My experience with United Stone Works was outstanding from start to finish. Beginning with owner Curt, to his sons, Beau and Sean (thank you for the cutting board), to Warren (who patiently took multiple phone calls/texts with multiple questions) to Rico, Lago, Victor, Ivan - and anyone whom I may have overlooked - I leave heartfelt thanks. The Monte Cristo satin granite is simply stunning. I chose the optional Diamond Seal treatment and I am now confident all surfaces are fully protected.Kitchen counters are so dominant in the room, the choice, templating and finish are all key to a successful design. United Stoneworks is excellent countertop installation Company, they installed countertops and sinks for two bathrooms and our kitchen. The installation was fast. United Stoneworks employees, were knowledgeable, very clean, and courteous. I highly recommend United Stoneworks if you are looking for new countertops.

Our experience with United Stoneworks was AMAZING!!! Curt is honest and detailed. He was able to scheduled us for work literally three days from inquiry. The crew was scheduled at 9am and showed up at 8:37a. They were able to review what we needed and unfortunately through NO fault of their own since the prior contractor botched everything, couldn’t help. I’d rather them be honest and provide suggestions rather risk it and damage our counters, cabinets or appliances. I’m VERY impressed overall and can’t recommend them enough. I’ll definitely be calling them to reshape my slab once I figure out my cabinet conundrum. I thank them for such an awesome experience!!!

Could not be happier with my new quartz counter top, supplied and installed by United Stoneworks. The counter top type and pattern was chosen at the store with help from Curt, who is very helpful, with a good eye for what will work. Kelly, their designer, added her opinion of our choice. I was very grateful for all their help.Curt then did the in home measurement and estimate.And the install! Done yesterday afternoon, into the evening, Mike and his team were total perfectionists! It looks perfect and fits perfectly. The seam is almost invisible, and can be seen only on very close inspection.I am a happy customer and would certainly use them again any time.Their prices compete with the big chains. I checked them all.

Janet was amazing with her ability to stay right on top of the scheduling. Top grade counters, very knowledgeable, great service

I was hoping to be able to give a great review but unfortunately I cant. The selection and service was initially good but I was not impressed after the sale. We were not informed at all of what we needed to do before they came out to measure and when they came back to install. As a result, the installer was rude to my wife. Not ok! We were promised a trivet, but it was not included with our order and we have been waiting 3 weeks now to receive it. Apparently, the sales people only help with their own clients which is not very helpful as a customer. Overall, the level of service is not at all what I would expect with any purchase, let alone such an expensive one as this!

The whole team made our project a breeze from start to finish. United Stoneworks stepped in when another company dropped the ball. The showroom has a great selection and our new counters look beautiful!

The installers for this company were top notch. The sales ladies I had the displeasure to deal with were unprofessional and rude. One blamed another department for a scheduling issue she should have caught, resulting in me driving across town for an appointment at their shop and having to then reschedule. Another was so rude to me over the phone when I called to get services I had previously had estimated, that I will be glad to take my business elsewhere. Its too bad, because the people who actually do the work are great.

Mary and her entire crew are fantastic. I customized a marble backsplash for my bathtub with no designer and no photo, and they executed it perfectly. We are about to tackle another bathroom remodel and I would never use anyone else for stonework.

Every single person at United Stoneworks was outstanding, from our original salesperson who helped up choose a great quartz counter top for our kitchen renovation, to the guys who built our template and installed it, to the scheduler who bent over backward to help us! Our new counters are beyond beautiful, but the people were even better!

We chose United Stoneworks for all of the countertops in our new home. What a great choice! The installation was excellent, as were the counters. We had selected the same type of material for every counter except one. Before long, we noticed that the one different top was etching and staining. I called United Stoneworks, and, after seeing the problem, they contacted the manufacturer, which is a huge, well known corporation. The corporation did not want to stand behind their product. United Stoneworks did not skip a beat! They replaced the countertop which was large and expensive with another product that matched perfectly.They told me customers are always first and never left out in the cold. It has been a long time since I have dealt with a company like United Stoneworks. They are honest and loyal to their customers, saving me a great deal of money and time. THANKS!

We had new countertops install last week. I just had to write a review and crow about our new countertops and how awesome they are.Each person who represented United Stoneworks did quality work. I had hopped that I had picked good colors for our kitchen, and the results were amazing. The way our new quartz countertop complemented our existing cabinets and flooring couldnt be beat.After a week of living with the quartz countertops, I am so happy we did this. They are water repellent, and clean up so well. If you are on the fence about deciding whether to do this or not, have a rep from United Stonework come out with samples.i want to point out that everything went seamlessly as well. One crew came out to take out the old counter, and measure for the installation. The install crew did an excellent job of Installing the new tops, and hauled away the old countertop. Because we chose under the counter sink mount, the plumber came in the next day to finish everything up. There is a huge advantage to having one company do all of the work. No issues came up that resulted in any extra charges. Plus United Stoneworks has a special relationship with those who have a Costco membership that results in a discount.
