These guys are amazing. Our son got a system for Christmas, turns out it was basically a junk system. I called the store and was taken care of the manager called the Cottonwood store and turned out they had just received a trade in...we went right there and Amanda was amazing. She even included an apology from Santa to our son. Im a customer for life. Well done Coronado and Cottonwood.

Customer service was great and very helpful and friendly. They notified me of all the promotions and preordering available related to my interests and was very prompt with what I needed. I ended up making more than one purchase but was able to use a discount that helped me a lot. I will definitely come back to this location for anything I need.

Not the best place to shop for games.. prices are pretty high. And rewards, benefits programs are frustrating. Been talked into signing up, and it benefitted the Company more than me as a Customer. Still drop in from time to time, but there are way better places to go.

Love the staff, everyone is always really helpful and genuine each time I go in the store. They consistently help people out with getting savings where they can and making sure that customers leave happy. If the store doesnt have something someone is looking for they can quickly look up other store locations and even put holds on items so you can get there to pick it up! One of the best GameStop locations Ive ever been in and will be my favorite!

Youre usually left waiting for the doors to open, the time says 10am Monday through Friday but its not till 10:30 that your let in.The employees arent really to helpful, they just stare at you like your a cash cow, and no matter what question you ask them about their merchandise its usually the same answer oh its cool manNot much of any explanation on its mechanics or if its good or bad compared to other merchandise.I wrote this review as I wait outside the doors again after 10am on a Friday, and I k own there are other locations, but this one is closer and I keep trying to give them a chance, but this may be my last time shopping at the location in the mall

No Xbox series X

One of my personal favorite locations. Theres one 5 minutes from my house on the west side but I make the additional drive just for this location. They always give me great service and have come to know me so they more or less know what up coming games or sales to offer. Matching me to a deal, game or sale that would suit me better than to just offer what theyre suppose to according to their company.

Josephs customer service was amazing. He informed us about the sales they had and what was coming in. Great experience.

The staff here is always friendly and on point. The manager is always friendly and a funny guy. There is a reason this is my go to store.

Has a very extensive selection which is great, but the store leader Joseph is absolutely rude to his workers. Thanksgiving night we went and witnessed him yelling at his workers and when a specific worker told him they were having a hard time keeping up, he said he was working for three hours no problem. If shes a seasonal worker, thats not her problem. Your title is store leader, act like it. Que to Black Friday, the day after, and I go in and gave him my expired rewards membership, to which he pushed way too hard for a rewards membership. If Im already paying $50 for extra stuff, I do NOT want to spend another $20, no matter how much Ill save. I will not be going in when this leader is here.

The sales associates both notice our immediate attention to a PS4 and started to assist us in the final sale with specials and explaining the difference in our purchase and etc. And of course they were patient with us considering we came in at closing time 😂 but we appreciated their help and knowledge and made it worth the last minute trip.

Too tiny, it really hurts see a lot of games without the original box :( maybe is not fault of GameStop but tho, anyway the services is good. There is not much to see since the store is small, you can find the basic stuff here. Just to visit when you are walking around town the Coronado mall. By the way they have those machines where you get a small figure of one piece yeeeeeaaaah.
