (I drove a mile from my larger Walmart for the convence of this grocery only one) If the larger walmart stores, also go self-service check out, then I will find a new grocery store. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Not digging the Self Check outs. I cant see my self scanning alot of groceries.

Remodeling right now so a little messy but still doing their best to keep it clean. Only complaint os when I went to check out, with a full cart, they had no one working registers and told me I had to use self check out. They did eventually put someone on register though after I said something about it.

I was not trained as a cashier and they don’t pay me to do it. If I don’t have to I will not shop at this location or any location where I have to check myself out.

Hell o ruff with a back pack on but lke all the other its a wal mart.

For the most part this walmart has been reliable for in stock items especially during the pandemic. But with the road construction finished its been busier than normal so out of stocks are a norm now. Staff is friendly and the lines moved at a reasonable pace

Issue with having all self check especially when paying with WIC having to go to custom er service desk for process payment.

The good thing was that I did not have to wait in a line to get in to the store. The other good thing was that I found everything on my list. The bad thing was that the check out lines were long and the person behind me kept standing too close. The lines did not move quickly. When I left there was a line outside of the store of about eight people waiting to get inside.

That location is a hidden diamond the employees are so great and very helpful very friendly. Thats the only Walmart I go to for shopping. It is out of the way so its not overcrowded I just love the place thank you

This is my top favorite grocery store to go to. The place is clean and well monitored by security. The employees are super friendly. I would think that this is the best Wal-Mart grocery store in Albuquerque.

Im giving it a two stars only because of the convenience of it ...other then that the staff is horribly rude all the time except the older gentleman that rang me up today . Its to bad employees arent made to realize customer service includes being as nice as you can to your PAYING customers. SMH!!!

I love this neighborhood walmart. I have yet to have an issue or have a run-in with a grouchy or rude employee! Everyone always seems to have a smile on their faces. The only reason i only gave 4 stars is because i wish they stayed open late like they used to. Im a night shopper im not a huge fan of being in crowds and ive felt this way long before COVID so now post COVID ughhhh im just glad this location ususlly isnt crowded!!! However.....the pharmacy staff is DEFINATELY a different story!!

Way prefer this smaller, cleaner market for grocery shopping. Always meticulously stocked and uber clean. Great pharmacy staff. Stockers tend to forget that much of what they do (so badly needed, especially now,), creates aisle blockages, and debris that can cause customer accidents. Few ever acknowledge or apologize and often feel I am intruding. But overall a truly pleasant well run store. Expect your bill to total a smidge higher though

First time here in a few years. What do I like about ? For one, it is the scan and go.

I prefer this store to the full size store. They carry everything that I need, and not so many people.

They stocked everything I wanted, and there was no waiting in line to check out!

This afternoon my caretaker took me this Walmart to see if is easier to shop in... A) No long line to wait for entry... B) Not overly crowed and the Associates were most helpful... C) If you do not use your GPS youll get there in comfortable time... Just follow the Yellow Brick Rd... Nah, Not really... My route is Central Ave... To San Mateo... Then up Lomas... The number 8 Lomas bus will take you walkable close to the store

Great little walmart for a quick shopping trip. Not too crowded and has all of the essentials!

A generally comfortable shopping experience, the staff at this location are very friendly and its a good quick stop that is open until midnight and has a vast selection of all groceries, my choice for cheap household stuff if target is closed. The produce is not very fresh and the aisles can be cluttered, but it doesnt cause issues. There seems to be a shortage of cashiers from time to time, and the self checkouts dont always work, so be wary. I dinged them 1 extra for being Walmart and inherently evil, but they are a necessary evil and this location stands out.

Nice store. Usually quiet, not too many other shoppers to make you crazy. Well stocked. Employees are always friendly. Plenty of close parking. Easy to run in and out after a long day at work.

This neighborhood Wal-Mart is always crowded and theres a constant police presence. Which I suppose is a good thing due to the area. If only the said police presence would actually pay attention to their immediate surroundings, it would be more beneficial to everyone. Except of course the ones currently getting away with whatever petty crime theyre committing. Just today I watched 2 fist fights, 2 people run out with baskets full of stuff, and one guy take a 12 pack of beer and a 24 pack of Pepsi from under peoples baskets! 🙄

Cute little Walmart with very friendly staff. Easy to get in and out and plenty of parking. They also have alcohol if you are looking for a place to get a decent selection.

For being the first time in 6 months since walking into a Wal-mart, it had marks on which direction the aisles go, it was clean & not as crowded. Although the check-out stations were a bit crowded & some people can seem to be patient in standing 6 ft or placing items on the belt. Location good, people be cautious.

Good place to go for groceries and bakery. Avoid the mass crowds at Walmart and go here for your convenience. Nice produce, bakery and deli. I find it much better than a superstore because they do one thing. Food and groceries in and out. Quick and easy.

Walmart is never a pleasant experience but this facility is a condensed version providing groceries and other small household needs. It is clean, quiet, uncluttered, and easy to get in and out. I also like the location right off the highway. My new Wally World.

Easy to find and handicap accessible. None of the workers said hello or anything except for the person at the front entrance. A lot of stuff was out of stock grocery wise. Free wifi and they have self checkouts. Really busy walmart .

Its much better than the walmart supercenter stores. With covid-19 restrictions, capacity limits; I stood in line for an hour and 45 minutes, at the walmart supercenter store on Carlisle, to get groceries.When I went to the walmart neighborhood market, there was no line... Obviously they dont have an electronic department, clothes and things like that; but I can order that online for delivery or pickup.Other than that; its a good store; it has a good location (not too far off the bus line), everybody seemed fine there, a friendly staff and check out was quick and easy ... its a great store!!

I love this walmart. It is small and everyone is so sweet. Food and pharmacy. In and out.Sadly I must say this wonderful store has became as generic and stressful as the bigger stores.Totally breaks my heart. My last visit ended on such a bad anxiety attack that I cried in the parking lot and all the way home.

Very rude managers and staff. Bought my daughter a little valentines gift opened it and it was melted and gross. I been in health field for last 11 years and I think the essential as far as law enforcement and health field should be able to get one or more Lysol or bleach products. We are the ones exposing our self on day to day bases, I haven’t seen my family in months to protect them. Everyone able to stay home and be safe some of us don’t have that choice and other people choose to come out they don’t have to. Just word of thoughts everyone else burnt out risking their life’s but can’t stay safe because only limited to PPE at work and limited to stuff in stores.

Went to do my grocery shopping and a female employee only sprayed the front part of the shopping cart and tells me here you go for.Wow it only talkes a few seconds to wipe the handle on the cart I was under the impression walmart employees were wiping the carts down properly for the customers .i hope the public doesnt take the risk by not wiping their own cart off .nevet rely on any employees for disinfecting your cart please be smart like I was .

There were carts scattered throughout the parking lot during night time which is not safe. The store itself was mostly emptied out but that was due to COVID. Hopefully theyll keep up on stock since the shelter order has been talked about for over a week now and they should have been prepared.
