By far one of the most rude experiences I have had in some time. Upon entry to the store, I was greeted by a very rude associate demanding that I sanitize and that masks are required…I was wearing my mask appropriately….there was and is no reason for the attitude. Will not shop there again…

Love the bath bombs and shampoos here. Whether your pampering yourself, buying a gift or spending some quality time with your significant other Lush has something for everyone. Bath Bombs, creams, shampoos/conditioners, massage bars...the list goes on and on. I love rose scented things myself, but its hard to find items that dont smell like an over powered airfreshener. Lush is spot on with their scents. All their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Love the samples they send you with too. Nice to try new things.

The people that work here go above and beyond in helping you find what you need or explaining the products! Ive always felt welcome when visiting, and leave happy. The products are lovely, smell great and leave my skin so soft! My personal favorites are the Peach Bubbleroon, Jumping Juniper Shampoo Bar, and Deep Sleep bath bomb. Theres something here for everyone!

This is one of the best places in town for your skin care needs. The staff are knowledgeable about their products and what you might need to help certain skin problems. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I love that the company is focused on natural sustainable skincare, that is extremely important to me and I believe many of their customers! As always, Lush is an oasis in this desert. So many smells that my nose stopped working before I tried them all. I ended up with some gel body wash, a shampoo bar, a shower fizz with glitter, and a charity pot lotion coin. Go for the organic body treats, stay for the smell cornucopia.

Pretty pricey, but absolutely worth it! Everything smelled sooooo good, the staff was super helpful and sweet. I am definitely coming back for more bath bombs and I wanna try the bubble bars too!

I meandered into the local Albuquerque Lush in search of a birthday gift for my niece. Fallon made me feel welcome and was super helpful in directing me to the gift sets. They did not have the body wash I wanted, but she helped me find the perfect replacement. She also intuited that I was interested in a sample and gifted me with the sample without me even having to ask her. Overall, she exuded the perfect example of a retail sales associate. I recently discovered that we had a lush here in abq under a rock I live. Anywho went in clueless and left with knowledge, multiple excellent items and multiple samples. I also left feeling important and valued! Everytime I go the employees are kind and helpful, and even if I dont ask I leave with a sample. Every item Ive tried is top notch and I love any brand firm on their anti cruelty beliefs. Thank you staff! Lush is fabulous! The store is full of options for everything from face masks to fragrances to beard wash to soaps of all kinds. I have used Lush products for years. The ABQ store employees are very friendly and helpful without ever being pushy. The biggest reason I always try to buy from Lush is because the company has been a moral, eco friendly, and animal friendly progressive company before that was cool. Every product has personality if that makes sense ... try it, youll be hooked!

Lush in uptown was great today! Ive always loved this place and have gotten my hair dye here for years, but today when I found out online that they allowed dogs into their store I was ecstatic. My 4 month old pup and I went into the store and were greated immediately and my dog got loves and attention from everyone (shes socializing so that is just what she needs) Since I had my hands full with the pup, one of the girls walked around with me the whole time reading labels and prices on products to me. I greatly appreciated her and everyone who was so kind today. Now we have another dog friendly spot we will love going to. Thanks guys!

They have rearranged the store, and now has an even better layout. The staff are always very helpful and attentive. Great natural products. I love the Charity Pot lotion, especially in winter when everything is so dry. The free face mask when you return the empty containers is a great bonus! My only warning....once try it, you may be hooked. Enjoy :)

Stopped into this store multiple times and have always enjoyed the company of the employees and the awesome product on the shelf. I always stop in while at Uptown just to smell the products and check out whats new even if Im not shopping for anything in particular. I love the product and location is perfect for everything else around in the area!

The staff is some of the best in the city. I shop there at least once a month and they always have new stock to try. Amazing bath bombs, amazing body washes and great skin care selection. Honestly my favorite part is the little demos they do for the products in store. If you have any questions, anyone can answer it. Amazing store and they will always have me as a customer.

I love lush. I just wish it wasnt so darn expensive. A lot of their products are worth it. Love this place because of the organic materials lush uses. I have sensitive skin and thankfully this location has a lot of employees that actually know the products and what its good for. So hard not spending a lot cause theres so much to want and see. Lush is a nice place to get expensive bath products and feel slightly morally superior because its cruelty free and usually vegan. The stuff that I have used I have enjoyed, excepting the dry shampoo. I understand that its part of their business but I dont particularly enjoy being approached by 13 employees in 6 minutes. It actually makes it hard to just look at the products.

Sandra and Ashley are the greatest LUSH employees I have ever met. From the moment I walked in the door, they treated me like family and sat me down to try a few things and really went the extra mile to take care of me. My wife went into Lush to buy the two powder deodorants, and the store was out of the Greenwich one. She was going to just buy the one they had and come back later to purchase the Greenwich, the sales gal told her to purchase in store and they would ship the product free, since the store was out. Needless to say my wife was very pleased.

I miss the avocado wash bar but I went in and was helped in finding something to replace it. Every time I go to Lush, the employees are always so nice and helpful. It definitely makes me feel welcomed.

The smell when you walk in is so relaxing and refreshing... It reminds me of a relaxing bath with a bath bomb.. Lush has so many products and I like them because they are all natural and they are all made by people at the Canada factory and you can usually see who made it by the sticker that they place on the products.. There are a lot of choices If you wanna go and check them out Im sure you wont walk out empty handed. A favorite that I think is underrated is the lip scrubs.... After you use them they leave your lips feeling so good and soft and they taste good too. My favorite bath bomb I would have to say is Stary Night... I love the colors it leaves the bath water. Even if you dont intend to buy anything I definitely recommend going in at least once and seeing all the products they have to offer and get at least a demonstration of one of the products.

First time going into this store. I had a pleasant experience. I found something I liked and made a purchase. They helped me right away find my color and informed me about all their products. They are very knowledgeable of their products, which goes a long way. Everything in there is interesting. Love it. Although, I touched a lot of things and tried a few products, something made my hands itch like crazy! They have sinks luckily. Overall great experience.

The employees here are SO SWEET! All of them! And I love everything sold at this place, last time this one employee (I forgot her name) but she had like colored eyes and blonde hair. She bought a mask for me I saw her swipe her credit card and she gave it to me because I didn’t have a lot of money and she saw me put it back. I will never forget that.

Fantastic cosmetics you can feel good about buying (responsibly manufactured, no animal testing, quality ingredients). The salespeople there are both clearly well educated about the products Lush carries, and the company has made it possible for them to actually test them. Every time I’ve had a question, the person helping me was knowledgeable as to both the product’s ingredients and intended effect, and she clearly spoke from personal experience. That’s a huge plus for me in making an informed decision. And the displays are positively yummy...

Today was my second time in the store. I was shopping for a gift for my sisters birthday. I was in my 3 year old son and his dad. My son being super curious with all the colors and shapes was wanting to pick everything up. His dad and I kept asking him to out things down so as it would not get damaged. A few minutes after we were greeted, a young man and a girl came up to us and asked to show our son how bath bombs work. They took him to a giant bowl and let him play with a bath bomb. Then they took him and showed him how bubble bars worked so I could finish shopping. They were extremely friendly and they were very patient. I regret not getting their names because they were incredible. It was right around 2 oclock in the afternoon today so I dont know if that helps. Seriously, thank you. I will definitely be going back. Coming from someone that works in an environment where customer service is most important, you guys definitely made a huge impression.

Went here to pick up some bath soap and ended up testing out a toothpaste tab. I thought it was a mint at first....it wasnt. It didnt taste like one either... But it sure made my breath and teeth sparkling fresh after nonchalantly holding in my spit for 15 minutes!! 😅 So yeah make sure that you dont do that lmao

Im a huge fan of their Godiva solid shampoo and their Scrubee cocoa butter infused exfoliating bar. The Godiva solid shampoo scent is so wonderful it makes me feel happy when I smell it. After 60+ years, that is the ONLY product I can say that about.

The place was very nice and the associates were knowledgeable and helpful... almost too helpful. I felt very pressured and was followed around kind of being pestered when I really just wanted to look around at first and soak everything up. I really dont like high pressure sales and it makes me feel very uncomfortable when I want to browse and am not allowed. I had a gift card and didnt even want to spend it all because I just wanted to get out of the awkward situation.I did love the conditioner I purchased and the shampoo sample. Ill be back for that... hopefully to a better experience.

They claim all natural. There staff insists only essential oils. Yet right in the catalog it says synthetic fragrance.

I adore lush cosmetics, and this location is no exception. Brush the employees off as best you can (unless youre looking for something specific) and youre set. The bath bombs in particular are excellent, I wasnt as impressed with their body washes.

I know it’s a Lush thing, but as a person who has MASSIVE social anxiety and agoraphobia, I would just like to smell and pick out things in peace without constantly being asked if I need help.It would be nice if the employees were stationed where they could help you if you wanted details or were lost, but wouldn’t bother those of us just trying to pick out a few products and enjoy the smells.

There prices are just too high. Lush has always been a bit pricey but lately they’ve gotten ridiculous I’d planned on building beauty baskets for a few of my closest friends for Christmas this year. I decided to source most of the items from lush because they have such nice, natural, unpackaged things. I was waiting for some time off to actually go in the store but I played around on their website to get a general idea of costs. I thought $100 per friend would be enough. I wasn’t trying to get tons of stuff, but just a few each. When I went to the store there was big discrepancy between the prices I saw online and in person. I also realized the body wash that was $10 ( not even the size I was going to buy, but I still expected it to be larger) was so small it would probably fit on a keychain. It’s just a little larger than those mini hand sanitizers people actually put on keychains. I saw a bubble bar for about $8 online. In person it is $12.95. I wanted to buy a shampoo bar for $15. I expected it to be roughly the size of a bar of soap. They didn’t have any that price. The same soap that would’ve been about the size of a bar of soap was $25. I actually just ordered lots of Shea, and coconut oil, and essential oils and will be making my own. The upfront investment may be more but I will be getting a LOT more bang for my buck. And before anyone says it; NO, MOST OF THE PRODUCTS IVE BOUGHT FROM THEM BEFORE DON’T LAST LONG. Their “king of skin” was like a 5-7 shower bar.
