They provide customer service to MI Via participants and their employees. Now that palco is coming in and taking over their contract they are no longer doing their job in assisting participants and the employees. Ive been trying to have conduent return a phone call for over a month now. I created ticket after ticket after ticket and so on to have conduent return my calls. I feel its unfair to my sister whom has disabilities and many other individuals going through the same situation with this heartless company.
Im still waiting to get paid. I can usually work this but this is happening to frequently. I love my client but im.on the verge of quitting. I have my own family to provide for.
The employees understand that when they take a job like this, they have to work for the public and making sure certain care and needs are met.... From experience they have no values or care how they treat clients. If its not convenient to them, they can careless about your suffering or losses. Dont ever expect them to go out of their way to assist you. They speak selfish only.
I have only been using this company as part of the self-directed program for only two weeks and I can tell you that they are, without a doubt, the WORST company I have had to deal with. They said it would take 3-5 days to process my forms; well, that has now turned in to 2 weeks. My caregiver missed her pay period because theyre STILL processing a form that was turned in at the end of October. Then I get an email stating they cannot process any of the vendor payment forms that were sent to them IN OCTOBER. Now I am going to be two months behind on everything because neither Conduent cant get their people to work efficiently.
Unable to process invoices correctly so incorrect or no pay, loses papers constantly, poor communication

Ive been trying for two years to see if Conduent gets thier act together. I am a self direct client. If they could do something correct or do something incorrect, they choose the latter. Last year I finally gave up completely getting my Verizon bill paid. There was no way I could stand thier lack of interest in thier client. I went without a phone then for a month or more. I figured out how to pay it out of my pocket and did so. This year I got a new support broker that includes the most competent person I have ever had representing me. Loretta worked with me and Conduent and together we kept at it and I at least got 3 months of my phone money back. Current bill was approved but, now no check in the mail. Been a month. Thier checks are no good at any place that uses telecheck. I have to get my phone card in Albuquerque at Best buy. (220 mile round trip for me!) Oh, well this is what Conduent does. Put you in more exposure to accidents, etc. No, Conduent has state contract. Its nothing but a cash cow for them. Its just like New Mexico State to get into business with services like Conduent. State phone calls for many departments are routed through Conduent. God help us all if the calls are important! Many of us are stuck with this outfit.
Xerox Corporation handles business for the Mi Via program in New Mexico. Ive worked for Mi Via for over 5 years and Ive always had problems with getting paid in full and on time. The new problem is they didnt properly make out the patients yearly budget for 2016 so for the last 2 weeks in December 2016 Im not getting paid! Ive called everyday so this problem can be resolved, were already January 10, 2017 and still nobody has called me back! I would rate this company with no stars but they dont have that option!
They get pay wrong all the time also they dont do paperwork correct
Sorry company dont work for wat they are paid for!!! Wished they would do the job they are paid to do maybe the government needs to look into them really system upgrade lies as the good word says do work
My only question is how Conduent is still up and running as a legitimate business? Weve faxed forms to them several times, and were told they only received 1 page. We then sent sent hem hard copies of the forms. Its been more than 2 weeks and they say they havent gotten them and their business is located only 20 miles away....not sure what theyre over there if anything.
Worst costumer service!!!!!!! The front desk is very rude!!! And doesn’t help you at all!!
