My husband discovered Rafal, and when I needed help I called him. His assistance was prompt and inexpensive. I was ready to buy a new computer due to the issues I was having, but he immediately said my laptop was fine, it just needed a new hard drive. He installed the hard drive and I had my computer back the next day. He did a lot of clean up, so its running faster. He ordered a new camera and installed it for better Zoom use. Gosh, I wish I had gone there a year ago! He works on all types of computers. I highly recommend this business. Courteous, prompt and inexpensive. He truly seems to enjoy his work.

Came in to get my laptops fans cleaned, and the owner was extremely nice and knowledgeable. After cleaning my fans he ran some tests to make sure my laptop was no longer over-heating and then did not charge me since it was a quick fix. Kindness AND integrity?? Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I went to PC Fixer Upper on the recommendation of a friend which has had good experiences there. My computer was not working, as was told by Apple, it was the logic board and it would have to be replaced. Rafal did a diagnostic and determined it was an issue with the graphics driver. He then outlined my options with prices and allowed me time to do my own research and then answered my questions about each option. Recently bought a refurbished lap top and needed some help to get it set up.As i had experience only on an I-pad, I was in the need of some amount of help. i had a number of sessions of instruction, each time becoming more and more comfortable in operating the device. I was fortunate to have found PC Fixer upper. The owner has even offered to do some additional instruction through getting the two of us getting hooked up through the internet.
